Hardware Summary Report export
Using ConsoleOne, and performing a Zenworks Report (Hardware Summary
Report), this is OK but I need to export it to an Access database.
It exports, but half the info on the Zen report is not exported (Current
Speed and HD Size). I've tried exporting to other formats like CSV but it
still does not export all the fields.
Failing this, I tried importing the Zen Inventory tables using ODBC. I've
pieced together bits of info and some of the tables that have the info I
need, but I do not know how the tables are related to each other.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi All,
I have utilized the DQS for my organization Data Cleansing project. And we have built Data Quality reports using DQ output.
We also use Profiler Summary report in the Activity Monitor, but this is manual process where Data owners need to manually enter into the Activity monitor and generet the porofiler report.
My question is, which DQS table store the this Profiler summary report where by I can automate the report through that source.
Here is the screenshot of the report we are looking at, we need to find out which DQS source table got this information.
Thanks for the help -
Historical Report - export report in excel format
Hi,
We are on UCCX 8.0 (SU2). We have an issue with Historical when we tried to export report in excel format, the report does not display in correct column. It's very confusing. We could manually correct (rearrange) the column label but it take lots of time as we have so many reports.
Is there anyway to fix this issue? Does anyone experience the same issue with Historical Report?
I attached the pictures for example.
Thanks,This type of behavior is a bug. I took a look in the bug toolkit and there are several defects filed against the Agent Summary report in 8.0 but not one that matches this behavior. I would venture a guess that a DE was sloppy when fixing another bug and introduced this on us.
You should open a TAC case on this. It is also possible that this defect already exists but is not public in the toolkit yet. -
Summary report w/over 90 summary elements
Post Author: JackG
CA Forum: Crystal Reports
Using CR XI Professional edition ..... What would be the best approach to provide a summary report with over 90 different database element summaries from a SQL Server database? I've created one document with all of the categories to summarize and also have started creating subreports to summarize the related report sections.
Problem is, the data seems to get out of whack. When I change selection criteria (only slightly) it can change a summary count in a whole other section.
Any ideas?
Thx.

CA Forum: Crystal Reports
There are 12 'sections' (A thru U ... obviously not including all letters) to the report
each section can have as few as 2 or as many as 25 summaries relating to that section's data/table source in the database. In other words, section 'A' gets data from one table; section 'B' gets data from one or more tables ... and that's where it goes whacky.
each of these sections has been already 'built' in the MS SQL Server database by the stored procedures and resides in temporary tables that, again, i can't access because of the error mentioned previously. And because of this restriction, I am trying to recreate the SQL process in Crystal ... and it's giving me fits!
Here's a crude text of what the report looks like (exported from CR). Each section's entries are labeled like 'B1', 'B2', etc. The values at the end of the line represent the calculated (Running Total) value when the report is presented.

How do I change colors on a Summary Report?
I would like them to be red on the left, yellow in the middle and green on the right.Charting functionality in Formscetral is somewhat limited. For more control of charting it is suggested that you export your data and use a third party application such as Excel.

I would like the summary report to give me all date between two specific dates. Is that possible?
Hi ssimkovich ,
You can click on the SORT option to achieve this. However in order to get more functionality i would suggest to export it as excel and there you can manipulate the responses accordingly.
Thanks,

NEW FEATURE: Summary Report
The rating scale wasn't the only feature in our July 22nd release. We rounded out our support for surveys by adding the "Summary Report" tab to all of your forms. The summary report contains a chart for each question in your form. The charts show how many and what percent of users picked each choice in a question. The cool thing about the summary report is that it is automatically generated for you - you don't need to do anything. The data in the summary report is updated in real time just like the View Response tab:
Mousing over a report tile shows an option button - when clicked you can see the customization options for the respective report tile:
You can show/hide the caption, percent, data count and footer. You can also change the chart type. The captions are completely editable so you can add you own custom title to each tile. You can also delete a tile by clicking the trash can icon.
And there are many ways to share your summary report: 1) Print it to paper; 2) Export to a PDF file; 3) Export all tiles to images that can be placed into your PowerPoint presentations; or 4) Use the share button at the bottom left corner to share it with your team.
Try it out and send us your feedback.

