Historic Bill

Hello,
I have done an application that shows bill's data. I read the paying of a bill and with this data I get the data bank. well, The problem is that I have been told that if a person has changed of bank I could be reading wrong data because the bank where the bill was paid is not the same as the current bank.
Do you understand me?
What I want is to be able  getting  the data bank where the bill was paid independently of the paying's current data bank.
Thanks

Hi
If my understanding is that you want to retrieve the data by generating the report then create a report .So as you want  to retrieve the data then maintain a self defined report through LIS by taking the key figures & characteristics
Can you be bit clear about your query? If your query is different can you be more clear

  • Changing Fields Historically on Billing Documents - Sales District

    Hi
Is it possible to change fields historically on a billing document ?
I wish to change the sales district (VBRK-BZIRK) on Historic Billing documents.
This is due to an external reporting system we use - Business Objects.
I am able to change the same field on the sales order VBKD-BZIRK, but not on the Billing document
Is there a MASS change program available to use at all ?
    Please advise
    Many thanks
    Tony

    Hi,
    Yes,you are right.
We cannot change them in billing document.
    There are two options.
1)Cancel all those billing documents using VF11 T.code.and mass change the sales order.Recreate the billing document using VF04 T.Code.
2)Develop a program for this.Using Batch job I think you can change.

  • Is it legal to refuse my request to see my last two bills?

I am incredibly frustrated with Verizon Wireless and I do not know how to proceed.  I moved from the United States to Europe last month, and I cancelled our family cell phone plan which consisted of two phones.  My wife moved first, and her phone was the primary account.  When her line was cancelled, I was no longer able to login to our Verizon account.  I moved a month later, and now I am both unable to login or create an online Verizon account.  Verizon charged me the termination fee (which is fine), and proceeded to charge my bank account through online payments even though I am entirely unable to manage my online payments.  Furthermore, Verizon refuses to allow to me to see the bills for the last two months.  I can not sign online to view them; Verizon will not e-mail the bills to me; Verizon refuses to send the bills to my address in Europe.  I was told I have two ways to see the bills: go to a Verizon Corporate Office (there are none in Europe!), or they will mail bills to an address in the U.S.  Finally, I gave them an address of a friend in the U.S. who agreed to scan the documents for me.  That was two weeks ago and they still have not received the bills.  It has been over two months now.  I explained in detail I need copies of the bills, which is my legal right, for reimbursement of the termination fees due to my move.  Will someone please explain to me how it is legal for Verizon to refuse to allow me to manage my online account, and refuse to give me copies of my last two bills?

Thank you all for having an interest in this issue.  I think it is very important, and I appreciate your time and consideration!
I contacted Verizon well before I terminated my service, which was very helpful for two reasons: 1) the person on the phone explained the reason for the early termination fee which admittedly took a while for me to understand, and 2) I was able to end my contract on the day I wanted.  So, rschnoor, this comment:
If it was pro-rated, the OP may not have cared. If the OP had known beforehand and timed the cancellation differently, then it also may not have been a problem.
was both wrong and right in that I did not care.
My primary complaint is that the online account which is used for managing everything - receiving copies of bills, auto bill pay, looking at historical phone records - is cancelled at the moment the phone line is terminated not at the moment business with Verizon officially ends.
I disagree with rschnoor 's comment:
This is merely semantics. You no longer have a MyVerizon account. The access wasn't terminated, the MyVerizon account was. Before you had an online MyVerizon account, Verizon had an account for you. Now that your MyVerizon account has been terminated, Verizon STILL has an account for you.
It is not semantics.  It is an issue of access.  As long as there remains business between Verizon and myself, Verizon should provide the courtesy of allowing me access to the documents describing our relationship through access to the MyVerizon account.  It is simply a matter of delaying termination of access to MyVerizon to the date that the final transaction is completed.  This is could be as little as thirty days.
Further compounding my frustration is that I was on the phone for quite some time with Verizon to understand what early termination due to an overseas move would mean.  Although the cancellation of MyVerizon account was likely mentioned buried somewhere in the terms and conditions, they should have at least provided the courtesy of informing me that the online account would be closed at the date the phone is cancelled.  I could have made arrangements then to receive my final bill, print any of my historical bills, and otherwise managed my affairs.
Thank you Catbird9 for your interest as well!  I agree with you:
However, I think you have a point in that you should be allowed to approve payment of the final bill before it is made. It seems unreasonable that they will not even e-mail you the bill. In hindsight, maybe you could have cancelled the auto-pay before closing the account?

