GTS realtime update of R3 delivery

I am looking for a way to update the license and status from GTS to an R3 delivery. I have two business units that print out a packing list before the picking is done and this information is not present. I looked at WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE and see that this updates the picking information. Without modifying this code, does anyone know of a way to update R3 with this information in a realtime manner so that the two business units can get this information on the packing list before the picking is done?

thank you for quick reply. In case of more than one inforecord only the change in the fixed one was taken into account. I agree with you it doesn't make too much sense, but it was the question from end user,
please, let me ask in different way, If the minimum lot size in master data for material A is for example 5000 pcs and the minimum qty in inforecord for material A and supplier XXX (fixed one) is 10000. Then if MRP run is executed, then the Purchase requsition will be generated for 5000 pcs (if real demand is lower than 5000), right?
And once the requisition is converted to purchase order then it adjusts the qty to 10000 pcs?

Goods Movement and Updation of outbound delivery.

I am using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to do a transfer posting with movement type 411K.After doing the posting I am updating the outbound delivery for the PO using BDC recording.
The problem is that after doing the transfer posting when I try to update the outbound delivery with picked quantity and picked date it is giving an error that "Article (the article number) is blocked".Due to this the outbound delivery is not getting updated.
Could you please help me to understand why I'm getting the error and how to eliminate it? Need your help urgently.

Urgent help needed-Updating an outbound delivery.

I have created an outbound delivery for a stock transport order in using VL10D.
The otbound delivery then goes to a different system wherein it is updated with picking,packing and shipping info.Then it comes back to SAP in the form of idoc(DELVRY05).Now what I need is to write a code in an exit(I know where to write the code) from where the data in the idoc will update the outbouned delivery with picked and delivered quantity.
I tried using FM's SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE_PICKING and WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2 but it is not working.Also where will I get to see the update if it happens.
Please help me.Its required urgently.

I m trying to understand this requirement. Your IDOC comes in with updated information for a delivery thats already available in the system.
In this case, the IDOC would lock the delivery object for its ude, so writing FM's directly might not help.
Please let me know your process code or your inbound FM. If it is IDOC_INPUT_DELVRY, then it already uses a WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2 , so there is little reason why you should be calling the FM again.
Please note that when this comes in it creates an inbound delivery rather an outbound. So, is your third party system sending you back an outbound IDOC?
Do you want to update the delivery that u sent out ( SD) to the third party system from that information.
In that case, please use BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC. This is for delivery conformation from a third party system. The documentation is very clear and there are toms of examples on SDN.

GR qty is updated in future delivery date in Scheduling agreement

Dear All,
In one of our Scheduling agreement delivery schedule, the Goods receipt qty got updated in future delivery date (ie., 30.07.2011 & 19.10.2011). Any idea how this got updated wrongly? or is there any standard functionality that controls this GR qty field.

It is not dynamic field so you can't retrive automatically.

Route not updated on the delivery

Hello Experts,
A STO(UB document type) is created & saved. In the STO on the shipping tab Route by default is getting updated but when delivery is created for the same STO Route is not getting copied under Transport Tab.
Can anyone please suggest & guide what could be the problem?

First check whether the delivery tpe "NL"(OR CUSTOMIZED DELIVERY TYPE LIKE ZNL WHICH IS USED FOR THIS STO) does have a new route determination assigned to it in the Transaction "OVLO". If it has either B/C options assigned to it, new route determination will be carried out. But for the system to determine new route you should have the entries in "0VRF"(ZERO VRF) Transaction. To check If your delivery has the route assigned to it , go to the table "TROAZ" in SE16 and check If the route is getting determined. If you see that your route is getting determined, then system should normally find that route other wiase maintain the entries in "0VRF". Kindly please let me know If you need any more information on this. But Kindly please note that Route determination should be done using "Weight group". You can define weight groups in "OVS8". Once you do this , go to "0VRF" and maintain the route determination using weight group.

GR in MIGO not updated in Inbound Delivery

Experts,
I did as below.
Create a PO-> Create IBD (VL31N)->MIGO (GR against IBD)--> TR and TO Auto Created> TO Confirmed---> Putaway completed in WM.
So far so good:)
My problem is, nothing is updated in Inbound Delivery(also in doc flow). I can still create a TO and PGR for IBD.
Am I missing some thing in config? I welcome your any inputs on this.

Please check the purchase order, whether purchase order history tab is generated in item detail. Also check the confirmation control Tab If inbound delivery shipping notofication has been updated with inbound delivery.
It above criteria like PO history tab and confirmation control is not updated then It seems to be program error of update

I have issue at my client side that We create Transfer order and it is not updating in outbound delivery document flow. Update without delay is check in shipping configuration. Can somebody please provide the reason, Configuration missing or some OSS note which can help us?

Update qty in delivery note through bapi for migo

hi im using bapi for migo upload
my requiremnt is to update QTY IN DELIVERY NOTE in migo.
i got the folowing error if i dont pass the quantity.
qty and/0r delivery indicator or final issue indicator missing

It is been done by implementing one implicit enhancement in FM: MAP2I_B2017_GM_ITEM_TO_IMSEG
I have added the below functionality at the end of the function module.
Just i have maped the ERFMG i.e ent_qnt(Received quanity) with LSMNG i.e qty.in del note

How to update Sales Order Delivery Block while saving Delivery ?

I have a requirement wherein i need to update sales order delivery block field(VBAK-LIFSK) while saving the delivery for the order.
Also I need to remove this block while execution of Backorder Rescheduling program SDV03V02 (Tcode : V_V2),

try using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE
pass ur vbeln in SALESDOCUMENT
pass an 'X' to BAPISDH1-DLV_BLOCK
and 'X' to BAPISDH1X-DLV_BLOCK
Also add the UPDATE task clause, you will want to set the flag only when delivery is being saved, not before that.

Update / extension inbound delivery

anybody ever used BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE in order to create new line items in inbound deliveries (tcode vl32n)?
I tried to make it work but it returns me useless error codes and I do not want to debug sap coding for hours.
anybody got an example on that? or does anybody have a better idea ? new function module or bapi. I have to update quantities on existing delivery items and also add new ones to it.

Did you maintain the Confirmation Control key in PO for Inbound delivery. If you maintain that then system will update the inbound delivery in PO.
Can you able to post the GR with respect to PO or with respect to Inbound delivery. If the system is allowing you to do GR w.r.t PO then you have not maintained the confirmation control key in PO.
Check & Confirm.

FI-consolidation realtime update error

Hi all,
Received following error during realtime update in consolidation "Required breakdown by Partner unit not filled". Error happened during foreign currency valuation F.05.
the original document does have trading partner. and i also checked the breakdown category for the FS item- it shows Partner Unit as required.
What am i missing?

Check the field status group that have been assigned to the G/L account and find out if you really need the partner field checked as a required entry if not, change it to optional entry. That should help resolve your issue.

Please take help from BASIS and SAP, before implementing the OSS note