NOTE: In Japanese forms the "Save as PDF" or "Export as PDF" button is grey and is disabled, saving as PDF from the Summary Reports tab is not supported for Japanese formsIs it possible to also see the number of responses per colored bar in the summary report? For example, under Help Us Improve, 18 total people rated Accommodations by Very Unsatisfied, Unsatisfied, Neutral, etc.
It'd be helpful to be able to see, in this view, the number of people who responded in each colored box. I made a mock-up example of this below--numbers are incorrect, but hopefully you get the picture. -
The Antimalware Activity and Antimalware Protection Summary Reports aren't rendering properly. When I export them to PDF, they look normal but when I run either one of these reports through they don't display properly. In the Antimalware

are covered by white space. On the same page the Antimalware Protection History-Week has been flushed to the right to where it only dispays Antimalw and the Antimalware Definitions History-Week has been flushed to the right to where it only dispays
Antimalw. On the Antimalware Activity the Actions legend has been flushed to the left. This is an old question but you may try it using the latest version of Forefront Endpoint Protection or System Center Endpoint Protection and let us know if you are able to reproduce the problem. There are many improvements in latest release of SCEP and

Have you tried running it for just one?

Like as if cisco.com would not know about these C3750's
Maybe do an export of these 3750's in the DCR to see if the all have the same OID and if it is a supported OID.
Are your device packages up to date? You may want to sync those with CCO.

SAP- Webi Report Export to Excel
Hello ,
I have Report developed in SAP Web intelligence .Report Displays dept wise annual summary. Now export to excel functionality generates one single excel sheet with all dept wise data in one single tab.
Is it possible to SAP webi to generate separate tab for each dept in a single excel file after exporting it into excel.

SSRS Report Export to Excel Taking Too Long
Hello,
I don't know what other information to provide but I have a sub report which is a parameter driven and when I run it in the web page, it runs in timely manner but when I export it to MS Excel, it takes over 10 min to export. There are two sheets in that
report and second sheet which is a detail report consists of > 200,000 rows of data.
In addition, the first sheet has a Summary report and I noticed that the whole summary information repeated 12 times in the same page. It is almost like while the second sheet was being generated, the first sheet repeated for 12 times.
What do you suggest? I appreciate your time very much. Thank you.
Sanjeev
Sanjeev JhaHi SQLTurtleReally,
According to your description, there are over 200,000 rows in the report, when you run it in report manager, the report works fine. When you export report to excel, it takes over 10 minutes.
Report rendering occurs after data and layout are combined into an interim format and then passed to a rendering extension. Rendering time can be affected by the amount of data, the number of instances of report items, and paging. As for excel, which was
processed by a powerful and complicate engine, which provide brilliant appearance and rich features, as a result, it would cost longer time to export so large quantity of data. We can use following steps to help improve rendering performance for a report:
Do not merge cells in a Tablix data region.
Consider using page breaks in the report.
Select a format that produces a smaller file. Since CVS file is just a flat text file, it has a fast write speed, we can export the report to csv format and then open it with excel.
For more information about Report Performance, please refer to the following document:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb522806(v=sql.105).aspx
If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
Thanks,
Wendy Fu

Creating custom summary reports
Using a 360 feedback performance review template, I received over 300 responses with feedback on about 70 employees. I would like to create a summary report for each employee that collates the information received from survey respondents.
So, for example, if one person has 3 reviews, I want to collate into a report - one for each person that consolidates all the information & comments received.Hi,
>>So, for example, if one person has 3 reviews, I want to collate into a report - one for each person that consolidates all the information & comments received.
FormsCentral does not support customization of the summary report as you mentioned above.
You could export the responses to say, Excel, and then use Excel to edit/rearrange your data and generate the graph/report.
Thanks,
