HELP - "Error in script command 1: InstallApp "

I've just upgraded my ipod to a jailbroken 1.1.4 and installed summerboard. But whenever I want to add a new application...i get the following message:
"Error in script command 1: InstallApp"
What do I've to do???

Sorry, these forums are only for supporting Apple's products - a jailbroken iPod is off limits.
Use Google.

    Hi,
    I am getting the same pboblem right now,did you get the solution for this pboblem?

  • Invoke script command error

    Hello,
    Environment:
    VMM Cluster 2012 R2
    2x Windows Server 2012 R2 + Hyper-V Role
    We are using "Run Script Command" (Powershell: Invoke-SCScriptCommand) for customizations on the Hyper-V hosts, but recently it's the VMM Server reporting an error.
    Invoke-SCScriptCommand Parameters:
    Executable programm: C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowershell\v1.0\Powershell.exe
    Parameters: -File "Script.ps1" -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -WindowStyle Hidden
    Script Resource package: name.cr
    Run As Account: User with Domain Admin permissions
    Error (22029)
    VMM could not create a process for the script command C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowershell\v1.0\Powershell.exe.
    Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or the provided impersonation level is invalid (0x80070542)
    Recommended Action
    Verify the script command settings, then try operation again.
    The problem appears after installing the "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3000483)" on the Hyper-V hosts.
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3000483
    When I am using the builtin Domain Administrator "domain\Administrator" the error doesn't occur.
    Did anyone got the same issue?
    Thanks,

    Only one way I've found around this:
    cmd /c reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
    This disables LUA prompting. Which is what is breaking running the CMD.exe.  You can't add -RunAS to your powershell script because you are not even getting that far.
    Turn LUA back on after your service template deployment completes by running.
    cmd /c reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
    (Then RESTART the server through script, as it requires a reboot)
    You can add this into your unnattend also.  (Which will be in the right context to run during the OS Install Process)

  • "Director Player Error" Need help! Simple Script...

    Whats up guys, I have some lingo in the first frame of an old
    project (interactive CD) that checks for quicktime version 6, as
    well as desktop resolution of 1024x768 or greater.
    Works perfect and I love the script.
    I started a new Interactive cd and figured I'd re-use that
    code as I'll need it again. I opened the old project, copied and
    pasted the exact same code and now I get an error when I open the
    new .exe.
    Specifically it says "Director Player Error: Script Error.
    Continue? Yes or No" Yes doesn't do anything except refresh the
    error screen.
    The other funny thing is that when I play the project inside
    of Director I get no such error or script problem...
    Here's the code: (works perefectly in the older project, I
    just tested it today and worked like a charm)
    on exitframe
    if quicktimeversion() < 6 then
    go to frame 10
    else
    go to the frame+1
    end if
    if (the DesktopRectList)<[rect(0, 0,1024,768)]then
    go to frame 15
    else
    go to the frame+1
    end if
    end
    Any ideas?

    Thanks guys, I'll definetaly have to try adding the QT6Asset
    xtra. I'm not too optimistic about that though becuase I never
    added that too the older project folders. I know for sure that when
    I burnt the old CD's it included just the .exe, the quicktimes, and
    an autorun...wouldn' t the CD's have needed that file as well? Is
    there some option I have to check? Is that something included in
    the .exe or an additional file that needs to be added to the
    folder?
    And the same goes for Mark; the old CD didn't have that
    addition and it runs fine.
    The real problem here (as I see it) is that it works on CD
    "A". I copy and paste to CD "B" and it doesn't work. Isn't that
    piece of code written to be versatile?
    I opened my old project, re-complied it, and it worked
    perfectly so I know it's nothing that changed in my PC (like if I
    got Quicktime 7).
    I even grabbed that piece of code and dropped it in a
    completely empty Director scene and still got the error...
    As I last ditch effort could somebody copy that code into a
    blank scene and see if they get that error?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    s i agree that there are some data available in devpt server as well...
    I'm listing u all the possibilities of error ... please make sure that ur doc satisfies these things
    1.check whther the entries are there for the corresponding billing doc no...
    2.Now suppose if you want to some data to be displayed in one
    page and the rest of the data in another page i.e you want to force the data
    to move to next page then use this sap script command
    /: NEW-PAGE[page_name]
    This will force the data to move to the next page.
    3.assuming that u r using two pages(FIRST,NEXT) in the layout...
    the statement that displays the line item should probably be inside the loop and corrosponding form and end form.. so that if it exceeds the page it'll automatically display it in the next page..
    4.Try to expand the main window size so that continous line item
    5.Make sure that u have alloted the corresponding output type for the billing document issued...
    6.check the form name and the driver program name)in NACE transaction
    Hope this helps you

