How do I activate a pre-instal​led Microsoft Office 2013 ?

Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 - en-us - Microsoft - 
Brought a new all in one HP Envy touchsmart CTO desktop back in March, when trying to use any of the MS office home and business 2013 suites I get the following message " To Activate Office, enter the email address that is associated with your office subscription" or enter a product key instead" I purchase the MS office 2013 in the package deal with from HP, so it came preinstalled ..any help someone can give me will be greatly appreciate, I already contacted HP chat and she wasnt able to help me and referred me to this link "www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/chat.html but looks like they aren't available on the weekend. thanks!

If the real MS office is installed, then there should be some product materials in the packaging for the computer, namely a product sleeve or pamphlet that has a product key.  Other than that, it is possibly something that was done for you as part of the startup procedure and you did not realize what was actually happening.  Did you try inputting an email address?
