please.....I don't think it's possible in a midlet. You'll have to save the data as a byte[] to a RecordStore and then convert it back again if you want the midlet to redisplay it. -

How to save an image to file without rendering to screen?
Does anyone know of a way I can save a buffered image to a file (as a jpg) without having to render it to a screen first? I can create the file fine if I place the image on a JPanel first. However when I try to save the image directly to a file, the program hangs when I try to render the image to a Graphics object. Is there some sort of initialisation carried out on the image when it is displayed on screen which I need to carry out to save the image offscreen?
Just as a background, what I am trying to achieve is to create a chart (using Monarch Charts library) based on a supplied set of data, and then to save this chart as a jpg. It works fine if I first display the chart in a JPanel but not when I try to save it offscreen.
Can anyone help me out here?

How can I save an image into iPhoto?
My goal is to save some pictures from Facebook into iPhoto. I have an "event" or album or whatever in iPhoto that I want to add these pictures to. When I save the picture iPhoto is not an option; I tried to copy and paste, that didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Some web sites it's possible to drag a copy of the picture off the site and drop it onto the Desktop area, thus making a file which can be Imported into iPhoto's Library.
Some web sites the images are part of the background and thus can't be removed, but you can use
Command Shift 4
to draw a rectangle around the image and click, a screenshot will appear on the Desktop.

How to save a CWGraph into a bitmap (.bmp) file in Visual C++?
I plot (chart) data into a graph control on a MFC dialog in Visual C++ and I need to save the image into a bmp file. I found the ControlImage method, but did not find any way to use it in Visual C++.
I would also like to retrieve the chart data (the point charted on the graph for each plot) and to use them to build data files. How to do it?Dealing with images in VC++ is far from easy. You would need to create the following objects: CBitmap, CArchive, CPictureHolder and a CDC.
Then call the SelectObject function on the CDC and pass in the CBitmap object. Then you can put the image of the graph in the CPictureHolder with:
ph.SetPictureDispatch((LPPICTUREDISP)m_CWGraph.ControlImage().m_lpDispatch);
where ph is the CPictureHolder and m_CWGraph is the CWGraph.
Then you can render the image to the bitmap CDC by calling the CPictureHolder::Render function. It will ask for the bounds of the picture in CRect form as well.
Then you can call the CBitmap.Serialize function with the CArchive object which should be pointing to the appropriate BMP file. Don't you just love MFC?
As for you second qu
estion, you can't retrieve the data that has been plotted to the graph. We don't maintain the data that is sent in because it would be very inefficient memory usage since data is usually decimated for display. I would recommend that you just send your data to a global buffer at the same time as plotting.

How to save output image after IMAQ-FFT to the file
When I apply IMAQ FFT on monochromatic image and display complex destination image by IMAQ WindDraw, I get picture which I am not able to save to the file. I tried various conversions from complex image to bitmap (array), but result was everytime different from that got by IMAQ WindDraw.

I am using Flash Builder 4.6, BlazeDS, and Hibernate. How to store a webcam snapshot into the MySql Database. I stored Form Items by using RemoteObject into the database. But I failed to store webcam snapshot. I captured that image on Panel component.I converted that image to ByteArray. Now I want to save that image into the database. Please help me in this regard.

I an having a problem with my lightroom 4- I goto save my images into a PDF and it comes up " cannot start print job" and wont even save the images. What can be the problem, ive never had the situation before.

Using Acrobat, you can create forms that are called AcroForms. The forms created in LC Designer are called XFA (XML Forms Architecture) and are more data centric. While both will open in Acrobat, they are completely different animals.
The issue with users not being able to save the data with Reader is that the form is not Reader Enabled. You can Reader Enable a form using one of two methods:
Reader Enable the form using Acrobat Professional (V8 or below) or Acrobat Standard (V9 or above). Note there are licensing restrictions.
Reader Enable the form using the full server product Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions ES2.5. This involves additional licensing fees.
Have a look here: http://assure.ly/etkFNU, at the features that are available depending on whether the user has Acrobat or Reader; if the form is Reader Enabled; and how the form was Reader Enabled.
The issue of Reader Enabling would also apply to AcroForms.
I don't think that you need to dive into LC Designer just yet, as forms created in LC Designer face the same issues about Reader Enabling as forms developed in Acrobat.
If your usage complies with the EULA, then you could Reader Enable your form in Acrobat.

I dont have IMAQ Vision for LabVIEW on my computer. Is it possible to load image file and display on an IMAQ graph?

As of right now, in order to read an image from file, you actually do need the IMAQ Vision software. The IMAQ driver without the Vision VI's will allow you to collect images from a framegrabber, and it will allow you to save those images to file. But the function that allows you to read an image from file does require the Vision VI's. Once you have the VI to read images from a file, you will be able to display the image on an IMAQ "Graph" or otherwise known as an Image Display.
