Help need a new palm???

I am a hairstylist that books all of my appointments on my palm. I have been using this method since 1999. I have upgraded many times. I do not want my phone and appointment to be on the same device. If I must buy a palm phone I will. I called support to find out it the phones have the same option to go to the calendar click on options then phone look up and find my client add to calendar with the clients phone number showing. I was told NO. I do not know what to do now..... I love my palm!!! I tried the I touch.... They do not have an App for that either. Does anyone have a suggestion on a device that can pull your contacts into the calendar with phone number??? They have an App that will add the email but not phone number.... I need the number on my calendar. Is palm planning on making a phone that is comparable to a REAL Palm?? HELP!!

I'm trying to get a new Palm phone but the HP website has no useful information. I would appreciate anyone's help with choosing a new phone to replace my Palm Centro. I want to continue using the Palm because it sounds like iphones and other smart phones don't have a way to back up their contents and they all require internet.

Help needed by new Iphone 4s owner

Help needed please - both my hubby and I have iphone 4s - I've just gone to download music onto my phone and have somehow managed to download all his stuff onto my phone and lost all of mine Is there anyway I can get my info back and delete his without restoring to back to factory settings (this was the first time I connected mine to the laptop to download and I'm not very good with the computer as you can see from my problem !) xx

Help Needed re: New iMac SSD and Apps

I have a new MTO 27" iMac with the SSD option and I want to maximize the performance of my Apps and OS by having them resident on the SSD and not much else. I don't know what folders and files other than the .app files I need to move from my old PPC to achieve this. Please help as I am already a little confused about the content of the SSD vs the HDD. After moderate reading, I'm thinking I just want the OS (Lion) and my Apps on the SSD but I am using the Target Drive process vs Migration assistant. I already have moved my "out of the box" User home folder and its "Hidden" Library to my HDD on the new imac, but have NOT moved any of my old PPC Apps or other folders to the new iMac yet.
Should I put my User/Library/Applications Support Folder on my SSD if I mainly want my OS and Apps on the SSD? AND Can I just move/copy the folder to the new iMac using the Target Drive process from my old PPC?
I'm open to other ideas about what files s/b on SSD

I've seen a few Discussion Threads regarding these new iMac setups with the two internal drives (SSD + HDD). Some folks are advocating for keeping all Apps/OS files on the SSD exactly as you mention. Then they come up with a scheme for keeping their whole home folder on the HDD and it's seamlessly done so that the Mac doesn't complain that your home folder isn't in the default location.

Dear members
I am looking for a developer who can help me (rebuild) and
administrative back-end based on an existing MS SQL database in
either PHP or ASP classic.
I am pretty much a novice, more a designer than a programmer
but know my way around DW and some ASP code, I am new to PHP. I do
have experience with building databases, not much however with
building databases for e-commerce purposes.
I purchased WebAssist E-Commerce Suite if someone knows what
it is and work with DW MX 2004 on a Windows XP Professional SP2 m
achine.
I am not asking for free help but help me get the job done.
There is a time frame and the money I can spent on help is not

I can build myself the insert, update and delete pages on

6110 Help needed for new maps!

Hello,
I have a 6110 Nav with pre-loaded, maps of Greece and the Balkans on the supplied 512mb card, but I need maps of Italy, France, Germany, UK as well. Is there a package you would recommend I download from Nokia or Route66 for this need? How do I do this??
Also, I have a new 1 Gig MicroSD card, will I need a bigger one?
Lastly, Will I still be able to use my maps for Greece and Balkans if I download additional maps?

it IS true. the maps are there. install route 66 sync software (delivered with your mobile phone on a dvd), it will ask for an update, install that, select in the route 66 sync software "r66 store", select maps, go to europe, and there you get the "Western Europe" map (costs 99,99 euro, 1,64gb, withouth nordics!) or "Western Europe with Nordics (also costs of 99,99euro, 1,78gb, with nordics). so better get with nordics. you will need at least 2gb card anyway...
but currently route 66 got problems, as they did not link the maps correctly last friday. the "Western Europe with Nordics" is in fact the map without nordics (1,64gb, download interrupted at 92-94%), not clear yet what the map "Western Europe (without nordics)" really is.
as western europe with or without nordics does NOT include greece and baltics, you may also need to get that map, or it may work with your old map together (therefore, i guess you need a card larger than 2gb, or you get western europe without nordics, i do not know the size of the greece/baltics map). but that may fit on a 2 gb card. cards of size up to 8gb are supported (and more)
anyway, to make those maps work, you need to update your mobile phone to firmware 4.22.
guess route66 will fix those wrong linked maps soon.

