How do I find out what was billed to my credit card?

If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If it's happening every month then it's likely to be an auto-renewing subscription - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

  • HT204088 Charges have come up on my bank statement, i have no computer just an ipad, how can i find out what these charges are for?

I dont know how to find out where the charges have come from?
    Any thoughts?

The only way that I know of for viewing your purchase history is on a computer's iTunes (via the Store > View Account menu option), though you should be able to see (and manage) if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
For things such as apps, music etc you should have received email receipts from the store.

  • How do I find out what's wrong with my sound card?

I just tried to watch/listen to a video on Youtube and no sound was produced. I tried multiple other vidoes and the same thing happened. Then I opened Spotify to see if that would work, and it didn't, but it said that something was wrong with my sound card. I'm not sure exactly what that means, so if someone could potentially help me that would be great! My pro is about 8 months old so it should be having all these malfunctions (there have been others...)
On a side note, iTunes wouldn't even open due to "an unknown error".

    Try these:
for some of your issues, open disk utility and verify your disk permissions - repair if needed. might take an hour or less depending on how much errors needs to be repaired....once done, restart your macbook....
for your sound issue - do a PRAM/NVRAM reset....
good luck....hope you get it sorted out....

  • How can i find out what i can upgrade in my hardware? For a Pavilion p7-1254

    OS : Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor : AMD A6-3620 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.20 GHz
    RAM : 8 GB
    64-bit OS

    Hi,
Well, I can't find the official specs of your machine therefore I can only say in general: Normally we can upgrade RAM, Video Card (may need new GPU), CPU, Sound card and HDD/SSD. Normally motherboard will dictate CPU and RAM upgrade paths. At the end of the day, users have to take into account $$$ spent/performance, otherwise no point to upgrade the machine.
    Hope this helps.

How do I find out what these charges are for ??

    Hello,
There's no way to find that. You can simply deauthorize all computer then authorize the ones you use.
Everything is explained on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1420
First read To deauthorize all computers associated with your Apple ID
then To authorize a computer using your Apple ID.
    Hope this will help.

  • HT5622 how do you find out what your rescue email address is

I have a new iphone.  It asks me security questions to verify my identity.  I forgot answers and therefore it sends information to my rescue email to change questions.  How do I find out what my rescue email is?

You can't after losing the answers. If guessing doesn't work, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

hi I have bought an ipad mini wich was advertised as unlocked to any network, when I put nano sim from giff gaff in the ipad says invalid sim, how can I find out what network it is locked to?

There is nothing on the iPad itself that can tell you. Did you buy it from a reputable retailer? You can try asking them.

  • I have recently got a new replacement iPhone 4.  since I got this I have found that my data allowance is getting used up during the night while my phone is charging on the bedside table.  How an I find out what is causing this and stop it happening

I have recently got a new replacement iPhone 4.  Since I got this I have found that my data allowance is getting used up during the night while my phone is charging on the bedside table.  How an I find out what is causing this and stop it happening?  Some nights the usage is 150 meg!

You can not access the backup directly.
Did you restore your replacement from this backup?
If so then you already have everything in the backup on your device.
If not, you can wipe the device and restore from this backup:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings
What is it you are worried about losing that isn't already on your current device?

  • HT201359 how can i find out what all the charges on my checking account are for?

how can i find out what all the charges on my checking account are for?

If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases - the most recent purchase is above the list. I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions (I don't have any so I can't check).
If you can't find the charges and you haven't added or changed your card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