  • Beginner question - testing for null string from shell script command

    I'm trying to test the result of a shell script command. I want to put out a message if the result is a null string. At present I get this applescript error "The command exited with a non-zero status"
    I'm sure this is a simple question ... but I can't figure out how to do it. Help!

    You can use try clause for the problem:
    set _result to ""
    try
    set _result to do shell script "/blah/andblah"
    end

  • Need help in creating script for "Task Schedule" in Oracle E-Bussiness Suit

    Hi,
    I need some urgent help regarding the scripting of Oracle E-Business Suite application. I am new towards working on Oracle Applications. I have been using LoadRunner 11.0 and protocol oracle applications 11i for the scripting of the application. The problem is as follows:
    Scenario- Schedule an incident to a resource.
    1) Log in to the application.
    2) Open Oracle Forms Page.
    3) Enter the details of the incident number.
    4) Right click on the incident number and then select “schedule” option.
    5) Check / Select the resource listed in the new form.
    6) Click on “schedule” Button.
    7) Exit the oracle forms.
    8) Logout from the application.
    I have recorded the scenario but when I try to run the script, it fails after completing the 4th step from the scenario mentioned above. I have done all the required co-relations..
    Another issue that I have noticed in the scipt is that it records a lot of requests to the AppsTCFServer.
    When I check the Tree View of the script, I have found that there are around 25 requests to the AppsTCFServer recorded in the script. In the header of these requests a TCF Start/Session number gets generated randomly. This number stays the same in few AppsTCFServer request headers and then a new number gets generated and the cycle continues.
    However LoadRunner does not generate this number by itself during replay. I cannot find this number in any previous responses.
    In the last few days, I have tried my hands on Oracle Openscript tool to record the above scenario, but still I am getting the same problem, i.e instead of getting the correct response from the server for the AppsTCFServer requests, I am getting the message "X-session 7098.... not found - aborting ".
    I get this message whether I use LoadRunner tool or the OpenScript tool.
    Please help me solve this issue.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Soumya Mukherjee

    This isn't much of a "code-sharing" site but a "knowledge-sharing" site.  Code posted me may be from a questioner who has a problem / issue / error with his code.   But we don't generally see people writing entire scripts as responses to such questions as yours.  There may be other sites where you can get coding done "for free".
    What you could do is to write some of the code and test it and, if and when it fails / errors, post it for members to make suggestions.
    But the expectation here is for you to write your own code.

  • Error while executing "" command Error type ACCESS VIOLATION Error Address: 0006898E Module name:gfsdesk.DLL

    Hi All,
    I'm using diadem from .net Program. While on the run I'm getting the following error.
    Error While executing "" Command
    Error type ACCESS VIOLATION
    Error Address: 0006898E
    Module name:gfsdesk.DLL
    Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
    regards,

    Hi Swaroop,
    It would be helpful to better understand what your code really does. The information that you called DIAdem from your enviroenment is not yet sufficient to understand what the problem might be.

