Historic Itemised Bill Details
I am trying to find out how to access itemised call details from previous bills. My current settings say I should be able to see them.
Like other people I am trying to get a list of calls made to a specific number over the last six months as part of a legal claim against a company.

Welcome to the forum.
If you download one of your previous bills and scroll down to the call usage section, it should say how your calls are itemised (the most common one I think is when calls are itemised if they came to over £0.50 or above).
If it isn’t fully itemised (i.e. where every single call is shown on the bill) I can get that changed and it’ll apply to all future bills. To get in touch by clicking on my username and using the web form under “about me”.

Hi, I'm a customer with BT and I'm looking for information regarding itemised billing. I need to obtain records of telephone calls made from feb 2009 to present day regarding phonecalls to Thames Water. The website with my account details does not provide this facility, I would expect the records to exist but I don't know how to access/request. It would be useful if they could get in touch and see if there's a way forward. Also any information from forum members would be grately appreciated

I was able to pay the bill, just not open up bill details. I contacted Comcast & they could not help me to get it to work. So I tried it on Internet Explorer and it worked perfectly. It used to work on Firefox. Can you tell me how to get it to work? I prefer Firefox to IE, but I have to use IE for this web page.. I am using Windows 7.
You can reload the page and bypass the cache with:
* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
* Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Hi, If I do not have to pay for free installation, why am I being asked for billing details?
AaroniCloud backs up your iOS device (not your Mac) automatically. You can remove the backup:

and it will not back up again. This will not affect a backup made using iTunes. The notice you see refers to calendars, contacts, iWork documents and so on, which live on the server and are read from there by your Mac, and so will obviously disappear if you turn iCloud off altogether (which you don't need to do) or turn off Documents (which you don't need to do either). -
When i want to install a free app using my apple id [email protected] - it asks me to enter billing details...why is that? :s

And when i try to install it using my icloud id [email protected] , it does give me the option of 'none' in payment method but when i select it, it asks me to first fill in the details only then it would move to the next step.
And i wanted to ask....is it better to use my id the one with [email protected] or [email protected] ?

You need a valid payment method even for free items. If you know the payment method is valid then contact iTunes.

Changed billing details to a new card, but latest payment used old details regardless.
As explained in the title, I updated my card details a while back to a new debit card, yet the next payment was taken with the old card that I had removed from the billing details page.
I do NOT want the old card to be used yet again. Help from an Adobe rep to resolve this would be appreciated.

JamesYou could get stuck in this loop for a few reasons that you can't check yourself. So contact iTS first and see if they notice anything.

NHSChoices not listed on my itemised bill
Hi there,
I made a call to NHS Choices (the old NHS Direct) on their freephone 111 number about 4 weeks ago, but cannot locate the call on my itemised bill.
Is there a reason it would not be there?

I am trying to update my billing detail on my IPAD2. However it keep on saying that the country need at least 3 characters long. But the country field is a dropdown list with Malaysia's states all with 2 characters long only! I can't make any purchase now because I can't verify the billing detail because it just doesn't work! Very frustrating now.

Billing details in SAP ISU CRM : Meter reading not visible

We are working on SAP ISU CRM implementation
In the billing view factsheet ,bill details are visible but meter reading and device is not visible.As one bill document number may have multiple line items with meter readings in more than one line item
Can someone guide me how to pick specific line item and viewed it in Billing details.

Your requirement is not clear.
As per my understanding,u mentioned as multiple meter reading and multiple line items.
This is due to Price may be block price, check the price key.
Check the rate steps line item type and also schema steps

Why will not except my bill details and let me perchase apps

And when I try to contact you over this why do you keep passing me onto a outside companyYou are not addressing apple here. Although they provide the forums, all the help provided here is user-supported.
Before you can make purchases on your account, you must associate and verify an email address with Apple. Have you dont that?
Have you also used an accepted form of payment in your Billing Details?
Beyond that, no one here has access to your account. The only thing we can help with is to point you back to Apple - not to an outside company. If all that checks out and you still have problems, contact iTunes Customer Service. -
