It sounds like you may be setting up your iPhone after updating to iOS 7.
You may want to skip signing into your Apple ID (iCloud account) until your phone is set up. You will be able to sign into your iCloud account later. See this article for more information:

i have faced a problem in the PAP process.Actually after matching with Po and made pay in full ,i ran the PAP(payables accounting process).but it is completed with warning.when i check the log file it send the following error message.please help me out to solve the problem.
MSG MSG-00002: Check that AX is not installed before calling the accounting engine
MSG MSG-00003: AX is not installed, Calling the accounting engine
MSG MSG-00004: After the call to AP_Accounting_Engine_Pkg.Do_Accounting
MSG MSG-00005: Error occured in the accounting process
MSG MSG-00006: Error Message: ORA-20100: File o0039034.tmp creation for FND_FILE failed.
You will find more information on the cause of the error in request log. occurred in
&CALLING_SEQUENCE
with parameters (&PARAMETERS)
while performing the following operation:
&DEBUG_INFO
ERR REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
Program exited with status 3
Please help to solve the process and let me know what is the AX installation.

As you mentioned that you have recently installed Cash Management, it seems the system is unable to derive the accounts related to Cash Clearing. Please verify your setbup for Bank Accounts and Payables Documents. Also log an SR with Oracle Support.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

There's nothing wrong with the iTunes Store. You haven't factored in the sales taxes charged in most states in the US. Sales taxes are never reflected in prices shown in the iTunes Store nor in almost every other store in the US.

IIRC, Hotmail is like Yahoo's free email - you have to pay for POP access.
If you aren't paying for a premium version of HotMail, it won't work correctly with VersaMail.

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

BUT as I want to utilise the money spent on the additional memory it would be great to use the initial account set up as my primary HOWEVER as far as I have tried the initial apple ID CANNOT be changed. Bit confused actually any usefull guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello All,
To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
So this fix worked for me.
After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

As I said in the other thread that you posted in the other forum, your friend clearly has not restored the iPad correctly. I suggest that you undertake another restore and start again.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Given what you've have described, your friend cannot have restored the iPad correctly. You need to decide whether you are willing to delete his contacts manually, or carry out another restore. Personally I think I would go for the restore.
