Hide command or how to proceed further

Dear Experts,
                        I have a question to solve, got  records on the output,for example AA  0017 NEW YORK  SAN FRANCISCO,
when i click on new york it should take me to secondary list only upon clicking new york and if i click on other records other thank newyork  it shouldnt show up the secondary list,so check this and let me know the solution,
regards,
harish

HI Harish,
While displaying the basic list i.e using Write statement, you need to hide the values as well.
example.
Loop at gt_basic_list into wa_list
   WRITE: (10)wa_list-field1,
                (10)wa_list-field2,
                (10)wa_list-field3.
   HIDE : wa_list-field2.              <------hiding only that value which is required in secodary list
Endloop.
at line-selection.
if sy-lsind = '0'.                                              "secondary list
get cursor field 'field1' value lv_value.
if value = 'New York'.                                  "any value for which u want the secondary list to get trigger.
*here u can write code to do what u wanted after the click of this value.
endif.

  • How to proceed further once the explain plan and trace files are generated?

    Hi Friends,
    I need to improve the performance of on of the views that i am working on.
    As suggested in the thread - http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=863295&tstart=0 , i gave generated the explain plan and the trace file.
    From the explain plan, we can see the expensive operations for the query.
    Can any one please tell, how to proceed further from here on i.e. how to make this expensive operations less expensive?
    For ex: FULL TABLE SCAN might be an expensive operation when the table has indexes.In such cases, how can we avoid such operations to make query faster?

    Hi Veena,
    An earlier post by you regarding P45 is as below
    Starter report P45(3) / P46 efiling for UK
    from my understanding though i have not worked on GB Payroll you have said that you deleted IT 65 details of leaver,however there must be clusters generated in system from where the earlier data needs to be deleted and may be that is why you are facing the issue.
    In Indian payroll when we execute text file for efiling of tax after challan mapping all the data compiles and sits in PCL cluster and therefore we are unable to generate form 16 with proper output,here we delete the clusters and rerun again the mappings and then check form 16.
    Hope this might help you,Experts have suggested you earlier also,they may correct me for this.

    When you went back to the place where you purchased this phone, & asked them, what did they say?
    No one here can help you with this, nor can/will Apple. You need to take this up with whoever you purchased this phone from.

  • File to IDoc - How to proceed further?

    Hi everybody,
    Consider the following scenario,
    <Header>
      <Transaction>
         <Meterpoint>
            <Address></Address>
            <Asset>
              <Meter></Meter>
              <Conversion></Conversion>
              <Register></Register>
            </Asset>
          </Meterpoint>
        </Transaction>
    </Header>
    This is the structure of one IDOC.
    My Source structure can contain multiple <meterpoint> and multiple <transaction>.
    I have to post one IDOC for each meterpoint per transaction.
    For example, a transaction can contain 4 meterpoints, then I have to post 4 IDOCs for that transaction alone.
    And this applies for each transaction that are present in the source structure.
    My Queries are,
    1. How to proceed for posting the IDOCs for this kind of scenario?
    Is it possible to do it with message mapping itself or we need a java mapping/XSLT mapping?
    2. How can I do content conversion for a complex structure like this.
    Any help will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Prasad U

    Hi Prasad,
    I feel with XSLT you can quickly develop your mapping as follows.
    <Header>
       <xsl:for-each select="Input/Transaction/MeterPoint">
         <Transaction>
            <Meterpoint>
                <your idoc mapping here>
            </Meterpoint>
          </Transaction>
       </xsl:for-each>
    </Header>
    You can do message mapping also. But you have to change the idoc occurrence setting to 0 to unbound.
    Instead of posting IDoc one by one, collect your IDoc into packets and send to SAP.
    Thanks,
    Sasi

    Help with what? It's YOUR responsibility to READ the requirements for any app you want to purchase. They are clearly stated on the app's info page. So, either update your phone or beg iTunes support for a refund:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

  • Hi.. IOS 6..1.1 is downloaded in my ipad 3.. then i clicked to install. ipad restarted with an apple icon and a status bar. but there is no update for almost 2 hours. please let me know how to proceed further

    Hi.. IOS 6..1.1 is downloaded in my ipad 3.. then i clicked to install. ipad restarted with an apple icon and a status bar. but there is no update for almost 2 hours. please let me know how to proceed further

    Hold down on the home and power buttons at the same time until the iPad shuts down and the Apple logo appears again.
    You might need to connect to a PC running iTunes to restore if the update got corrupted and can't complete

  • How to Proceed oracle database 10.2.0.4 with OID 10.1.4.0.1

    Hi,
    We have Oracle Metadata Repository version 10.2.0.4 and our Oracle Identity Management version is 10.1.4.0.1
    While installing/configuring OID 10.1.4.0.1 we are getting the below error.
    "You must have an OID schema version 10.1.4.0.1 to 10.1.4.9.9.Please select another Metadata Repository or upgrade the OID schema in this Metadata Repository to a compatable version."
    Is it possible to have oracle database 10.2.0.4 with OID 10.1.4.0.1?
    How to proceed further?