  • International roaming

Which telco did you prefer to use to make or recieve call while abroad using your Blackberry?
Digi/Celcom/Maxis or any other mobile operator?
Can you guys share the cheapest rate and roaming experience? TQ!
Is data roam or communication is important for you? or is it both?

    Ridgebacks --
My SO and I have been AT&T/Cingular wireless customers for years. We travel out of country; destinations are generally Mexico, Canada and frequently China. We have experience with AT&T international roaming and Edge data international roaming plans. (We have an AT&T wireless card with data plan for our laptops for emergencies.)
SO has a Blackberry, which he relied on completely during a recent trip in China, when he spilled a Coke on his laptop inflight. The BB bundled data plan is more expensive than the iPhone plan, but it incorporates receipt of messages almost anywhere in the world. However, SO seldom uses his BB as a phone in China/Hong Kong, because AT&T roaming charges (phone) are high. He has a dedicated cell phone with a Hong Kong #.
As well, the wireless card is used out of country only in emergencies. Edge roaming rates do apply and are incredibly high, even in Mexico.
I doubt that AT&T will deviate very much from their historic billing policies for the iPhone. I have seen on some message boards that AT&T is offering an international data plan for use with the iPhone, but that one must purchase it for at least a year. There is no "purchase as needed monthly" option. I don't know what the rate is for that plan.
My suggestion, if you don't want to use airplane mode, is to turn your email accounts "off" under settings. That way, phone is functional, but the network won't download email. That's what I'll probably do next time I'm ooc.

  • Block on contract billing - Historical block

    Dear experts,
I'd like to know if there is a way to have an "historical" block on contract for billing.
My purpose is to have something like the DFKKLOCKS for invoicing to let the contract be billed for a period, until it reaches the first block.
    For example:
    Contract A, block 1 for period 01/01/2014 - 31/12/9999
I'd like to bill it until 31/12/2013.
    Thanks,
    Fabio

    Fabio:
No - there is no functionality for that purpose in the contract.

  • Update ETTIFN with new historicly operand in billed period

    Hi
We have problems with deleted historicly operands, we have this operands in excel and want to transfer to installation facts, the problem is that the operands is in billed period and we can't do any reversals, we get stuck when we try to use ISU_S_INSTLN_CHANGE, depending on date in billied perid.
Is the any other functions we kan use to update installtion facts without checks on billed period etc
    Thanks//J

    Hi,
Use thsi function module  ISU_DB_ETTIFN_UPDATE .  I hope it resolves your issue

  • Historical AUSGRUP for billing

    Dear Experts,
I'd like to know if there's a way to use the AUSGRUP depending on billing period.
Actually we check values for the outsorting depending without relationship to the billing period, but - for our purpose - those value can change during time.
Have you got any idea or notes for that?
    Thanks,
    Fabio

    Hi,
I didn't understand what particular kind of use do you have in mind - like dinamically change/override the whole group during billing? Or use the billing periode within an outsorting check function? The latter should already be possible - a custom outsorting function module receives from billing rintime
XY_OBJ of type ISU2A_BILLING_DATA, which also contains billing period(s). The former could only be possible via adding custom logic to FM ISU_BILL_OUTSORT (or FORM outsort of INCLUDE LEA01F04) via an implicit enhancement, I believe.
Was this not too much technical mumbo-jumbo?
    cheers

  • Historic Itemised Bill Details

I am trying to find out how to access itemised call details from previous bills. My current settings say I should be able to see them.
Like other people I am trying to get a list of calls made to a specific number over the last six months as part of a legal claim against a company.
Regards and thanks for any help you can give.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi marke,
    Welcome to the forum.
If you download one of your previous bills and scroll down to the call usage section, it should say how your calls are itemised (the most common one I think is when calls are itemised if they came to over £0.50 or above).
If it isn’t fully itemised (i.e. where every single call is shown on the bill) I can get that changed and it’ll apply to all future bills. To get in touch by clicking on my username and using the web form under “about me”.
    Thanks,

  • Upload MR results which already billed from Legacy System to SAP

    Hello Experts,
We want to implement ISU-Water .
Before Implementing SAP, we want to Upload Last Year's MR results (From the Previous system..) ,to let SAP use these results as a basis for Estimation.
To have these Meter Readings in DB tables, I probably need to start scheduling 1 year before the actual start of Using SAP,then I will Create Meter Reading Orders and Upload the MR Results, but:
I don't want to Bill these MR results, because they already billed in legacy system.
How can I perform this ?
Thank you very much in advance,
                                                      Michael.

