Adobe Story Plus's sharing features keep failing for my account

I have been an Adobe Story user since it first launched, when collaboration was included in the free version. Then it split into Adobe Story Free and Adobe Story Plus. Recently, the internship I landed required that I adobt a CC-centric workflow, thus I became a paying member of Adobe Creative Cloud Student Edition (I am studying film at the University of Texas in Austin), with which came Adobe Story Plus. I upgraded the SAME account I have been using for years. Yet, upon upgrade, I lost all of the projects I had been working on in Story Free prior. Moreover, NONE of the sharing features seem to work for me. These features are imperative to my new position and workflow. I have to constantly collaborate with my teammates. If I share a Story project with my team, they all recieve the invitation but it fails when they try to accept. If they try to share something with me, I just never receive the invite, via email, online story.com, the desktop application, or anything. I hope to find a solution ASAP because my internship is kind of riding on this, and thus my career.

Adobe Story plus desktop app not login in. Please help! I have tried everything!

Hi, I have creative cloud cs6 and I can't use my Adobe story plus desktop app.
Any time I try to enter, the app ask me first about my creative cloud email and password and then it ask me a password to the desktop app and to repeat this password too. Then nothing happens and it returns to step 1 with the window of LOG IN and MORE INFORMATION Buttons. I have try to unistall and installl, uninstall adobe air too, also to delete and renabe the folder Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/com.adobe.story.....
Doesn't work.
I have MOUNTAIN LION 10.8.3

Ok it has been fixed I thing connecting just by cable instead of wifi. Crazy but real. But this was not happening with windows partition in the same macbook.

This is a scam. Do not phone these people, at best they will charge you for unnecessary 'cleaning' and at worst they will gain access to your Mac and steal your data. You've probably managed to install some 'adware' which is producing this fake warning. 'Adwaremedic' should remove it and is safe to use - please see

Still wondering what happened to Adobe Story Plus

I am a subscriber to Creative Cloud and ADOBE STORY is nowhere to be found. I even talked to one of the Adobe “tech” people who INSISTED that Adobe Story was a) not an application; b) is not part of Creative Cloud; and c) could not see any reference anywhere that stated that Adobe Story was EVER to be part of Creative Cloud.

The features described for Adobe Story Plus finally started working; however, I can no longer go online with my application. It just sits there with a prompt saying "Going online. Please wait." The funny thing is that this ONLY happens on my MacBook Pro. My work computer (iMac) works perfectly. Elements 11. Resize image tool doesn't work. Tried online chat with Adobe - no help.

I recently got a new computer (pc) and decided to download Elements 11 instead of the old version that was on my old computer. I've discovered that the image resizing tool doesn't work, although the other functions seem to be working fine.
I tried an online chat with Adobe. Their suggestion was to buy another photo service from them for $10./month !!

Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option find it ? If not, then depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries), does it show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes for downloading (if there is an complete download of the track listed in the Music part of your library then you will need to delete it from there before it will get the cloud symbol in Purchased for redownloading) ?

What can I do when Im having trouble receiving a script from Another Adobe Story Plus user?

I am having serious trouble downloading a link of a script one of my crew members shared with my from Adobe Story Plus. Everytime I click on the link in my email I go straight to the Adobe Story Plus Project/ Authoring Interface, the project (script) is not there. I am using my PC with Windows 7. Would that be a issue if my friend is using a Mac?
I don't know what to do for I need this info pronto. The crew member who has sent it to me has done so multiple times and the same thing has happened. I do not see the script in the project pane. If I can receive the script into my Story account, what can be done for that to happen? What else can I do to get this script into my story account or to downlaod the link from my email?

One quick way could be to ask the crew member to save the script to disk (File->Save to disk) option and mail that to you. You could then import the script into your account.

Mac OS X 10.6 includes QuickTime versions 10.0 and 7.6.3. The QuickTime 7 player will only be present if a QuickTime Pro key was present at the time of installation, or if specified as part of a custom install, or individually downloaded:

Snow Leopard update 10.6.4 included an update to 7.6.6 (if installed). You can install it from the above link even though it says for 10.6.3. It's the same version of QuickTime Player 7.6.6.
(Only QuickTime Player 7.6.3 or 7.6.6 can be updated to "Pro".)
iMovie does not, AFAIK, use QT 10.
