Apple doesn't make it easy to do what you want. However, here's how I do it.
Select the photo you want to move and create a new Event for it via the Event ➙ Create Event menu option.
In the Event mode select the new Event with the one picture and drag it onto the Event you want to move the photo to.

You can use the Character Palette to insert these - see above
Choose View [All Characters]
Choose Miscellaneous Symbols
Verify [By Category]
Choose Collections: [Containing selected character] - this will display the fonts that have the character you select
Locate and choose the symbol you want - then choose the font you wish [4]
Double-click the character OR choose [Insert] to insert where the cursor is in your document
You should probably play around with the Character Palette, in particular 'Favorites'(at the top near [3] 'by Category'), which will save all your cool symbols not available from the keyboard. Just DBL+click the favorite symbol and voila!

If your querying requests, and your query pulls back 50 rows of data, would you say that is 50 requests in total?
A summary column is quite simple - it counts the number of rows in a given report group. If the number of rows brought back is the total number of requests, than just create it to count some column in that group (request num..etc). If you set it to reset at the report level, it should just work fine

We just bought a Seagate 1TB hard drive, and we are are trying to formatting it for use on both the PC and Mac. It seem to take forever, we ran it last night at 9pm and it still running. This is normal. How long does it mormally takes? And advise will be a god send... I am worry now.

Lion may still be available if you call the online Apple Store, though a couple of recent threads have reported it as no longer available. If the Apple Store still has it, they will ask for your Apple ID and credit card number and will then send you a code which you can redeem in the Mac App Store.
Alternatively, you may still be able to find the USB installer at a local Apple Store or an Apple dealer, though available stocks will probably disappear quickly if they have not already. Otherwise you'll have to look for the USB installer on the open market, such as through eBay or a Mac User Group. Those USB installers are starting to rise in price.
An alternative, if your MBA supports it, would be to upgrade directly to OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. With either Lion or Mountain Lion, confirm compatibility of your exising applications and peripherals before you upgrade.

While you can't add new applications yet (wait for iPhone software 2.0 in June), you CAN make webclips on your iPhone home screen. The link below has lots of webapps. To put one on your homescreen, load it on your iPhone browser, tap the "+" to add a bookmark and choose add to homescreen. Name it and hit ok and it'll be on your homescreen. Enjoy!!!
