How can I bring Dos prompt up?..Urgent..~~

Question

String[] command={"java", "TestSwingFrame"};
Runtime rt=Runtime.getRuntime();
Process proc=rt.exec(command);
When I do this in window platform(win 200),
Process only execute the TestSwingFrame application
without opening Dos command prompt.
I want to open Dos command prompt too when executing java command
so that I can see System.out.println(..) standard outputstream from
application.
How can I do this?
Please response any comment..

error=2That means something is wrong with the command, not that the methodology is wrong.
If you get the error stream you can see errors.
Is Sky_Editor_Defualt_Class_Name the class name? Or is it Sky_Editor_Default_Class_Name? Is there a package?
Is that class in your class path? It won't work if it isn't.
