I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone. You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

I think it's most probable that someone is giving out your address by mistake: in which case they wouldn't be receiving any of the emails. Was there any indication that there had been any response? - a follow-up message, for example?
You could try contacting iCloud Support, though I don't know how much help you will get.

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee. You could try arguing that if there is indeed a duplication it's their fault, as it certainly shouldn't happen, and you therefore shouldn't be charged.

HT1212 My iPod has been disabled for a few months now, and I haven't had a way to reset it. I just recently got a computer, downloaded iTunes, and here I am in need of help that nothing is providing me with.

I've been told to set my fourth generation iPod touch to recovery mode by turning it off, and holding the home button down, but my home button is cracked along with the bottom of my screen, so I have no way to do so.

If you share an Apple ID, both of your phone numbers should be linked to that ID. You should be able to use your phone number as well. My wife, my daughter and I all share an Apple ID for purchases, and we each text from our iOS devices using our own iPhone numbers.
When iOS 6 came out, you were able to link the phone number with your Apple ID to use for Messages and FaceTime. You will need to sign out of messages on all devices and then start the process all over again.

Im from Sydney, Australia, and at the moment i am in victoria for a week. I was playing with my password and my brother locked it (It was disabled for 1 min, 1 min, 3 min, 10 min, 60 min, 60 min, 60 min) and now its locked! And seeing as though its not my computer,and wont find the device it says i have to unlock it via the iPod, but seeing though its locked, i can't... PDF/s is not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged, it was sent as an email attachment and wasnt correctly decoded, how do i fix this?

The PDF's were saved using acrobat 9 pro. they were sent through e-mail as attachments, and they are stored in a network shared folder. our users cannot access the PDF's and i would like to know if this is a simple fix?

You may try first download PDF to the local computer and then try to open.
Also, may i know using which application, you are trying to open the document. Is it Reader /Acrobat and what is current version installed. If you have Reader XI.
The moment you open the PDF document Reader/Acrobat check for damage and tries to fix to some extent. And if the files is corrupted enough, then it through the same message.