    Hi.
    We have installed Metadata Repository on the Existing database using RepCA
    During installation of Oracle Identity Management we are getting the below error
    "You must have an OID schema version 10.1.4.0.1 to 10.1.4.9.9.Please select another Metadata Repository or upgrade the OID schema in this Metadata Repository to a compatable version."
    Here there are some of the details from metadata repository database
    SQL> select * from INTERNET_APPSERVER_REGISTRY.components;
    PRODUCT COMPONENT_NAME COMPONENT_VERSION
    Metadata Repository Container mrc 9.0.4.0.0
    SQL> select comp_id,version,status from app_registry;
    COMP_ID VERSION STATUS
    SYNDICATION 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    PORTAL 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    SSO 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    WORKFLOW 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    B2B 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    BAM 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    MRC 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    OCA 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    OID 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    DCM 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    DISCOVERER 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    COMP_ID VERSION STATUS
    WCS 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    UDDI 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    WIRELESS 10.1.2.0.2 VALID
    14 rows selected.
    From the above query we see that OID version is 10.1.2.0.2 and we have to upgrade the OID schema version to 10.1.4.0.1.
    Can you tell us how to upgrade the OID schema version and with proper document to follow?
    Kindly update for any output from my side
    Thanks

  • How to hide command fied using transaction iview

    Hi All,
    Is there any way to hide command box (transactional field) in Portal using transactional iview ?
    I have searched in sdn forum, it is possible via IAC iview using application parameters ~headerOKcode = 1.
    Since our ITS is not configured properly and it is continously giving Browser errors (Object expected, 'wgu_global_eventhandler' is null or not an object).
    So.........I can;t go ahead with IAC Iview.
    I suspect.....anyone has gone through this problem and experts has a solution with transactional iviews to hide those command boxes.
    Appreciate your inputs in this regards.
    Thanks,
    Anil Kumar

    Try this in 'Application Parameters' field '&~NOHEADEROKCODE=1'

  • Bit by Mountain Lion's Time Machine bug - how to proceed best in the simpler cases?

    My MacBook Air mid-2012 had never been updated to Mavericks.  I had backed it up just a week before a big coffee spill that killed it (June 2014).
    I finally got a replacement never-before-used 2012 Macbook Air running Mountain Lion (great to make the Time Machine restore seamless).
    That's when I tried "Restore from Time Machine" and it showed the "last full backup" as being from June 2013!!!  Then in Migration Assistant, couldn't locate my disk.  I've been bitten by the "Exclusion" bug and my Library/ Applications / System folders have not been backed up since a year ago.  I'm one of the ones that "found out after it was too late."
    So I'll try the workaround.  Thanks to Pondini for his great website:
    http://pondini.org/TM/D10.html
    http://pondini.org/TM/D10r.html
    My plan is to restore from Time Machine to my 2013 full system.
    Then swap out the Users folder to bring it up to date to the June 2014 version that I have backed up.
    Luckily I have only one user account so this can't get TOO complicated.
    After that, I'll reset Time Machine and check it periodically via the Command-R trick to make sure it's backing everything up fully.
    Still, I'm left with a few questions/concerns that I'm hoping Pondini or others can help to allay before I proceed....
    -What will I have lost in a year from those folders that did not back up?  I know I may have lost non-Mac applications that I downloaded and also any software updates to said applications.  What problems might I encounter in the way of error messages, etc.?  I feel like i don't understand the contents of these folders well enough to realize how in trouble I'm in (or not) regarding these folders being out-of-date by a whole year.
    -Is it really as simple as swapping out the Users folder on the new system with my most recent backup from June 2014?  Any hiccups I should expect from this process?  Will all of my photos go back into iPhoto?  Will all of my mail files go back into the Mail app?  Or in these cases, is there something I need to initiate to smooth out this process?  Photos and Mails are the two big concerns; as for the other stuff, I have yet to find out if it's relevant until a problem occurs.
    -Once I have restored Apps/Systems/Library to the 2013 backup and Users to the 2014 backup, then what?  I'll reset Time Machine but then should I assign it to the new computer?  Should I tell it to inherit the new computer?  Should I wipe it clean and start fresh?  How to proceed after so that I don't have more and more problems down the line, and hopefully don't lose any of the data that I at least have managed to save/restore up to now...
    Thanks in advance for any help and sorry if I'm not more clear; I'm not so technologically literate so I'm not sure how best to phrase these things to get my point across.
    And special shout out to Pondini who made the discovery of this bug a lot easier to stomach thanks to your helpful website.

  • Hide Command Box through Sap ECC 6.0

    Hi, SAP GURU's
    How is it possible to globally hide command box in a Sap ECC 6.0. or hide it only from Enterprise Portal.
    Regards
    Sumeet Sharma

    Hello Sumeet Sharma
    Hiding the command box in SAPgui for windows is not possible.
    Disabling it would probably mean you have to rewrite the SAPgui interface (not feasible).
    Restricting your users from accessing content they are not supposed to access is based on authorizations, if you give everyone all rights you are bound to heading for trouble and issues restricting where they are going. Also when you get an audit they will surely flag this point as being dangerous.
    You can check with SAP by opening a customer message.
    Kind regards
    Tom

  • Azure Enterprise Agreement: How to proceed then ?

