Help needed on updating

My Ipod crashed, tried everything on the help site, but it didnt work so i sent it in for a service. A new Ipod arrived today so I tried to update the settings. On getting to the IPOD updater screen, when I connect the IPOd it says iPod updater 2004-08-06 cannot install firmware on connected Ipod. The Ipod s hardware and and the updater firmware are incompatible. I have been to the download updater page, but I cant find an icon to let me update. Please help

I'm sorry for all the trouble you are having. I am fairly new here in the discussions so I don't know all the trick.
I do have open another page with the link address I gave you. The page is headed "Get new ipod updater". Below that is a section asking for apple id & password followed by an area to open account if you have not already and finally below that is the download box to check. If that doesn't work then we will have to wait for one with better knowlege than mine to help. There are a lot of great people on the discussions. They helped me in my time of need.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. If you are using Safari this try clearing its cache via Settings > Safari.
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Thanks Rucong. The change you suggested did helped me to run the program correct. But I also have the display function to retrive the results and my program is parsed without any output.

Help needed with update from 3GS

I have an iPhone 3GS and am trying to update the software to ISO 4.. I have followed all the usual steps and connected my iPhone to iTunes and clicked update and all it says is that my iTunes software is up to date at 9.1.. But on the summary page it stills says that my iPhone software is 3.1.. How am I meant to update it? Help!

You need to click on your device in iTunes to bring up the iPhone summary page. It if from there that you update your iPhone software.

For all the projects(in cProjects) I need to find its GUID from the table-DPR_PROJECT . These GUIDs are contained in this table under the field name GUID.
The same GUID numbers I can find it in another table-DPR_OBJLINK under the field PROJECT_GUID. For this PROJECT_GUID numbers, I need to identify the corresponding EXTERNAL_ID(this field is in the table-DPR_OBJLINK) of the projects(These projects are R/3 projects). These EXTERNAL_ID values has to be pulled out in the report.
I am using the extractor 0CO_OM_WBS_1.
Please help me out with the update rule code.

Help Needed! - Updating Windows 8 to 8.1

Hi!
I just purchsed refurburshed HP Envy x2 Model with windows 8 (32 bit) installed.
After downloading all windows 8 updates, I'm trying to update widows 8.1 for the last one week, however, windows update restart from 0% after downloading upto 22%. This happend 4- 5 times due to which I'm stuck (and also lost data bandthwidth of my montly plan).
I need help on following issues:
1. How can I update 100% windows. (I've already tried microsoft patches availabel for troubleshooting windows update
2. I there any way to clean install windows 8.1 through USB. (Cannot boot from USB)
3. After updateing windows 8.1 Can I change/update recvoery partition to windows 8.1 instead of factory default windows 8 recovery.
Looking forward some concrete professional assistance please.

Strange error when installing iTunes 10.5, please help (need to update to iOS 5)

I am running Windows Vista Home Basic (32-Bit)
I have used iTunes for years, while owning various iPods and an iPhone 3g.
Today I bought an iPhone 4 and came home looking to immediately update to iOS 5, while installing I got this error:
After searching around, I decided to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall starting at iTunes 9.
I also ran Windows update and everything is up to par.
I still recieve the same error, please help!

Help needed with updates!

Every time I download updates to Photoshop CS6 via the application manager on Creative Cloud, it downloads fine but always fails on the update. I have tried this twice now in the space of week. Comes up with an error message but doesn't say what the error is? Help needed

I've spent an hour looking for answers and all I've found are others with the same question. Getting help appears a horribly convoluted process and it doesn't look like there is any. Can Adobe please address this issue! Even a workaround of some kind would be helpful, I am wondering if I should try deinstalling and reinstalling Photoshop, has anyone tried that?
The prospect of being stuck in this version of Photoshop and not being able to access the great "New features!" through the course of the subscription because of an update glitch (which appears to affect a few of us) is a bit much, especially for those of us trying to earn a living!!

ABAP Help needed with update rule

I have created a new keyfigure A and a new keyfigure B in 1 update rule, derived from basic keyfigures. Keyfigure C is calculated by adding A and B together...in the same updaterule.
keyfigure A and B are filled (recalculated ) as expected but keyfigure C remains empty. Can anybody tell me why?

Hi Tom
I think you have written a update rule for all the three keyfigures A, B and C.
When you write an update routine it is local and the value returned by any routine or calculation can not be accesed by other keyfigure. The Key Figure C will be calculated with values of A and B from the datapacket which are both SPACE(not from the values returned by update routines of A and B). so value of C will always be SPACE or Empty.
To solve the problem write Start Routine for calculating A B and C
Please assign points if helpful.

Help needed to update my computer

I cannot update my computer, I have 11 item to install when I accept the agreement, and write my password to install a message tells me "I do not have the access privilage" I tried with my master password and it did not solve the problem. Help will be appreciated.

I did, but this message still appearing

*The Installer package has been moved to the Trash. To try again, open the package from the Finder.*
I have my password ok, and my master password as well, I do not know what is going on...I went to Finder but I did not found it.

Please Help needed - Inconsistent update flags error

Hello Experts,
I am experiencing an error in the Middleware and I am not able to find a solution.
When I create sales order in CRM, they get replicated correctly to R3. Nevertheless, I never receive the notification from R3 to CRM and the Bdoc remains in Intermediate status with the message 'ERP adapter is called'.
When I modify the sales order in R3, I receive a notification from R3 to CRM with the error 'Inconcistent update flags'.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue? Why I am not receiving the notification from R3 to CRM once the sales order is replicated?

Hello Oliver,
This means that the BDoc is still awaiting a response from ECC.It is likely that an outbound queue in ECC is in stop mode or waiting mode. Can you please check the outbound queue in ECC?
The message "R/3 adapter is called" is not an actual error or problem, it is just a flow message saying that the flow has left CRM. In your case, the flow made it to R/3 where it has got stuck most likely due to some conversion error /an application error.
With report CRM_ODE_CHECK_CFG on CRM system check all necessary settings for data exchange of sales orders between CRM and R/3. Please check if application BC-MID is active in table TBE11 on R/3 side.
