That means that it's gone into recovery mode - connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and reset it back to factory defaults.
Downgrading the iOS version isn't supported by Apple.

Hello! Can't open an IDML file. ID file was created in CC (10). It is a 100 page (50 spreads) doc that is one big table. It was created in CC (10) and saved as an IDML file. I have CS6 and when I try to open it, it shuts down ID almost instantly. The file was created on a MAC and I am trying to open it on a MAC. There's a good chance the file is corrupt. As whomever sent it to you to verify it opens on their end.

i unplugged my iphone 3gs ios 5.1.1 and started playing..i played for about 2 hours,BUT the battery didnt change!!!...after about 4 hours,the phone suddenly shuts down...i recalebrated the battery (by hard reset)..but didnt help...so HELPPP PLZZZ!!!!!!!..+ when i charge my iphone, i dont see the lightning bolt,instead, i see a plug icon...i know this means th@ battery is full, but my battery is no where near full!!!!!
Just a quick update with a couple more details before I go to work:
I left my phone plugged into the wall charger all night long but the Apple logo is still blinking on and off. However, when unplugged from the charger, the screen goes blank and the unit does not respond to pressing/holding the buttons at all. Likewise, flipping the mute switch does not cause the phone to vibrate as it normally would, which made me wonder if power was being disrupted somewhere else in the unit before the battery. I just finished disassembling the unit down to the battery, looked for any loose connections etc., and did spot a suspicious looking spot on top of the #5 ribbon connector that I had not taken notice of before in my first disassembly. I'll take a picture of it and post a link for your consideration later on today when I have a spare moment, although I fear the worst. -

not reading on computeConnect your iPhone to a power source (computer, wall charger, etc) and hold down BOTH the power AND home buttons for about 10-15 seconds. If all goes well you should get an Apple logo. Try it even if you think it won't work, and patience is key: 10 seconds is alot longer than one might think.

Hi, and thanks in advance. I have an emac thats working fine except for safari. Click safari the top bar comes up but no page and when i open a new tab it shuts down with a error and message saying it unexpectedly quit and send to apple or relaunch.

Went to Crossings Book Club website while there something popped up about the certificate for the website, i was going to copy it and send an email to the website to ask about the certificate. I got my cursor just inside the pop up and the whole computer shut down.If you think getting your web pages to appear OK in all the major browsers is tricky then dealing with email clients is way worse. There are so many of them.
If you want to bulk email yourself, there are apps for it and their templates will work in most cases...

I have an iPhone 6 with 64 GB of memory. I have iTunes Match turned on my account and on the phone. Suddenly, the Music app is only displaying music purchased directly from iTunes and no playlists are displayed. This occurred after updating iTunes Match on my PC; when new music did not appear, I turned off iTunes Match off/on the PC then did the same on iPhone 6. It looks like iTunes Match is trying to do a full download to the phone but it never completes. Ideas?

I open the firefox and open 3 tabs, when i close 1 tab, all will close down and crashes then it tells me to restart or close. It was never like this!!! How do I fix this problem.
Try to disable Norton addons in Firefox. They will be releasing an update at the end of the month to fix these crashes.

I was watching Netflix all for 3 hours then went to the Apple T.V. home screen then all there was only two icons the Computer and Settings? I have restarted the Apple T.V., turned it off unplugged it and starteded it as well as restarted my internet.
Not so I'm afraid. All apps are fed via server, when connection is lost they will disappear and you will only be left with computers/settings.
Did you check location. DNS and Ethernet ?
To see a current status of the network it's best to get a report from istumbler, or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks -

Bug Report iOS 7 iTunes. Since it is repeatable on 3 iPhones and 4 iPads here, I'm sure others are experiencing the same thing. Apple, might want to take a peek at this. When a tv show or movie is deleted from Videos, the Videos app shuts down instead of returning to video playlist.
Restarting videos works and looks like video is getting deleted.
