Help reqd on PO smartform

Hi gurus....
im on the support process for my client......
my senior did the std smartform for purchase order along with
the problem now im facing is,in the pur order for the doc type 'ZSTO',the rate(konv-kbetr) is not coming out correctly as per the doc posted in me21n......
how to edit the codes in the smatform....and how to get the amount for this doc type......for ur ref,c the foll'ing code(which was declared in the current program)

Hi abappers,
i want to print the Delivery address with all name street& pincode...in my PO form...the name of the Delivery(as in PO:me23n) is available in the MT001W table (DB view)...but the corresponding fields for addresses are available in ADRC table....so far...im displaying the name field from MT001W...
how can i match the table fields thru primary key to join the two tables of MT001W and ADRC....

Error in MIRO Help Reqd

I have setup new instance. Created p.o & done MIGO things worked fine. In MIRO typically error is seen in tax code. I have assigned Tax procedure TAXGB to country IN. In Fin Acct in tax on sales & purchases defined new taxcode VX with country option IN. Still during MIRO its showing error Tax code VN & Country IN doesnot exist in procedure TAXGB. In error msg its M8 249 & origin is shown as check invoice document.
Help reqd from SAP Gurus pls.

Urgent Help Reqd: Delta Problem....!!!

Hi Experts,
Urgent help reqd regarding follwoing scenario:
I am getting delta to ODS 1 (infosource : 2LIS_12_VCHDR) from R/3. Now this ODS1 gives delta to Cube1. I got one error record which fails when going to cube (due to master data check).And this record would be edited later.
So I thought of re loading cube and using error handling to split request in PSA and load valid records in cube.Later when I have coorect info abt error, I would load erroneous record manually using PSA.
I did following steps:
1)Failed request is not in cube...(setting is PSA and then into target)....also it has been deleted from PSA.
2)Remove data status from source ODS1.
3)Change error handling in infopackage to valid " Valid records update, reporting possible".
4)start loading of cube.
But when I did this I got following message :
 "Last delta update is not yet completed.Therefore, no new delta update is possible.You can start the request again if the last delta request is red or green in the monitor"
But both my requests in cube and ODS are Green...no request is in yellow...!!
Now the problem is :
1) I have lost ODS data mart status
2)how to load valid records to cube, since errorneous record can be edited only after 3- 4 days.
3)How not to affect delta load of tomorrow.
Please guide and help me in this.

I apolgize and I have modified the message above..
I just checked in cube...there is no failed request for today...and neither in PSA....Person who has handed this to me may have deleted this is PSA..and why req is not in failed state in cube...I am not sure..though setting is "PSA and then into data package".....
So how to go frm here....

Help reqd on copies of layout(smartform)

Hi experts....
my requirement is....the records in the table of my smartform will be displayed more than once as per the user request from the selection screen....i'e,its like a copies of same set of records in different pages...where we give usually like in print pages option such as no. of copies1,2 3 etc....
but i want this,it should be done in smartform way....when the user gives 3 in the selection screen my form print should give 3 copies of same set of records as in the main window of the 1st page/layout...
if u have answer...pls post ur replies...will be rewarded imm based on the correct solution....

based on selection of copies u can use DO..ENDDO...for that copies...
and inside that DO...ENDDO u can call ur smartform...

Help reqd for smartform....to generate index

Hi all,
In my smartform,
I want to generate a serial number continuosly(like an index) for each item/material wise in my main window.
FYI-coding i've declared
CLEAR: PG_INDEX.
INDEX1 = INDEX1 + 1.
PG_INDEX = INDEX1.
&PG_INDEX&
no errors but im not getting the number in the output display.

SMARTFORMS STEPS.
1. In Tcode se11 Create a structure(struct) same like the Internal table that you are going to use in your report.
2. Create Table type(t_struct) of stracture in se11.
3. In your program declare Internal table(Itab) type table of structure(struct).
4. Define work area(wa) like line of internal table.
5. Open Tcode Smartforms
6. In form Global setting , forminterface Import parameter define Internal table(Itab) like table type of stracture(t_struct).
7. In form Global setting , Global definitions , in Global data define Work area(wa) like type stracture(struct).
8. In form pages and window, create Page node by default Page1 is available.
9. In page node you can create numbers of secondary window. But in form there is only one Main window.
10. By right click on page you can create windows or Go to Edit, Node, Create.
11. After creating the window right click on window create table for displaying the data that you are passing through internal table.
12. In the table Data parameter, loop internal internal table (Itab) into work area(wa).
13. In table there are three areas Header, Main Area, Footer.
14. Right click on the Main area create table line by default line type1 is there select it.
15. Divide line into cells according to your need then for each cell create Text node.
16. In text node general attribute. Write down fields of your work area(wa) or write any thing you want to display.
17. Save form and activate it.
18. Then go to Environment, function module name, there you get the name of function module copy it.
19. In your program call the function module that you have copied from your form.
20. In your program in exporting parameter of function pass the internal table(itab).
SAP Smart Forms is introduced in SAP Basis Release 4.6C as the tool for creating and maintaining forms.
SAP Smart Forms allow you to execute simple modifications to the form and in the form logic by using simple graphical tools; in 90% of all cases, this won't include any programming effort. Thus, a power user without any programming knowledge can
configure forms with data from an SAP System for the relevant business processes.
To print a form, you need a program for data retrieval and a Smart Form that contains the entire from logic. As data retrieval and form logic are separated, you must only adapt the Smart Form if changes to the form logic are necessary. The application program passes the data via a function module interface to the Smart Form. When activating the Smart Form, the system automatically generates a function module. At runtime, the system processes this function module.
You can insert static and dynamic tables. This includes line feeds in individual table cells, triggering events for table headings and subtotals, and sorting data before output.
You can check individual nodes as well as the entire form and find any existing errors in the tree structure. The data flow analysis checks whether all fields (variables) have a defined value at the moment they are displayed.
SAP Smart Forms allow you to include graphics, which you can display either as part of the form or as background graphics. You use background graphics to copy the layout of an existing (scanned) form or to lend forms a company-specific look. During printout, you can suppress the background graphic, if desired.
SAP Smart Forms also support postage optimizing.

