How do I cancel my membership/delete my subscription?

I keep receiving invoices, even though my membership is ended and I am lo longer using the service/program. How do I stop this? It's extremely annoying. I've tried to email Adobe by responding to one of their invoice-emails, but I've had no response. How do I contact these people? How do I delete myself from their records? Any advice/insight much appreciated

    This practise is obviously widespread. Adobe are 'sorry to see you go' so much that they are willing to stoop to unethical methods to prevent you from unsubscribing.
    My university is considering licensing the Adobe Connect product, and I'll do everything I can in my capacity as a Learning Technology Coordinator to prevent this from happening. If I'm successful, Adobe will lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue over the next 3 to 5 years, and my university will not be subjected to this sort of inferior/corrupt conduct.
    Good bye Adobe. I've given up trying to cancel my subscription and have instructed my bank to put a stop on all Adobe transactions. I will also be complaining to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, with plenty of evidence.

    The Photoshop Photography plan is an annual plan that you pay on a monthly basis.
    If you wish to cancel before the end of your 1 year commitment you will need to contact us as shown in the section 'Cancel an annual membership (individual or team)'.
