Help me My nano is broke and I didn't do anything!
I have a black Ipod nano. I also have a nice plastic case to go with it. So my ipod is protected at all times.
I was in school and i was listening to my ipod intill class started. It was fine. after class I took it out of my front pocket and it had a distorted screen and a crack. I never banged it against anything. I just sat down and never moved for a hour. the ipod still worked other wise execpt i could not see anything on the screen because it was soo distorted. I shut it off so it would not not be even moe dameged. But when i tryed to turn it on again by pluging it in, it was dead, DEAD.
I had a protective case and never dropped it or banged it ino anything and My ipod broke.
Can somebody help me?

ok my ipod keyboard is not working sometime it type and i didn't press anything i calibrated it and nothing happen but now it does not type these letters(d,x,r) help please because my cousin will be so mad because he is letting me use it unntil he givs it to his other cousin. Make sure the screen is clean
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I just got a refurbished iPod 5th generation 32gb. This morning I went to turn it on and it didn't do anything and kept the black screen. I tryed to turn it on but it didn't do anything. The day before it had looked weird, as in I was downloading an app and it powered down, the when I tryed to turn it back on it got red and green lines on it. Should I send my ipod in to Apple so they can fix it or can I do this myself?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. Or send it to Apple

Mainboard is out of service and i didn't do anything
I'm from Thailand.I've bought Macbook pro 15' since last year.The mainboard was out of service and i didn't do anything.It collapse by it self,so i went to the store ask for help but they said to me that my Macbook is end of insurance already so i have to pay 1,000$ for new mainboard. I can't understand why Macbook was so weakened and not stably. I can agree that i didn't do anything before it's collapse and i can't understand why it has to be very expensive for new mainboard.

I was charged money to my iTunes account and I didn't purchase anything and now my account is frozen how do I in freeze my account without paying for something I didn't purchase

What is the deal with the iOS 7.1? I downloaded it yesterday. This am my phone was at 100%. 4 hours later it was 14%---and I didn't do anything I don't usually do, and my battery will last all day!

Thanks if you reply!How exactly is your iPod configured to sync music from your iTunes library? In other words, what options do you have selected/enabled from under the iPod's Summary and Music tabs for the iPod in iTunes. To access the Summary tab, plug the iPod in and select it from under Devices in the left hand pane of iTunes. To move onto the Music tab, select the Music tab along the top part of the window.
As for the grayed out tracks, there may have been an issue during the sync process. The best thing to do is remove all the music from your iPod and resync it.

Change the password on that e-mail account. It's possible that your account has been hacked/spoofed and spammers have used it to blast out junk, leaving you to 'pay the price'. If it's one where you can contact the company, contact them and ask them what's going on. (if this is g-mail, yahoo, hotmail, don't bother, there's no way to contact any sort of support)

I can't connect to Internet. On the list of network connections it has Wireless and thats it. My network isn't on there. I reset connections and there wasn't no change. Please help.
Reinstall OS X without erasing the drive
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.

ITunes won't open now (and I didn't do anything!)
I'm seriously angry here. I've had so many problems related to iTunes. The past 2 times my iTunes stopped working altogether and I actually resorted to formatting my whole hard drive both times.
It's been working fine now for a month. I turned my computer off (properly) last night and today I turned it on and the first thing I tried to do was open iTunes and all it gives me is the stupid "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and gives me the option to send an error report.
I have already tried repairing iTunes, deleting and reinstalling it, and downloading a fresh copy and installing that. Nothing has changed.
Can anyone help me?Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
If you see QuickTime, remove it
Then try repairing iTunes
If that doesn't work, go back into Add/Remove Programs and make sure QuickTime is uninstalled.
Then, go here and download and install the version of QuickTime that does NOT include iTunes

My credit card has a charge on it for a particular day/time from APL *APPLE ITUNES. The charged amount and date/time of the charge do not ring any bells with me and I don't have kiddos that would be charging downloads or whatever. How do I find out what the charges were actually for? I've tried to figure it out in the iTunes store, but not having much luck. I'm new to this iPhone 'thing". Please help.

I was surfing around on eBay, when suddenly my screen morphed from the size it's always been at to SUPER HUGE. And I did NOT change any settings. I tried a system restore, and the pages on eBay are still Mr. Magoo sized.
