Have a problem with two div wrappers I just put on my page.

I just put a wrapper div around my two accordians and put .jpg image on top of them one says antiques and one says collectilbes.
Now my footer crept up and over on the right side accordian. I am on the finishing touches of this page and really would like to get this done tomorow to move onto SEO for the project.
Here is this problem. I have to mention I am somewhat scared of the DIV thing so it is more than likely a easy fix for you guys but at the tail end I do not want to wipe out!

Also another quick question is it right for me to move these SPRY nav bars to a external sheet or something with a java link so they are not on every page and where would I look about how to do that move that code off of my pages into a single file or folder???. It takes so long to update the 800 pages and I am having the FTP problems everyone else in CS6 is having.

800 pages, wow! If you're in the final stages of the project you might not have time, but the best way I can think of to manage a site that large with just Dreamweaver, is to separate the design from the content using header and footer PHP files. That way you're only calling CSS and JavaScript from the one header file. A testing server would probably be a good idea if you were to go that route.
Regarding the FTP issue (use at your own discretion), I solved it on my end by temporarily disabling my firewall and antivirus programs while synchronizing, or getting and putting large numbers of files.

Yes, get a 4TB max HD, 6TB drives are both new and have known issues, ...in fact so do most all 4TB drives.

Large external hard drives are great! Large external hard drives are horrible
It is a common premise that people are overjoyed at the dropping prices per terabyte on external hard drives, and the first thing that enters most peoples minds is "great, I can put all my stuff on one drive,... all of it!" However considerations need to be made in creating a giant single choke point for not mere data loss, but seriously large data loss. If there is at the very least yet another redundant copy, this is fine, otherwise do not consider it whatsoever. Some 3TB and 4TB drives of all mfg. have, at the time of this writing, reliability concerns currently and best recommendation is staying at 2TB drives or less.

When I play video formats like xvid, mkv, avi iMac freezes and emits horrible sound,in service said the problem is not overheating. Not a problem with memory or hard disk because I placed second correct parts.The same problem is with OSX 10.6.8 and 10.8.4 and other players.Apple hardware test found no problem and tech tool pro found no fault.
After five days of testing in the service they can not found fault and it was decided to change the graphics card.
New graphics have been tested for two days but it is not reproduced divx ... but their test software which did not find any fault on the old graphics...
Do I have the right to complain if repair does not fix the problem because I use non apple softwere and video formats.

You could look at the System Profile for the info it presents for the card. But why wouldn't you think it's not up to date if you have the latest install (according to your sig above)?
What program are you trying to run? Is there anything in the system log?
I think it's the program that's having the problem and not anything with your video software.

I have a problem with my 4s camera which has come up recently. Everytime I take a picture and look it up via the 'Photos' app, it shows as blank. But when I click on edit on the blank picture, it comes up and I am able to save it back on my photo album.

There are a few things that are confusing in your question.
As far as I know, you dont have to install Time Machine on this OS as it is already installed for you. You only need to connect a hard drive to your computer via firewire or usb, click on the Time Machine icon, Open Time Machine Preference in the drop down menu and select a disk: your connected hard drive.
You can of course reformat this connected device, partition it into a few volumes to organise data if you so wish.
I find it strange that your mac's hard drive is divided into two volumes... perhaps this was created through bootcamp?
You can access the configuration of your hd through Applications/Utilities/Disk Utilities.
Clicking on one of the icons on the right hand panel will bring the details of the contents of your hardDrive and volumes. From there you can decide to erase a partition, reformat etc....
If your hd contains more than one volume, and one of them is empty, you could decide to remove it. Back up all your important data before doing so.

I have a small problem with two of my business rule triggers.
I have these tables:
pms_activity
csh_cash
csh_integrate_leh
csh_integrate_led
and my process goes like this:
upon approval of a row in my pms_activity table I have a trigger that insert a row in my csh_cash - and in the csh_cash table I have a trigger that will insert in the csh_ingerate_leh and csh_integrate_led.
my problem is pms_activity does generate a row in csh_cash but the trigger in the cash does not fire to generate a row in the csh_integrate_leh and led tables.
I have generated in the following order after I created my business rule:
I have generated the table from the designer (server module tab)
I have generated the CAPI from the head start utility
I have generated the API from the designer
I have generated the CAPI from the designer
I have run the recompil.sql
I have checked that my business rule trigger is enabled and should run on insert and no where restriction

Try resetting it again and restoring with the same backup file...
Does the phone work properly once you've reset it before you try restoring? A lot of people here have experienced problems restoring from backups... could be worth forgetting about it and starting from scratch.
You could try contacting your nearest Nokia Service Centre (www.nokia.com/repair) and see if they can do anything - it may need the firmware reinstalling or upgrading... possibly... give them a call though and see.

Well, my two-month-old MBP has no qualms about booting from a no-name external USB HD I put together...
Given that is is a common point of failure, I would imagine a large Apple Store should keep a stock of HD's on hand.
Now since you're a bit desperate and the genie pops up til Saturday and you seem to be the enterprising kind, let's try an experiment: if you have room enough in the external HD and assuming it isn't a Time Machine volume, why don't you plug it in, stick the Install CD and see if the installer lets you select the external drive as the install target. If you can install Leopard on it, on top of the backup without reformatting, and the Mac can boot from the drive afterwards, at least you would have some functionality restored and would be able to pull your stuff from the internal HD. Apple says booting from USB drives is not supported but that does not equate to not possible; some brands do work. Risks? Always. You can always lose your backup. Like I said, a challenge for an enterprising gal....
Next time around, consider having a bootable external clone at hand for rainy days. I keep three myself...

The Apple icon, usually at top left corner, appears in top right corner in a strip including all that left hand. When the computer is restarted, the screen goes back to normal. But I have to move the mouse to the far left of the screen and then up until it reappears on the far right hand side of the screen so that I can hit shut down button.
It seems to happen randomly though always on desk top and sometimes when I move mouse and computer switches on from rest mode. My large flat screen is relatively new.
The video card on this computer, which is approximately two years old, is Nvidia FeForce 9400M.
Any help would be welcome as my usual source of assistance is not available and I am not well versed in workings of the Mac although I have used one for many years.

That sounds like a Hardware problem.
You may be able to confirm that with Apple Hardware Test, or make an appointmenst for a free Genius Bar evaluation.

I followed the "How to revert to FP 11.7 (Chris Campbell Oct 2013) along with the uninstall instructions link and now have both zip FP 10.3 and zip 11.7 in my downloads. I attempted to run FP 11.7, the "winax" file for IE after unzipping it but I am blocked bya window that says I cannot do this and must install FP 13. The only choice in this window, other than downloading is QUIT. What is the best approach now. The website is Auckland Council and the window concerned is "GIS Viewer". neither Chrome or IE will open it.

There is only one uninstaller for Windows that will uninstall both 32- and 64-bit versions of the Flash Player. At one point there were two separate installers (one for 32-bit OS and another for 64-bit OS), but that has not been the case for a long time. Based on the error, it's possible you may using an older version of the uninstaller (to find out the version of the uninstaller, right-click on the file, select properties, then the 'details' tab). The latest version is always posted to this link, and will work on both 32- and 64-bit operating systems. If you get the same error using this uninstaller, please post the contents at the end of the FlashInstall.log file, that show the uninstall attempt. Since you have a 64-bit OS, there will be two files at the following locations:
32-bit: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
64-bit: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