I need to pass few parrameters into a new JSP window including ArrayList. I tested it passing strings and was successful using it in the new opened jsp with request.getParameter.
Please let me know how to a pass an ArrayList of objects to the new window.
What I tested is:

Help needed restoring new ipod

Ive just bought a new 8gb ipod touch as 2 days ago mine died on me. It contracted the infamous white screen of death. I tried restoring it but still couldnt get it working. So before the resore it backed up my first ipod automatically which i thought was great. Ive just pluged in my new itouch and restored it with the backed up files from my first itouch. Problem is its not restored my music, apps and emails. Its restored my photos and notes but not the most important stuff like my music and apps. Can anyone help ??? Would be much appreciated

I wish that I can tell you different but I cannot. You can transfer your music from iTunes to your iPods but not vice versa without third party software. You are in a tough situation because even if you get the countless available third party software then you still cannot get the music out of your old iPod because it is dead...........
I am not sure what else you can do to retrieve your music other than somehow revive your old iPod and hope that the data is intact...

The use of object orientated code within SAP has lead to new method of enhancing standard SAP code called

method has got return the original BADI definition
(i.e. HRPBSGB_HESA_NISR) and double click on the method name

8. When changes have been made activate the implementation

Help needed for new (and confused) BT Infinity cus...

Hi,
I upgraded to BT infinity from the normal broadband 3 days ago after being told on the phone my speeds would increase to 38mpbs on the download and the upload would rise up to 10mbps. I have waited the recommended 3 days stabilisation period and currently the download speed is around 17mbps and the upload is barely 1.5mbps. I have tried various methods to try and fix this but with no joy, any help or advice would be greatly, oh so greatly appreciated.

Help needed! New to Adobe Designer

I am new to Adobe Designer, so pls forgive me if this is a stupid question...I have also tried to search for the answer - but no luck...
This is the requirement:
- the user opens a PDF form
- the user fills in the required fields
- the user clicks on a SEND button
- an alert is shown "PDF sent!"
==> I.e. this button should send the PDF form to a pre-defined e-mail address in the BACKGROUND. The user should not see the e-mail, nor be able to edit it. I.e. we are looking for a way to send the PDF to an e-mail address without being dependant on whether the user has an e-mai client or not. The receiver should see an e-mail in his inbox with the PDF form attached to it and a standard text.
Is this possible to achieve? What is required?

This would not only be a HUGE security hole if this were allowed (you can have any PDF form out there e-mailing any information it wants to any address without you even knowing it) but it would also require Acrobat to handle SMTP transfers to a mail sever.
The solution of allowing the OS-defined default mail client to handle this solves both problems. Aandi's option is what you would have to do - submit the data via webservice and have your remote server e-mail out the data.

Help needed installing new optical drive in a G4 Cube

Long story short, my Cube's optical drive died a few months back and after trying all of the standard troubleshooting procedures (restarting, resetting the PMU, etc) I have since removed the drive altogether. Last night, I successfully ran the Cube with an optical drive taken from a trashed 2006 MacBook, but there is one small catch: with everything correctly connected, the new drive and the old circuitry do not fit back into the housing (link goes to image of the conundrum: http://img683.imageshack.us/i/picture1wv.png/)
Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can fix this? The new drive is considerably smaller than the original, and I have a good amount of room to stuff other wires in there for some sort of adapter. Ideally, I am looking for a slim ATAPI to slim ATAPI cable that is about 6" long, but I have yet to find anything of the like. Any thoughts?
(Note: a Western Digital Caviar 80GB HDD was installed about 18 months ago and is currently set to slave in order to run the new optical drive. Also, I have not been able to test sound as I do not have USB-powered speakers.)

I don't have a laptop but I believe that laptop drives are not the same size as the standard 5.25 inch drives in desktop computer. It would probably be cheaper and easier to simply buy a new optical drive of the correct size.

Once i uninstall creative stuff, i use dri've cleaner pro program to remove any resident files/ reg paths that get left behind.
I never ran into problem doing it this way, also i only install the creative Audio HQ and mixer only.
The rest of the creative stuff i don't install like speaker test, calibration etc.

Have tried to install add-ons, and whilst they appear to have installed nothing is added to the tools add-ons button.

This can be caused if one of the files that stores details of installed extensions is corrupt.
