Having trouble changing master password as i have forgotten it and can not get it to reset please help

I have tried to remember what the first pass word was and can not get it done. i can not send out emails on both of my email accounts [email protected] or [email protected] as both request password. when i have tried to reset master password it will not except any thing that i am doing. i need to send out emails for my work and having trouble doing the change. Please help

The master password protects saved passwords in Thunderbird and has nothing to do with connecting to your providers server. You need to work with your email provider if you have forgotten your email password. Go to their email help site and look for a link to reset your password.

Fastest way is by contatcing support. This is because youc an't reset the questions on your end if you forgot the original answers.

All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.

The same Adobe ID can not be used to make payment if you have changed country. To get complete resolution, please contact Adobe support Contact Customer Care.

I have bought a new pc and have a lot of music on my iphone that I want to sync with my I phone but can not find a way to make it to work. I trried to syncronize but a lot of my favorit folders and music is gone and I can not use this to get it to me ipod. helpfull for any help!
I do not have a mac because my company does not allow me so please give me some usefull advise for a Windows Pc

Ok, then I do not like apple. I have used a lot of money to download music to my iPhone and now they do not want me to use it on my PC or IPod? I will not accept that and if Apple do not have any solution to this I will never buy their products again

Hi I am having Wi fi connectivity issues , while using my computer the wi fi dropped out , I can no longer connect and no networks come up. I have tried looking into the air port, trying manually to connect to the desired network with no success , it says the Wi fi is turned on. I am at a loss to why it will no longer connect, please if you have any suggestions,as I tried to ring apple support but my warranty has expired this is my first major issue since I purchased it in 2009.

My 4s i-phone which is 2 years old cannot find any wi-fi networks not even my home network... I had the same problem two months ago but i turned off the i-phone for 8 hours and then it was okay... Now it happened again.... I tried to restart the modem but whilst my laptop is connected regularly, my phone still cannot find any wi-fi networks... I restart the i-phone, i reset it, i chose reset network settings, reset all settings, i turned it off for a whole day in case it was overloaded, i turned on the airplane mode and turned it off again, i put it into the freezer for 10 minutes within a zipped bag but 3 days now and i still cannot be connected to my home wifi... I went to the technician today and he told me that it means that wi-fi is broken and that i need to change it with a charge of 70 euro but i have to give my phone for 10 working days so as to be fixed... I am so frustrated and i don't know if i want to give 70 euro for wifi since i don't know if it would make the same problems again...

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

If the usual method does not work, you can also do this manually.
# Open your profile folder, for details of how to find it see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles
# Close Firefox
# In the profile folder delete key3.db, signons.sqlite, and if they exist signons.txt, signons2.txt and signons3.txt
That will delete all passwords and remove the master password.

If the card hasn't been activated properly then have you tried taking it back to the store that you bought it from and asking them to activate it properly ?

Thanks the address you gave me gave me what I needed but still had alot of trouble with the game. Come to find out it was my browser IE8 that was causing all the problem. So I changed to google chrome and loaded the regular version of Flash player and have been able to get on the game. It is almost as if the program does not exist on my computer. If I search for it, the only thing that comes up is the installer. I cannot find it anywhere despite the fact I have installed it numerous times, uninstalled it and conducted a fresh install, and the Adobe website checks says that it is installed.
