I'm not sure what you mean by "iTunes is not enabled" -- if you read the above link, the question is whether you've previously synced with the iTunes application on a computer. If you have, you connect to iTunes on that computer. If not, you follow the "Use Recovery Mode" procedure near the bottom of http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212

Hi, so I pushed autofill because I thought that it would put music on my phone from a different iTunes library but it didn't work, and now the songs show up grey in my music on my phone and they won't play, but they are still there. What can I do to fix this and get rid of the grey songs?
Go back to iTunes, select the Music tab, uncheck the 'sync music; button, then hit apply.

thanksYou can't use icloud to store photos. There's a service called photo stream which is used to sync photos from one device to another, but this can't be used to store photos permanently.
Always sync photos from a device to your computer, Then you can delete them from the device.

Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Thank you for your reply, I did go to my general settings, but for some odd reason I don't have a restrictions setting, or a reset setting. I thought I could reset all the setting to see if it could be that, but as I said there aren't any.
My husband also has the iPad 2, and also did the software update and hasn't had any problems at all. I took both iPad's and compared the settings thinking maybe there could be a setting that could have been changed when the update was done. -

It seems as though you are describing two different things, unless you are trying to say that you cannot connect to the iTunes Store on through the phone. If that is correct, suggest you try and do a search, the question has been asked a great deal and answers can be found. Maybe even try and describe the error message you are seeing when trying to connect.
