How can different user on one PC use all programs

I have two user on one PC and it should be possible that all user can use all programms.
Is it possible?
What do I have to do?

Mac OS X is inherently a Multi-User system, even if you were to create only one User account on it.
Mac OS X maintains completely separate System Files, protected from most arbitrary access, and Applications and Utilities are stored there to be used by all users.
Changeable information, including Preferences that seem to be system-wide, are actually stored in User directories under:
/Users/your username/
To have multiple Users run the same programs with different settings, you must do the following:
• Nothing.
Your Mac is already set up to do exactly that.
EDIT: Allan Eckert types faster than I do, and brings up an important point.
The Applications included with Mac OS X and installed automatically are placed in:
/Applications and
/Applications/Utilities
and are available to all Users.
If you Install an Application in a User directory, it will only be available to that user.
So don't do that!
Install Applications in the standard places, which WILL require that you provide an Administrator Username and Password.

How can different users spool to the same file?

I am using SQL*plus for 10g db. I am spooling query output to a file. Query should be run and spooled multiple times overwriting previous output.
here is the main piece from the query.sql file
SPOOL output.txt
SELECT....
SPOOL OFF
Let's say user Dan runs this query for the first time. An output.txt is created. Dan can run the query multiple times and each time new data is spooled to output.txt. Now Mike is trying to run this query. Nothing happens!
++I thought the issue has to be with file permissions. However, the issue remained after I gave ALL permissions (a=rwx) to both files: query.sql & output.txt. Funny thing is that I created query.sql and now I (or any other users, except Dan) cannot run it.++

How can two users of one computer keep their bookmarks separate on Mozilla?

My computer has User A and User B. User A has dozens of bookmarks all neatly organized in categories. User B would like to have his bookmarks on this computer, too, but doesn't want them to get mixed up with User A's bookmarks. What can we do with User B's bookmarks to keep them separate from User A's?

We have a huge amount of data every month but over the past few months we are cracking thru it like crazy. I want to know what is using it all. We have changed passwords to ensure it wasn't outside this house.

Hello,Do you have mobile devices and tablet/s connected to your modem?If so, turn off "Background Data" in Data settings plus any automatic updates etc etc It could be that someone in your home is using it with high data downloads? If ou have multiple PCs, turn off automatic updates in Windows, to advise but not download.In your portable devices, there are a mutitiude of apps that update without your knowledge. How can I consolidate all photos from different users on one computer?

We just enable one computer to be the "Family" computer. I want to be able to consolidate all photos from the different users into one location. That way no matter wich user is login they can see and browse all the family photos. How can I do that? Do I need and external drive?

Move the iPhoto Library to the Users/Shared folder, or you can use an external disk formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
Merge the Libraries as Larry says, with the paid version of Library Manager.
In each account in turn: Double click on the Library to open it. (You may be asked to repair the Library Permissions.) From that point on, this will be the default library location. Each account will have full access to the library, in fact, each account will 'own' it.
However, there is a catch with this system and it is a significant one. iPhoto is not a multi-user app., it does not have the code to negotiate two users simultaneously writing to the database, and trying will cause db corruption. So only one user at a time, and back up, back up back up.

Actually, this can be done without merging Apple IDs, as I found just by trying this out: I went into the support profile for the Apple ID that had only my Mac listed. I then chose to disassociate the Mac from that Apple ID. I signed out and signed in using my other Apple ID (the one with all my other Apple devices). I chose to add/register a new device, entered my Mac's serial number, and now it is associated with all my other Apple devices under a single Apple ID. No merger of Apple IDs required.

I understand that you have used the same account for many years, but the technology is also changing constantly. Years ago the standard was POP (Post Office Protocol), which was designed at a time when it was inconceivable that anyone would access their email from more than one device. When people started using multiple devices, for the most part they wanted to see changes on one device mirrored on another. A new standard, IMAP (Internet Mail Access Protocol) was developed. With iMAP the master copy of all messages resides on a server, and multiple devices are kept in sync with the server. So if you delete a message from one device it is removed from the server, and then removed from all other devices when they next sync. This is the same way Microsoft Exchange works. Other benefits of IMAP include the ability to have multiple mail folders that are kept in sync across devices. In your case you could use this to create a separate folder for each family member, so they could move messages to their own folder and not clutter up the shared Inbox. Most computer mail readers can even automatically sort incoming mail into folders based on the contents of the message.
IMAP is considered a "higher level" standard than POP. When you create a mail account iOS devices query the server and ask what it supports; if it says it supports IMAP then the account is automatically configured for IMAP. So if you really want POP you must fool it, as described in the link above. In my experience Android devices default to the highest level protocol also, and I suspect newer Blackberries do (although it has been 15 years since I used a BB).

Local team are removing most of the printers an we have only one multifunction printer availabel for a large number of employees.

Your iPhone was hacked or jailbroken before and through the update it locks back to the original carrier. Only the original carrier can unlock the iPhone. You have to contact them and find out what the procedure you needs to follow.

How can another user of my p.c use my music

Hi,
Maybe I am being stupid here but using Windoze XP I have set up my daughter to use my P.c with her own account and sign-on.
So when she visits me she can "switch" user to "herself" and use my p.c with her own settings - you know what I mean, all the features that XP intends of having multiple users of the same p.c
The problem is that when she opens ITunes I want her to see the music and so on that I have purchased for her (in my XP user id) while she was away.
Seems a simple idea but I can't see how to do it.
Any ideas please ?

Save the document from his account to an external drive or thumb drive.
Set the permissions (using Finder > Get Info) for "Everyone" to Read and Write.
Your DS will likely be the owner of the file, so you may need his login password to change the permissions.