  • Error message: "invalid command line argument" while lodaing itunes

    I'm trying to load Itunes onto a computer that already has a version of itunes on it. I get a message that says "error: -1639 invalid command line argument" Does anyone know what this means? Does this mean I can't load itunes onto a computer that already has itunes on it?
    Also, I was able to load itunes on my laptop, but My ipod Icon is not appearing anywhere, not in itunes, not in explorer, not in my computer. I am, however, able to transfer music automatically when I plug the Ipod into the laptop. I have created several playlists and they have transferred over to the ipod as playlists. Any ideas why I can transfer despite not being recognized anywhere on the computer?
    Last thing is, I have plugged the Ipod into three different computers with itunes on them, and the ipod does not show up in the source list.
    I'm somewhat perplexed by all of this. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated
    Dell   Windows XP Pro

    hiya!
    "error: -1639 invalid command line argument"
    hmmm. folks typically only get that error if they are installing from removable media (such as a CD), although i have seen it happen if someone tries to install into the "recovery partition" of certain makes of PC.
    if you download and save an installer to your C drive and run the install from there, do you still get the 1639?

  • Help creating a script to move users in and out of an OU based on a time limit

    Here's my scenario: we currently have OUs based on the locations of our facilities, we also have a sub-OU(?) underneath it for users that need a group policy applied to them where whitelist applications allowed to run. From time to time we have need to pull
    users out of that sub-OU for a short period of time to let them run applications they normally wouldn't be able to and won't need to run long term. Sometimes we also forget to add these people back into that policy controlled sub-OU because we get busy do
    other things. Server is 2008 R2.
    Here's what I'm looking for: A script that prompts for the users name, pulls that user out of the sub-OU, puts them in the main OU but only for 24 hours. After that time limit is up, a script/command runs that puts the user back in the policy controlled
    sub-OU. I'm thinking a PS script would be the best way to do this.
    Research: Looking at these posts here and here I'm
    thinking I should be able to Frankenstein something together but I have very limited PS scripting experience.
    Can anyone help me create this?

    You've probably figured this out, but we're not typically in the business of writing complete solutions for people. With that said, there are projects I find particularly interesting, such as this one, where I am willing to help get someone started if they
    are willing to take the time to work through the examples and learn from them.
    You have two requests - one is a script that prompts for a user it then moves to a different  location in Active Directory. The second request is a way to move them back without manual interaction. This will require an automated task (scheduled task)
    that will run at select times during a day.
    Here's the first script (1/2): The first two lines set two different variables. The first line sets the $OUPath variable to the SubOU. The second line prompts for a user and, once a user is entered, sets that user to the $User variable. It then runs the
    first try-catch, attempting to replace the $User variable with the data returned from the Get-ADUser cmdlet. Notice the use of the -Properties parameter. By default the modified date and the extensionAttributes are not returned. We will be using the modified
    date so we can be certain that 24 hours passes before we move them back (see part 2/2). Including extensionAttribute13 will ensure we only move users out of the OU if they were moved in by the script. Note: The modified date on a user in AD is changed when
    it is moved from one OU to another. If the user cannot be located in the first try-catch it will say it cannot locate the user in Active Directory. If it can locate it, it will set the $User variable, as described so far, and then move on.
    In the second (or, nested) try-catch we split the user's DistingusihedName at the first comma so that we have two parts. We use the second part (that doesn't include their CN) and see if that matches the $OUPath variable. If it does match then that user
    has already been moved. If it doesn't match then we 1. Move the user, 2. Replace extensionAttribute13 with the string 'MovedUser,' and 3. Output that the user has been moved.
    $OUPath = 'OU=SubOU,OU=MainOU,DC=mydomain,DC=com'
    $User = Read-Host -Prompt 'Enter SamAccountName'
    try {
    $User = Get-ADUser -Identity $User -Properties Modified,extensionAttribute13
    try {
    If ($User.DistinguishedName.Split(',',2) -eq $OUPath) {
    Write-Output -Verbose 'User already moved.'
    } Else {
    Move-ADObject -Identity $User.DistinguishedName -TargetPath $OUPath
    Set-ADUser -Identity $User.SamAccountName -Replace @{extensionAttribute13='MovedUser'}
    Write-Output "'$($User.SamAccountName)' has been moved."
    catch {
    Write-Output "'$($User.SamAccountName)' cannot be moved."
    catch {
    Write-Output -Verbose "Unable to locate '$User' in Active Directory."
    The second script (2/2): Here we also set a couple variables - one is the SubOU's DistinguishedName where we want to return the user and the other is the all of the users from the MainOU. Foreach user in $Users we check if their extensionAttribute13 is set
    to 'MovedUser' and if their modified date is greater than or equal (-ge) to 24 hours. If it is, the script will move the user, clear extensionAttribute13, and let us know the user was moved. If for some reason your $OUPath variable is wrong, the script will
    run the catch portion of the only try-catch we used in this script. Again, you'll have to schedule Task Scheduler to run this script. Good luck!
    $OUPath = 'OU=MainOU,DC=mydomain,DC=com'
    $Users = Get-ADUser -Filter * -SearchBase $OUPath -Properties Modified,extensionAttribute13
    Foreach ($User in $Users) {
    $TimeSince = New-TimeSpan -Start $User.Modified -End (Get-Date)
    If ($User.extensionAttribute13 -eq 'MovedUser' -and $TimeSince.Hours -ge 24) {
    try {
    Move-ADObject -Identity $User.DistinguishedName -TargetPath $OUPath
    Set-ADUser -Identity $User.SamAccountName -Clear extensionAttribute13
    Write-Output "$($User.SamAccountName) has been moved."
    catch {
    Write-Output "$($User.SamAccountName) cannot be moved."
    } Else {
    Write-Output 'No Users to move.'
    If you decide to use this, be sure to change the paths you use for the $OUPath variables. Also, if you're using this with PowerShell 2.0, you will need to use the Import-Module cmdlet to import the ActiveDirectory module. In versions above 2.0 it will be
    imported automatically if you try to use an AD cmdlet.
    Edit: Typo - Get-ADUser property

