I am editing a project and I want to save different versions of it. I don't see any tab that says "Save As" I only see a tab that says "Share".
I am using final cut pro. Can anyone please tell me where that tab is?

There is no save as function. There is no save function for that matter.
You duplicate the project in the project library.

I have a sync key, and have a new computer terminal, but when I enter the account details I created, it syncs nothing with my new computer. How do I fix this? There is nothing showing up when I sync with the sync key from my old terminal.

You are probably trying to use old Sync with Firefox newer than version 29,
and they did make old Sync unusable on fresh installations of newer Firefox.
You can uninstall that newer Firefox, then install Firefox 29 from here:

Apply your sync key code, then update that installation to current Firefox,
then migrate to new Sync:

When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow
instructions in the dialog window that will appear.

I have quicken 2000 for mac on an old mac and wish to upgrade to a new laptop running snow leopard. Quicken 2006 on my new laptop runs, but will not recognize the old data qif files. What version of quicken for mac will recognize files from 2000? Or, is there a special procedure I should be following?

I have a grey screen and grey rotating wheel startup probs. I have tried repairing with the disk utility, resetting PRAM, booting in safe mode (which gave a subset of the errors that 'disk repair' did- namely- 'invalid sibling link,invalid record count, invalid node structure, invalid key length) and finally trying to get to archive&install the o/s, but it cannot find the destination volume. Is an erase the only option? PS I have backed up most files individually, but my daughter did not back up any from her user account. Any help would be appreciated. JGray, Blue or White screen at boot, w/spinner/progress bar

The itunes was installed successfully on my laptop, no error message occurred, but I cannot find the itunes in my laptop, I am an IT guy, so I have tried everything I can. the pc just got reinstalled, all the Windows components are ok. The application "Apple application support, Apple software update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour" can be found in Programs and Features in Control panel, except Itunes. Guys, pls help me, i am so frustrated.Use Pacifist to extract it from your Mac OS X 10.6 DVD and then run the Mac OS X 10.6.8 combo updater.

I put in my memory card to the left side of the computer, but I cannot find the file of pictures anywhere. Its not even on my desktop. What should I do and how can I get it to show up on my desktop?
If your Mac is new-ish and has one of the Lions as its OS, the drives, cards, USB sticks no longer show up, even though they're there. Go to Finder's Preferences and tick the corresponding items in the General and Sidebar tabs.

After I upgraded to Mavericks my Epson 5000V scanner is not working properly. I can scan by going into Preference/PrintersScanners to operate the scanner, but I cannot find the output. I am trying to save the scan as a PDF in Documents.

I just wanted to add what Apple Support walked me through. Worked perfectly. Similar to some of the posts here. This assumes you have finished the setup of the Airport using DHCP to obtain the IP automatically from Comcast and it says the IP is invalid.
Power off\on Sequence
1, Power off Comcast Modem. Remove Battery back up, if it has one. Disconnect the coax cable.
2. Power off Airport Extreme
3. Let both sit for 3 minutes.
4. Reconnect coax cable to Comcast modem and replace battery and power up.
5. Wait a minute or two to make sure the Comcast modem is completely up and then Power on the Airport Extreme.
(When AP asks for DNS, Type in both addresses below)

Freyfisher: I had the same problem whenn I switched to the Airport Extreme yesterday. Here is what I did:
1: uplugged modem for 30 sec. and detached all ethernet cables. Plugged back in and reattached airport extreme cable after all lights were solid on the modem. Then, I went into Airport Utility and selected, "Base Station"> "restore default settings". Then" Base Station"> Restart. Then go through setup assistant again. If no luck, try setting IPv4 to 10.0.1.2, subnet to 255.255.255.0, router to 10.0.1.1. IPv6 set to OFF if having trouble. DNS adresses: 75.75.75.75, 75.75.76.76, search domain hsd1.ST.comcast.net where "ST" is your two-letter State abbrev. Hope this helps someone....