    Hi,
Historical Profiles is just a profile type used to store past meter data. But to maintain this historical data u need to attach the profile to the installation using load profiles. There is a button on the left top (called load profiles) where you can attach this historical profile to the installation to maintain the historical profile to the installation (similar to updating a operand in installation facts for basic meters)
Use the following path to define a new profile type:
SAP Utilities --> Energy Data Management --> Basic Settings --> Profile Type --> Define Profilet Types
Create a Historical profile in transaction EEDM06 with profile type historical. and upload the historical meter reads to this profile using a program.
Let me know if you need any more information.
    Thank you,
    Binno Don Thomas

  • RMCVNEUF....billing document not updating

The business recently made a change to the Item Categories that update LIS/SIS. They want us to load all historical documents with this Item Category to our SIS structures and DW. There was a change made to RMCVNEUF to allow for us to search all billing documents where Item Category = NLC, allowing us to use the statistical updating program to load only the historical documents wanted.
As a test, I found on NLC document and run it thru RMCVNEUF. I have checked the Redetermine Update Group check box. I get a message back saying: Data from billing document 9000878658 was not updated
    Message no. M2210
    Diagnosis
Data from documents used as a basis is required for the processing of billing documents.
    System Response
The data in the billing document 9000878658 will not be updated
    System Response
Ensure that all sales orders and delivery notes are processed before the billing documents.
NLC item category is now configured in SPRO to be statistically relevant. Why would this not update using RMCVNEUF? Config was changed on 4/16/10 to allow for NLC to update. It seems any document created with this item category prior to that date will not be updated using RMCVNEUF? Any ideas? Not sure of a better/easier way to get only the documents we want to load to SIS and then DW.
    Thank you
    Theresa

    Note 142349 says
    Summary
    Symptom
If in the statistical setup of the sales information system you select option 'Redetermine update group', the following error messages may occur:M2206, M2207, M2208, M2209, M2210, M2211.
The documents specified in the messages may be displayed correctly during an update simulation.
    Additional key words
    OLI8, OLI9, RMCVNEUL, RMCVNEUF
    Cause and prerequisites
During the redetermination of the update group in the reorganization, information from preceding documents is written to the intermediate tables MCVSRFK (document header) and MCVSRFP (document item), which are relevant for the determination of the update group of the subsequent documents.
    Solution
To fill these intermediate tables, the reorganization of sales orders must be performed before the reorganization of deliveries or the reorganization of sales orders and deliveries must be performed before the reorganization of billing documents (in each case with option 'Redetermine update group'.
    Note
After the successful reorganization the above-mentioned help tables should be deleted with report RMCVNEDE to avoid uneccessary data collection and the increasing loss in performance during the following reorganization runs.

  • Aleternative account no historical information

We have Alternative Accounts defined at Chart of account level ( COA A). These
alternative accounts, have been assigned to our operating GL accounts
defined under Operative Chart of Accounts ( COA B).
Our Cleint is expected to see the Line item information at Alternative
Account level historically. This means, Alternative accounts assigned
recently ( mid of the year) for the GL accounts where transactional data already posted in

Is there any correction programs or notes, that

    Hi,
The date of the data loading has no impact on the selection of the last value. In december, you can load the historical data of 2005, 2004 and 2003. The data will be stamped on 2005, 2004 or 2003 (dates of reference from the documents).
So, in your case, the query would give you the first load as a result of the last value. But you are using 0CALDAY in your example. Of course, you would not be able to use 0CALMONTH in such scenario, because you do not bill only once a month.
Now, please notice that the last value is based as well on the execution of the query. Is your query analyzing all december? Imagine that your query is filtered from 01.12.2006 to 14.12.2006, then you get only the second load.
    This is a double setting.
    Regards
    Laurent
