Help! My Tx 2500 keeps crashing and i get an error message

please help!
my computer keeps crashing. i keep getting a message that says "WerFault.exe-Corrupt File. The file or directory c:\windows\minidump is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility." The error code is 0x80070091:The directory is not empty
i've tried to run chkdsk utility but its not working or i'm not doing it correctly. i tried system restore but it won't let me do that until i run chkdsk utility! Not sure what to do!!
any help would be very much appreciated!!

This exact thing is happening to me as well. I've been troubleshooting the problem.. and finally have just narrowed it down to BIOS Failure.
I've tried the hard reset.
Even took the CMOS battery out, and let it sit..... NOTHING. perplexed. I'm going to let it run overnight and see if the BIOS will resolve (Act of God) itself. I'll keep you informed if I get anywhere with this. GLTU2.

The apple sign keeps flashing and im getting an error message

i put my phone on charge for 20 minutes and when i returned the phone was rebooting but only showing the apple sign then starting over. there is an error message that keeps appering on the top of the screen. sometimes for upto 1min and sometimes in different colours. when it comes up in blue there is also a blue line going across the screen
the error message is:

it has been 3hours i have tried a sof reset, switching the phone off and it will not connect to itunes. an advisor in the apple store said she had never seen that before, neither did 3 other collegues. they do not have appoinments untill next week. help please

That's definitely enough to start.
It sure seems like it should work...and then I saw that you're using a router. It could very well be that the router is the weak link here.
Instead connecting to your network router, try using a direct USB connection from your MBP. If that doesn't work, you read this post, which may be relevant to your problem:

You can use an external drive with LR but I recommend only using it for
image file storage while keeping your catalog on your internal HD for
performance. If you moved files outside of LR (Finder or Explorer) you will
have to clue LR in on where they are now. Use the left-hand folder panel in
Library mode to navigate to the location on your external drive and use the
find photo option get LR to reconnect them. If you moved the catalog and
now LR can't find it you should get a window allowing you to select a new
one where you can navigate to the new location and select it. You can also
just start LR by clicking on the Lightroom 5 catalog.lrcat file to open it
and start LR.

I'm getting the same Action Script pop-up on WinXP Sp3 32-bit and Win7 Pro SP1 64-bit systems, both running Seamonkey 2.10.1 with the Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120615 Firefox/13.0.1 SeaMonkey/2.10.1, so this is the same browser as Firefox 13.0.1.
The Action script pop-up has a Dismiss and Continue button and on WinXP clicking Dismiss seems to close the pop-up window and allow the Flash Player to work normally, at least for a while; clicking Continue results in repetitions of the Action Script pop-up - takes some time to come up again so not 100% sure on this behavior. On Win7, the Action Script pop-up window does not respond to clicking either button, the browser appears to be hung and after a minute or so a message comes up in the Flash player box saying the Flash Player has crashed and to reload the page to retry.

I used Terminal to change the permissions on the folder in question. I followed the instructions in this article:
iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization
In my case, the folder was there, so I needed the command to change permissions on the folder, not to create one. I was hesitant to use Terminal b/c I know that if I made an error I could wipe out my hard drive or render my computer unusable. So to be SURE I didn't make an error, I carefully copied the command from that page and *pasted* it into Terminal. Also, before I could do anything in Terminal, I had to go change my admin password (it had been a blank password before and that's not acceptable for making changes in Terminal). I was just super careful when entering my password or doing anything else while Terminal was open (making sure I didn't accidently hit the spacebar or another key, etc.) And it fixed the problem right away.
What was confusing for me was that the iTunes error message said to change permissions in the FINDER, which is what I was trying to do. It didn't mention Terminal. What would really be helpful is if Apple included a link to a page like this in their error message.

Solved for me.
I set the owner/permissions of my profile's mozilla folder's (and all the files in it) to read/write access, and the problem disappeared.

If you were using Apple's BootCamp and received this message, quit it and open Disk Uility in your Applicaitons/Utilities folder.
Select the Macintosh HD partition on the left and select Erase and Erase Free Space > Zero option and let it complete (important) this will check the spare space for bad sectors that can cause issues formatting partitions.
Once it's completed, try creating a partiton again in BootCamp.
If that doesn't work, then hold command option r keys down while connected to a fast internet connection, Internet Recovery should load (spinning globe) and then in that Disk Utility, select your entire internal drive and click > First Aid > Repair Disk and Permissions.
reboot and attempt Bootcamp again.
If you still get a error, it might be that you have OS X data on the bottom area where BootCamp partition needs to go. This would occur if you had the drive or computer for a long time or wrote a large amount of files to the drive and nearly filling it up and then reduced some, but it left traces in the area BootCamp needs to go.
To fix this
BootCamp: "This disc can not be partitioned/impossible to move files."
