Hello my OS upgrade process was interrupted due to Internet failure, how may I re-try to upgrade it? I got a message that says I can´t, the serial number can be used only once!

Hello I bought a macbook pro on August this year and got a bonus to upgrade the OS from Lion to Mountain Lion for free. I started the donwload but it was interrupted due to internet failure so the upgrade process was aborted. When I tried to initiated the process again, I got a message that says I can not used the same serial number to download Maountain Lion. What can do in order to upgrade the OS using the "bonus" I received with the purchase?

I have the same problem, only Purchases in the App Store shows nothing. The download NEVER showed up in the App Store only in the Launchpad with a progress icon. The Icon said paused but when clicked, it just disappeared with no download.
How am I supposed to get my free upgrade now?

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.

I have used the trial version of Dreamweaver and Photoshop; Both have then expired. When I try to purchase an yearly suscribption, during the process, there is step 3 which ask le to enter the serial number, but I do not have access to these number anymore. What should I do?

I am trying to email pictures from my ipad to my email address on my computer and I have been going along nice but now I get a message that says "cannot send mail the message was rejected by the server" can't see to figure out why it stopped sending now.

I have been emailing pictures from my ipad to my computer and have been going along nicely and now when I went to send 5 pictures to my computer from my ipad I am getting a message that says " cannot send mail The message was rejected by the server" cannot understand why this is happening and have not been able to fix. Now when I try to send pictues even to another email address I am getting the same message.

After 4 calls to apple and 8 and a half hours on the phone. The apple people does not how to solve the problem. Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion/Mountain Lion's Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.

If you already registered, then there is no point to trying to do so again. Simply dismiss the dialog.

Go to the HP site and look for drivers for your scanner. It apparently needs an updated driver to work with Mavericks.

Some other piece of network ghardware on your home LAN (Local Area Network) is using the IP address your Mac is trying to use.
Reboot both your modem and router, or the Modem/Router combo box you have, and all pieces of networking equipment, computers and printers, you have connected to your LAN.
If you continue to get that error then it is a bug in OS X or you have your Mac set to a Static IP address that is being handed out by the routers DHCP server to some other device.

It could be a problem at the other end, try again tomorrow. Also , try resetting your iPad by holding down the home and sleep/wake button till the Apple logo appears and then let it wake up, maybe that may help.
