As any developer I got the iOS 7 beta on my iPad mini , before few days when I used my iPad forgot my passwaor, and I can't unlock it using the iPad , When I plug it on my window so I can restore it using iTunes , I got to errors , once "Unkown error 3004" and once "It's not eligble".

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

It sounds as though you are experiencing an issue with an Apple ID and authorizations. Based on your post, it sounds like you are familiar with the authorizing and deauthorizing process. The Apple ID in question (your wife's email) may be originating from the iPhone you are attempting to update. Is it possible that your wife created an Apple ID or iCloud account which is signed in on that iPhone? What is the exact error message you are receiving? Have you checked to make sure the connections on each end of the USB cable are nice and snug?

Sounds like your phone was hacked to work with any network. Doing the update re-locked it to the original carrier. All you can do now is contact the carrier it is locked to to see if they have an unlocking policy. Note that if it's AT&T they do not offer unlocking. otherwise find an un-activated sim for the original carrier and you can use it as an iPod.

Do you have any firewalls or antivirus software active (e.g. Little Snitch), that could prevent the installer from contacting the Apple Servers? If yes, turn them off. Also, disable the Energy saver, to prevent the Mac from falling asleep and causing time outs.

All software is up to date only I think, thanks to apple they droped support for logic express. Thanks for any suggestions.

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

The message is quite clear. The size of the iTunes library is larger than the space available on the device.
Stop attempting to sync the entire library to the device.
Select the desired content to sync to the device.

My MacBook Pro has a 500GB Hard Drive (HD), but when I search my capacity I says that I only have 384.99 GBs of capacity. Where are the other 100GBs?

My Mac has been a little slow, so I figured that I should make sure that I have enough storage capacity on my Hard Drive (HD). In doing so I realized that my HD is missing 100GB of space capacity. I thought that my HD was supposed to at least 499.25 of available space.
When using "About this Mac", it clearly shows that I only have 384.99 GB of capacity.
Where are the other 100 GB? I should mention that I recently deleted a partition for that same amount of storage. That has to have something to do with this? Can you help me?

At this point, I would go for reset to its factory default condition, using the iTunes program to get a clean system install. That way you'll clean everything out and just have it set up the way it would come from the factory. You'll need to do your backup (on the iTunes program too) and be sure you understand which stuff will be saved and which will not (from the links below). Also turn off any anti-virus program you may have on your desktop. Then when you reset it to the factory default condition, don't restore your backup just yet ... until you check it out without your data put back on it. Verify its operation first, to make sure that you know it's okay. Hopefully everything is okay at that point, otherwise you'll have to take it into Apple to check it out for any hardware failure.
