Help please. I have photoshop elements 10 11 12 on my computer I can only access 10.
Please help me the versions 11 and 12 only show as a short cut and I cannot access these versions. I am doing something wrong. Photoshop elements.
Have you installed the two versions - PSE11 and PSE12?
If you are on Windows 8 then check whether there is a folder for PSE11 at this link:
<C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11>
If there is NO folder by this name then you need to install the applications again. to do this:
1) insert the CD for PSE11 in the drive and follow the online instructions.
2) Once this is installed run it once and go to Help >> Updates
3) after updates reboot the system
Now try to run PSE11 again to make sure it is still running before doing the same thing with PSE12. Installing PSE12 is slightly different because activation requires you to be online all the time but I know nothing about this. I am still on PSE11.

Welcome. I am using Photoshop CS5 and this works fine for me. Possibly Adobe has changed this in CS6. Hopefully, LarryHN will have further suggestions. Best.

Yes you can. In iPhoto create a Album with the photos you want in it. You can drag them from your Events folder. In iTunes with your iPad connected go to Photos by cliking on your iPad. You can then select the album or events you want. -
I have photoshop Elements 12 a and I can pull up the photo but can't edit it. Crop it. Add text. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.

Info on the Adobe website suggests it will run on 10.9, but not sure about this newer version 10.9.3 (or Mavericks as it's called).

Urgent help please (on holiday) Apple TV account sign-in problem - can't access ATV on holiday
Hi guys
I am on holiday in Thailand at a hotel with my wife and we both were looking forward to the streaming movies from the iPad to the ATV3.
However, very upsettingly, the ATV froze and required a restore. Luckily, after pulling a few strings, I managed to restore the ATV using the hotel's computer and a blackberry USB cable. The restore has worked, and I'm now on the computers / settings area.
I am now in my room and trying to set the ATV up. I have provided the hotel with the Wi-Fi address of the ATV (as I knew from day one that this would always be an issue which could be resolved with the ISP of the Hotel).
I am unable to test the Wi-Fi network or log into iTunes as the ATV "can't sign in to the iTunes Store until the network time has been set". Can anybody help?
Do I need to request the hotel's IT manager to tweak the Wi-Fi network settings?
Is it possible to side step this if I get a network cable and connect directly?It is currently having trouble connecting to the network.

I am trying to send information to one of the contacts that is normally in my outlook address book. That book appears to have gone away. The only contacts I have are those in icloud. I would think they would sync. Apparently i need to do that manually? Many of the contacts that have formerly lived in outlook do not show up in icloud. ?????
If it works on one Firefox 3.6.10 installation, it should work on the other - assuming both PC's have exactly the same version of Norton installed, including that Firefox Toolbar extension. Another possibility is that Norton uses a different version of their software on WinXP than they use on Vista.
Tools > Addons > Extensions - does the Norton Toolbar show as being incompatible?
You could try forcing a Norton program update to see if their Firefox extension gets updated. -
I have photoshop elements 10 and when I put the 1st disc in it will not load it just launches. I have gone through the step and troubleshooting in the manual but no dices please help.

A redemption code can only be redeemed once. It is used to acquire a serial number. The serial number is what you need to activate the installed software. If you did not keep the serial number when you first installed, you might still be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software.

Can someone please help me re-install Photoshop Elements 8? I appear to have an unreadable disk.
I recently had to replace the hard drive on my Mac. Ever since that change, I haven't been able to pull up my Photoshop Elements 8. It gave me a warning saying something about the serial number being invalid. I contacted Adobe once before but their queue was too high and they were too busy and asked me to come back another time. Between now and then I uninstalled photoshop elements from my computer in hopes to re-install it and fix the problem. The problem now is that my installation disk isn't even recognized by my computer. Is this because it is only allowed to be installed on one computer or could there be something wrong with my disk? I need this program for my at home business and would appreciate any assistance you can offer.

You should probably just download the trial version of pse 12 and see if you can live with it.

How much free space is on your hard drive?
Do you have Internet Explorer 10 or 11?
Pse 1 can run on windows 7 x64, provided certain conditions are met. -
I have bought Canon EOS 70 D and have Photoshop Elements 12. I need RAw 8.2 and the program has 8.0.
I have tryed help - update and it is searching for hours. Nothing happens. The program is installed yesterday.Are you updating from the Editor, if not go to Expert Mode and click:
Help >> Updates
But check first under the Help menu that you are signed-in - your email address used for you Adobe ID should be visible. You should be able to update to v8.5 -
Please help! I have photoshop and iphoto does not show it in my preferences edit window. How do I get it as an option in my preferences.
I tried it and nothing changed. Even when I right click on an indiviual image all it does is duplicate it. Iphoto seems to be recognizing my external hard drive as an editor......cannot get photoshop except to drag a picture into photoshop from iphoto, and once I have worked on it and saved it to iphoto I cant find it anywhere.
