Hello, I have adobe premiere element 9. I have never been able to upload a clear video to youtube. Great before, a pixel mess once uploaded. I have try all the different set up, some are a bit better but far from being nice to watch. I have a gopro, movie are taken in HD and a fairly new panasanic video, also HD. If I upload straight from the gopro movie (not using adobe) the video is great on youtube. I try to save the finished video (from adobe) on my computer, then upload it (not using adobe) still a pixel mess. I am not an expert but I have seen some nice and clear video on youtube and I would love to be able to do the same. I recently downloaded "handbrake" and make my finished video through it...still a pixel mess. I am not sure what to do, something maybe with my set up, the rendering....I have no idea.....
Any help will be very appreciated

If you export the Timeline to a file saved to the computer hard drive and then upload that file to YouTube at the YouTube web site, what are
all the Premiere Elements export settings for the saving of the file for uploading later to YouTube?
That is a lot to be asking. But the answers will be in the details.
Please review and consider and then we will decide what next to solve this issue.

I have adobe Premiere Elements 13. It will not let me delete audio or have it fade in or out. I can move the yellow line all the way down till the volume reads -0.0, but the sound is still there on playback. I can click on fade in and fade out and the yellow line that graphs volume takes a sharp raise or dip at the beginning or end of the clip, but there is no change in volume when I play back. What am I doing wrong?

Now about those fades for the volume. How are you doing that?
1. Right click the Timeline video audio and select Fade and then
see the Fade options (I had a video with audio file, so I saw the choices as shown in the screenshot)
2. You can also create two volume keyframes at each end of the Timeline audio clip rubberband (orange line that goes horizontally across the middle of the audio clip). At the position of the Timeline Indicator, click the Add/Remove Keyframe icon, and then with the mouse cursor position the white dots (volume keyframes) to achieve the Fade In and Fade Out audio. In the screenshot below I have moved the Timeline Indicator so that you could better see the white dots (volume keyframes).
Please let us know if any of the above works for you with regard to the audio fades.

I have Adobe Premiere Elements and it will not let me export? It also will not let me login. It says photoshop.com is temporarily unaivalable and to check my network settings. Error 400. Can anyone help me? I need to export this video as soon as possible.
You don't say which version of Premiere Elements you're using, but Photoshop.com was discontinued last year, so you won't be able to log into it.
As for exporting -- it's hard to give you specific information without knowing which version of the software you're using and on what operating system but -- which Share or Publish & Share option are you using and what is happening when you use it? -
I have Adobe Premiere Element 7 installed and I use that as to editing my video's. I am having such a hard time trying to lightening a dark video. I tried everything but nothing is working. Please help

Premiere Elements 7, on what computer operating system?
In Premiere Elements 7, there are various effects for lightening a dark video. After applying one of these lighting effects, have you been editing these applied effects in Edit Effects/Properties Palette after you apply them?

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast, Auto Levels....
Image Control Panel that is a default Properties Palette panel along with Motion and Opacity....for Brightness, Contrast, Hue, and Saturation.

I HAVE ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS 10.
Problem #1 I used to have many options on the "Disc Menu" to set up my DVD.. and now it is very limited..almost no templates.
Problem #2 I try to sign in to my account through Premiere and it will never sign on...just keeps acting like its trying to but never connects. Anyone have any thoughts??JEN-E-FER-FER
With versions earlier than 11, there is no more Sign In. If you get any message to that effect, ignore and cancel out of them. You should be able to move forward to your import, editing, and exports using the program nonetheless.
As for the disc menus, those marked photoshop.com plus members only are no longer available to you in versions of Premiere Elements earlier than 11. You may see the thumbnails for those members only items, but they are no longer available to you in Premiere Elements earlier than 10.
Interestingly, many of them are found in Premiere Elements 11, 12, and 13 as part of the program with no need to purchase them or have any special membership in anything. Adobe has promoted Adobe Revel as a replacement for photoshop.com, but that has no impact on this disc menus issue.
This all has to do with Adobe discontinuing photoshop.com and photoshop.com plus et al.

Was the onset of your Premiere Elements 7 problems associated with you going to editing of large high definition projects?
Your 8 GB of memory will not help you out in the way of computer resources when it comes to Premiere Elements 7 on Windows Vista
whether Vista is 32 or 64 bit. Premiere Elements 7 is a 32 bit application that is a 32 bit application in a 32 bit system and runs in the 32 bit
compatibility mode of a 64 bit system. In such a condition, 32 bit system limitations exist - maximum supported installed RAM 4 GB of which 3 GB or less of that are available.
How far into a project do you get before you get the serious error message? What are the properties of your source media? What are you setting as your project preset to match the properties of that source media?
Can we assume that you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on the same computer with Premiere Elements 7, you are running the program as administrator, your video card/graphics card driver version is up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card. Also, determine if
the problem exists with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
Please review and consider. Based on your reply, we can plan a troubleshooting strategy.

every time I try to upload MOV files from my iphone 5s onto my adobe premiere elements on windows 8 i get 'the importer reported a generic error'

What version of Premiere Elements are you using on Windows 8.1 64 bit? For now I will assume Premiere Elements 12 in a NTSC set up.
Your iPhone 5s video is expected to be 1080p @ 30 progressive frames per second? Do you confirm that? Because of the source of your video, it is highly likely that you are dealing with a variable frame rate.
Please give the following a try to see if you then have an "importable" product to take into Premiere Elements presumed 12/12.1.
Download and install the free HandBrake program.
http://handbrake.fr/
Import your video file into the program.
Make sure you browse to and set Destination (suggested Desktop location)
Go to the Video Tab and set
Video codec = H.264 (x264)
Frame Rate = 29.97
put a dot next to Constant for the Frame Rate
Click on the Start at the top left of the workspace
Wait for the "Queue Finished" to appear in the progress bar at the bottom left of the workspace.
Then see if this H.264.mp4 (1920 x 1080 @ 29.97 progressive frames per second file can be imported into Premiere Elements 12 project with a manually set project preset of NTSC/DSLR/1080p/DLSR 1080p30@ 29.97.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. It came installed on my HP Desktop. I am can not get the warp text tool to work. It has worked in the past. Once I click warp text, the little window does not pop up, and if I try to do anything else after I click warp text, it wont let me. Just sounds the ding, alert, can still slightly navigate the program but can not use any other tools after clicking warp text. I just have to open task manager and close the program. not sure if I'm doing something wrong or maybe I just need to uninstall and re install. Having trouble finding out how to uninstall and reinstall because the program came pre installed on my desktop.
It actually sounds like the warp text window is opening off screen.
Resetting the photoshop elements 10 preferences should fix it.
*Press and hold the Shift+Ctrl+Alt keys just after you start the launch of the photoshop elements 10 editor
*Keep holding the keys down until you get a dialog asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop elements setting file
*Press Yes -
