How do you "accidentaly" upgrade to iOS 5? Are you a registered developer? As I understand, Apple has told developers that they do NOT support downgrading from the Beta. You'll have to go over to the developers forums and see if someone there can help you.
If you're not a registered developer, then congratulations. You are now the proud owner of an iBrick until you either pay to enter the developers program or until the final release comes out in the fall.

Found a setting in Google that was telling it to open all result in a new Windows which I was guessing that Firefox was overriding and open it in a new tab like settings suggested unchecked the box in Google and now the behavior is back to normal.

The IPhone cannot be synced. The disk could not be read from or written to. THis appears after everything has synced but Photos. If you delete all the photos, the IPhone syncs fine.

So heres my problem... If I try to sync my iPhone or IPad to our computer I get an error that reads "The IPhone cannot be synced. The disk could not be read from or written to." The error comes at the start of syncing the photos. I have removed the photos from my iPhone it syncs fine, so the problem has to be with the photo library, RIGHT? The problem is iI have never had this issue before. I have my iTunes and iPhoto on a external hard drive and this has been fine in the past, but now i can not even view my photos on my iTV... Since you noticed this problem, have you shut down (powered off) and restarted your iMac?
iPhoto does the syncing for photos. Are you able to run iPhoto manually (start it up from the Dock) and access your photo library?

wait it for your iPhone to die then before it turns it plug it into iTunes while holding the home button and it will force it into recovery mode.
will be hard to get the timing right cause u will need to wait for the battery to die and charge up again. Other then that just take it to apple and have them replace the device for a fee.

I bought two iPhones from someone today and I check the ESN and they were both clean and clear. If these phones were running iOS 7.0, your problem is Activation Lock. It's a new feature of iOS 7.0 that prevents activating an iPhone unless the original Apple ID/Password, that was used to originally activate the phone, is used. There is no way around Activation Lock. If you don't know this info, you won't be able to activate the phones, and Apple will not help you. The phones will be useless.

Follow these steps and your iPhone should work fine.
     1. Hold the power and home button simotaniously (at the same time) for 10 seconds.
     2. Wait 5 seconds then reboot.
If the issue presists, do this.
     1.Connect to iTunes via USB cable.
     2.Hold power and home button for 10 seconds or until screen turns black, let go of the power button, but continue holding the home button for 5 seconds or until the emergency diagnostics screen (iTunes icon with USB cable) pops up.
     3. If done correctly you will see the screen above. Now, wait for iTunes to diagnose the phone, and if nessesary, restore your iPhone.

Call AppleCare back and give them the iPhone model and serial number and tell them you just want to know which cell carrier your iPhone is now locked with. Once you learn that contact the cell provider and see what their process is to officicially unlock it.