SmartForms System Fields

Displays the date. You determine the display format in the user master record.

Displays the time of day in the form HH:MM:SS.

Inserts the number of the current print page into the text. You determine the format of the page number (for example, Arabic, numeric) in the page node.
&SFSY-FORMPAGES&
Displays the total number of pages for the currently processed form. This allows you to include texts such as'Page x of y' into your output.
&SFSY-JOBPAGES&
Contains the total page number of all forms in the currently processed print request.
&SFSY-WINDOWNAME&
Contains the name of the current window (string in the Window field)
&SFSY-PAGENAME&
Contains the name of the current page (string in the Page field)

Help reqd on RG23D

Opening Stocks at Plant(werks) level for RG23D balances to be captured line itemwise to generate 'A' Certificate Separtely....

Hi
CSV means a text file, where the columns are separated by a character ";".
The best way to change a list to CSV is to create an internal table in the ABAP, with the structure of the required CSV.
You have to fill in this internal table.
Because you are running the program in background, you can't download the file, the best would be to store the file on the server in a separated directory.
1ST capture file from application server to internal table using open dataset and close data set.
Use the Function Module SAP_CONVERT_TO_CSV_FORMAT to convert the internal table into Comma separated format then download this internal table using the Function Module GUI_DOWNLOAD.

THIS IS TO CREATE THE BARCODES.
1.CREATE THE PARAGRAPH AND CHARACTER FORMATS BY USING THE u201CSMARTSTYLEu201D TCODE R SELECT THE u201CSTYLEu201D RADIOBUTTON IN u201CSMARTFORMSu201D TCODE(WHICH IS CREATED FOR SMARTFORMS).
GIVE u201CP1u201D AS PARAGRAPH FORMAT
CLICK THE u201CFONTu201D TAB,THEN ENTER THE FOLLOWING
CREATE THE NODE FOR CHARACTER FORMAT
SELECT THE BAR CODE NAME AS u201CBC_EAN8u201D
CLICK THE u201CFONTu201D TAB AND CHANGE THE OPTIONS WHICH U WANT.
Enter the details in u201CHeader Datau201D.
SAVE,AND ACTIVATE IT.
CREATE THE SMARTFORM AS u201CZCS_FORM6u201D.
Click on u201Coutput optionsu201D tab in which text node u want to add the barcode, select the style as u201CZCS_STYLE6u201D and go back to u201Cgeneral attributesu201D.
Use Line editor to add the barcode in Text node
After come BACK FROM THE LINE EDITOR.(ABOVE SCREEN),THEN U CAN C THE FOLLOWING SCREEN FOR DATE FIELD.

Hi Jaya,
You have to use application V1 - SALES in transaction NACE
You can click on Output Types and then choose the output type that you have used for Order Confirmation and then click on processing routines and here you can see the form or smartform attached against this ouptout type.

Help needed regarding SAP SmartForms

Hi All,
I am looking for some input regarding SmartForms.
We have created SmartForms for the following:
Description
AR Invoice (Correspondence)
Default assignment: SAPScript
AR Credit Note (Correspondence)
Default assignment: SAPScript
AR Dunning Letter (Correspondence)
Default assignment: SAPScript
AP Remittance Advice
Default assignment: SAPScript or PDF
AP Cheque
Default assignment: SAPScript or PDF
In the configuration steps, itu2019s not possible to see the developed forms where as itu2019s active in transaction code smartforms.
· Is this means SmartForms canu2019t be assigned to the above functionalities?
· If possible, how do get listed in the above mentioned configuration step?
Appreciate if you can share your experience.

Help reqd to display the form without print preview call

Hi all,
I did one gate pass form and i want to view the form in my selection screen or output screen(just in monitor) as a display by giving one Z-code.
i.e, we can view the form thru Print preview...the same preview, i want to display after i give my parameter in the selection screen.
For example.ZGPOUT if i enter as a t-code.
it should ask my Gate Pass number in the Selection screen...if its right then my Form will come out to the display screen. (instead of going by Print method).,
Pls post ur comment and reply me with examples of code,if possible.

Hi Sankar,
Its bit ambigious......but logic is very simple...........
1. Create a Z.....report
2. Inside this create your selection parameters
3. Do your logic for the selection screen(use list box option or F4 help) to ask for the gate pass number.
4. Call the required form. (For print preveiw assign 'X' to tdpreview of ITCPO)
5. Finally assign your print program to the tcode which will finally do rest of the coding.