    Hi All,
    My customer has recently acquired an Azure Enterprise Agreement  : Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE)
    The contract is visible and active in VLSC
    Now, how to proceed ? How to connect to Azure and Create subscriptions....
    https://nirajrules.wordpress.com/2013/09/12/windows-azure-portals-and-access-levels/
    http://blog.thavo.com/2014/05/where-to-start-with-microsoft-azure.html
    We followed this to connect to the Azure Enterprise portal, but no customer account has been valid (https://ea.azure.com/)
    Please, how to proceed ? Which account to use, is there any further steps ?
    Regards, Samir Farhat Infrastructure and Virtualization Consultant || Virtualization, Cloud, Azure ? Follow and Ask here https://buildwindows.wordpress.com

    Hello,
    As your client has acquired an EA agreement and as is active, he would have received an activation e-mail from EA team which has an option
    to activate and become the Enterprise Administrator.
    The Enterprise Administrator will have to login and activate the user for super access. Once it is complete, EA Admin will be able to add Azure
    account / E-mail addresses by selecting the appropriate authentication method to activate EA subscriptions.
    If you need assistance in activating, I recommend you contact Azure subscription Management team by creating a service request
    here.

  • Need to reduce tablespace physical size -unsure how to proceed

    Hello everyone,
    my problem is that I am running out of disc space and I noticed that my dbf files are crazy big, so naturally, I am looking to reduce them.
    However, I am not a DBA and I am unsure how to proceed, maybe someone here can give me a pointer to more info or maybe even has the right command for me.
    My dbf files are in C:\app\Fargo\oradata\orcl
    I am running Oracle 11g locally on my computer (research project).
    I have the following files

    USERS01.DBF --- 5,128 KB
    My main tablespace that I use is called LIDAR_PROJECT and has the files lidar_project.dbf and lidar_data2.dbf.
    I found the following command online:

    My block size is

    I would really appreciate help!!!!!
    Cheers,
    F.

    The UNDO tablespace is 33G, I think you can reduce it by creating a new UNDO tablespace and dropping the old one.
    for example,
    CREATE UNDO TABLESPACE undotbs2 DATAFILE 'C:\APP\FARGO\ORADATA\ORCL\UNDOTBS02.DBF' SIZE 500M AUTOEXTEND ON;
    ALTER SYSTEM SET undo_tablespace = undotbs2;
    DROP TABLESPACE undotbs1 INCLUDING CONTENTS AND DATAFILES;

  • Where to see approved VR for Recruiter to proceed further in EHP4 and SP4

    Hi All,
    We had implemeneted E-Rec system ECC 6.0. with EHP2. Now we had upgraded to EHP4. We have 3 levels of approval while creating vacancy requistion (VR). Absolutely there is no change after EHP4 applied and we are able to create VR successfully. But now problem is that where to see approved requisition details under Recruiter to proceed fyrther i.e job posting, candidate shortlisting and alll....
    In EHP2 approved VR was available under recruiter > maintain requisition. But in EHP4, we are not able to see approved VR under recruiter role after all level of approval.
    Are we missing somethins or we are refering wrong place?
    Can anybody guide how to see approved VR details for Recruiter to proceed further?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Purnima

    Hi Roman,
    Thanks for your response. Actually we have separate system for E-Rec set up because of concurrent employment activation.
    We have developed vacancy requisition (VR) form in PCR and 3 levels of approvals are there which is happening via workflow. After upgrading EHP4, we are able to use same VR form (under MSS), workflow and able to process 3 levels of approval. After approval, VR object (NB) has been created in E-Rec system. Then we need to process under recruiter for job posting and candidate search and all. But we are not able to find approved requisition details under recruiter.
    There are two roles for Recruiter in EHP4 named E-Rec admin and Recruiter.
    1. Can you please guide where exactly we can see approved requisition details under recruiter for job posting,candidate selection and all? Do we need to do something?
    2. After upgrading EHP4, most of the cases we are getting error "You are not authorized to execute this application". Are we doing something wrong? For exa:-
    a) Recruiter > work overview > error
    b) Recruiter > Requisition > Create /create by position/Candidate search > you are not authorized to execute this application occurs
    c)Recruiter > Personal settings > Internal error
    d)E-Recruiting admin > Services > delete registration /delete external candidate > Internal error
    e)E-Recruiting admin > Central system administrator > Requisition management > authorization error and many....
    3. However we are able to see approved VR under E-Recruiting administrator > adjust support team. But while clicking on any VR, we are getting below error.
    "There is no iView available for system "SAP_ERP_TalentManagement": object "requisition". For more information, contact your administrator"
    Can you please guide what we are doing wrong?
    As I have referred many of your E-Rec threads, expecting your guidance to solve this problem.
    Thanks again for your valuable time.
    Regards,
    Purnima
