You can use a download instead of the disk and license with your serial. The link can be found here: Other downloads select CS5, the program you use to have on disk. Please change the language of the page so you will get the correct language. Serials are limited to the language and the program so please be carefully selecting the correct suite or single program. Install or Reinstall Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
      left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on
      the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on
      the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
            because it is three times faster than wireless.

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines, so you do not need to remove it from the old pc just to install it on the new machine.
If you look in your Adobe account online you might be able to find the serial number.
You can also try contact Adobe support thru chat to see if they can help with the serial number. They might be able to if you can prove ownership of the software.

I installed Windows 8 Consumer Preview and after that I cannot run OS Lion. How can I recover options to boot back in OS Lion?

I tried to reboot from CD or USB and the Mac Mini simply bypasses it to Windows 8 Consumer Preview.
How can I avoid to Windows 8 boot and have the options to select OS Lion?
I used Boot Camp as shown in many videos. I did not select any additional OSX drivers for install.