  • ERROR: -1639 INVALID COMMAND LINE ARGUMENT

    Trying to install software for Shuffle that Santa brought and get this error messsage...
    "Error: -1639 invalid command line argument. Consult the windows Installer SDK for detailed command line help."
    Install stops at this point.
    SOMEONE HELP... My kid is chomping at the bit !
    Thanks.

    Ok I'll do some more searching but I found something in the community forums.
    APPSearch can not return this data into a property, so instead, for some unspeakable reason, returns a value of Null, follwed by another Null. This means that the property is created, and populated with two null characters. Bad news if the property also happens to be a PUBLIC property. All public properties are passed as part of the command line sent in a stream to the background installer process by the Execute Action. Since this stream now contains a double null value in a property, the stream is prematurely terminated. This creates an invalid command line, and thus the 1639 error.
    This user solved it by using the MSi Cleanup installer util.
    EDIT: A little more info...
    This problem is almost impossible to detect through the MSI log files since our friends at Microsoft chose to limit the length of any line in the log. It is impossible to get a dump of the full command line that generates this error.
    EDIT2:Note that error 1639 only ocurrs when the install package is run from removable media. When the package is run from local storage, the behavior is far more obtuse. The background install process, failing to receive a complete command line, is forced to run as if there had been no UI session, which in turn causes the APPSearch action to run again as if the install was running in silent mode. This causes re-evaluation of all properties a second time, destroying the feature selections made in the UI session, and also forcing the install to run under user credentials instead of elevated, even though AdminUser, ALLUSERS and Privleged properties are set. This is a very serious error that causes total failure of the installation.

    Hi Rick,
    One thing that you can check up for , is to make sure that you have a Temp
    directory on your machine, where you are installing the program.
    You may also want to set a Temp environment variable in autoexec.bat before
    you
    try to install anything..
    Hope this info help....

  • Script command

    Hello All,
    Please let me know the below script command how to make and how to debug this command.
    Below text in the Standard text.
    e.g.  /:   SIP_TABLE STAB_01
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Vikas

    Looks like this is a text element in SAP script and if so it will be called using WRITE_FORM from print program.
    You could activate the SAP Script debugging from SE71==> Utilities==>Activate debugger.
    Furter you could debug the script and reach your text elements for values.
    or
    Putting one breakpoint @ the write form of this element and check the values which are used in this element.
    If it is a standard text you need to add prefix as INCLUDE for printing. Above mentioned debugg will take you to that standard text.
    Hope this helps you.
