(Sorry the message is too long and I stop at "I have just created an account")... but when I try to update application directly from my Iphone, I see my brother's ID and I have not the possibility to change it. How could I do??????? Thank you if someone help me....

Perhaps I have not explained very well... I have just sync my iphone on itunes (on pc) but on iphone's screen onto the icon "app store" there are update that have to be done, but when I clic to do it, the iphone shows my brother's ID,not mine... and I have no possibility to change it...
I don't know how could I explain better...

I recently went to Singapor for work, and i bought the new iPhone 5s unblocked. The lady told me i would be able to use 3g, 4g and Lte in Europe, and since i need to travel a lot, i decided to bought the iPhone. I started using my iPhone today but i can't have access to 3g, 4g or LTE.

Yes, at an Apple Store. I just solved my problem. I went to Vodafone and they told me it is normal to be without 3g for a while because it's a new nano card. They didn't guarantee that i'll have 4g and LTE but at least the 3g is working now.

Anyone else having this problem? I've called Belland they're clueless about this, and Apple support doesnt seem to know much about it either.

I was mislead as well. It turns out that visual voicemail is only partially supported by Bell. You can only playback voicemail. It doesn't show the caller ID either. You still have to call your VM in order to delete messages (which kinda defeats the purpose). According to Bell tech support they're "working on it" but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I had the same problem- go to Utilities, General, Use Side Switch To, and change it from Mute to Lock Rotation- this solved the problem for me.

Try to reset the device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
