If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.

I have three iPhone 4 models purchased in late 2010 that all share the same iTunes account (apps, music, etc), but I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones. What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps?

The problem is I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones – the primary phone I used to setup the iTunes acct. This is probably a common problem with families wanting to share apps and music without realizing the issues created by this approach. As it stands today... the first (primary) iPhone associated with the iTune acct has been updated with the latest software version 5.1.1 and sync'd up with all the apps, music, etc from the one iTune acct, while the other two iPhones are still running on the original software version 4.0.2 and are experiencing problems now. I was advised by AT&T back in January that it would be necessary to setup separate iTunes accts for the second and third iPhones in order to receive system updates. The problem would be how to keep all the apps, etc from being deleted off the second and third phones that were originally loaded from the one iTunes acct. Since this AT&T advice was prior to iCloud coming out, would iCloud be a better solution or at least part of the solution? I really don't yet understand how iCloud works. Hopefully, someone out there can help me?? Please?

Blast plus hbo and showtime free but being charged for showtime please help

i just signed up et for internet plus it clearly say includes hbo and showtime included yet i am being charged 5 dollars a month for showtime yet support tells me its not included and its 5 a monthupromotion what gives included is a picture of the add i clicked and signed up for online tell me if im wrong or if comcast is tryna milk as much as they can out of me

The Bluetooth drivers are included in the full retail install DVD,
they have been in every Mac OS X that supported BlueTooth...
Could it be there is a hardware issue in that MacBook?
Have you looked into Help in the computer to see if an
instructions page can help troubleshoot lack of BT in it?
Apple Support has articles and documents to help do this.
There are very few download drivers for these.
In fact, there are only update versions for use
with certain products, if there are issues. This

include OS X Combo updates, from Apple
Support, since re-applying these can help.

I am also having the same issue. On my bill it is showing 21.95 for showtime, even though its supposed to be free and only a discount of 16.95. Seems kind of pricey for something that was offered "free".

There's no way around it. The former owner needs to erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515. No one else can help with this, including Apple.

In case you're not clear - iPad/iPhone storage, and iCloud storage, are totally separate. Buying more iCloud storage does not give you more storage space on your device. Your device has a fixed storage space for apps and data (e.g., 16GB - which is more like 12GB in real terms). iCloud storage just allows you to store more documents, mail, photos, etc, in the cloud.

Unless you tell us what you have tried that didn't work, we have no way of knowing.
Open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to ICloud then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to sync your Mail view Wi-Fi.

It sounds like you have an iCloud account, and want to create one for your wife using the same iCloud account. You can do this with an iCloud Alias, and this article will help you do that. Keep in mind that any and all purchases made with the alias will not be transferrable or merged with another account if she wants to have her own account down the road.

Aliases remain tied forever to the account which created them. They cannot be moved to another account, converted to a full account, nor reinstated after being deleted.
