How do I get my pictures back from the Synchronization thing?

My PC crashed.  How do I download my backup photos from adobe in Elements?  All my synchronization settings are on, and the program is listing my albums, but no photos are in them.   I can't find anything in the online help.  MEO

You might try posting in Adobe's Photoshop.com forum, where Adobe employees often (but not always) answer questions directly:

  • HT6541 How do I get my pictures back from the update? They were photos synced from my previous phone and now they are gone. Please help!

i Just got an iPhone and I did not have icloud or iTunes yet. My photos from my previous phone were synced to my new phone and after the update they all disappeared. Please help me recover my pictures

If all you did was sync your phone, and if you haven't synced again since this happened, you can restore your phone from the backup that was created at the beginning of the sync process (camera roll photos are included in the backup).  If you have synced again since this happened this backup has already been overwritten and your photos are lost.  Also, if you restored your phone from the backup of your iPod, rather than just synced, then your  photos are lost too.
If you have an intact backup that contains these photos, do the following:
Without connecting your phone, open iTunes on your computer and go to Preferences.  On the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically".
Connect your phone to your computer, right-click on the name of your phone when it appears in iTunes on the left sidebar and select Restore from Backup, choose your most recent backup to restore from.
When complete, you can go back to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and re-enable automatic syncing.

Assuming you bought the song at the iTunes Store, you can go here
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/
and follow one of the "paths" to get what you need or to an Apple customer support employee.  One path is to click Contact Support at the bottom of the list of choices, and use the Express Lane.
The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase.  Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window).  Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID.  This gets you to your Account Information screen.  Find Purchase History and click See All.  On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.
If you want to try to figure out WHY that song does not play on your iPod shuffle, please post back...

  • My hard drive died, how can I get my pictures back from iPad onto a new library on the hard drive?

    Hi there,
I have a Mac Book, and as it's a little older, and was getting full, I moved my iPhoto library onto an external hard drive. This external hard drive was always plugged in, and iPhoto used it as it's store so to speak.
However, the hard drive has died which means I now have no access to any of my photo's.
As I sync both my iPad and iPhone to iphoto in it entirity, at the minute I have ALL my photos on both my iPad and my iPhone.
How can I recover the photo's onto my mac or new hard drive from the ipad or iphone? I don't dare plug either in at the minute as I don't want the Sync to remove the photos.
    HELP! Please!
    James

  • How do I get my photos back from the cloud

How can I get my photo's back from I cloud

Many users have lost photos while preforming a restore from backup, upgrading the iOS, or using the wrong itunes for syncing (which is your situation).  If you haven't synced them to YOUR computer, then they are gone (unless you have backups to icloud turned on - but that isn't completely reliable; many users have lost their photos doing a restore from an icloud backup).
    IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream.  If you have been doing that, then you can sync those photos back to your device.

  • How do I get MY iTunes back from the cloud

The iCloud ate all my iTunes and won't give them back.  Yes, I can download once song at a time but why should even music I loaded from my css be hijacked by iCloud?  Any solution for this?  APPLE please find a way out of this dilemma.

    My experience was this:
    1) I had a collection of 3000 songs on my hard drive of my Windows computer.
    2) I started a subscription to iTunes Match.
    3) The Match service scanned my music collection, and as far as I can tell it uploaded a number of my songs to the service cloud.  (based on the cloud status indication in the iTunes GUI)
    4) But judging from the cloud icons none of the songs remained on my local hard drive.  For each of the 3000 songs the cloud-with-down-arrow icon indicated that the songs were only in the cloud, not on my PC.
    5) I had evidence that the songs were not deleted from my PC, because the size of the iTunes library was the same and in the Windows file system I could still see the song titles, but as far as the iTunes GUI was concerned all the songs were in the cloud and not in the hard drive.
    6) When I tried to play the songs, there was a startup delay, as if the song was being streamed from the cloud and not being played locally.
    7) When I tried to play the songs without a WiFi connection they would not play.
    8) I had to painfully download all 3000 songs one by one to restore them to the original state.
I'm left with a very bad taste about iTunes Match.  It's the worst experience I've had with any Apple product or service.  I'm seriously considering jumping ship from iTunes to some other music service, and I've been a loyal iTunes customer since it's inception.

  • How do you get your money back from the app store

I bought madden 12 from the app store on my iPad 1 and I pick the teams then it crashes

    You don't.
Per terms of the store all sales are final.
What troubleshooting steps have you performed?

  • How do I get my docs back from the cloud?

Upgraded my iPad, iPhone and Mac to allow iCloud to work across all devices. Now I have no documents in Numbers or Keynote. All files have moved into the iCloud and I cannot get them back onto my devices.
Have tried Settings>Keynote/Numbers>Use iCloud but every time I turn the feature on, it turnsoff when I use the App. What is going on?!! Somebody help pleeeeease........

I seem to have resolved the issue with a little help from Applecare, proceeding as follows:
    1) Backup all of your iPad and/or iPhone data through iTunes;
    2) click off the "Sync Apps" button in iTunes and perform a "clean" sync of the device (all third party apps will disappear, as well as iWork apps);
    3) Connect to the Appstore on iPad/iPhone and download your apps back, STARTING WITH IWORK APPS;
    4) Sync back again with iTunes.
After taking these steps, documents in the cloud appears to have resumed regular syncing with no deletions, I will keep everyone posted as to how this solution stands, however it seems to be a conflict between iWork apps and other third party apps. If true, it's hard to believe someone at Apple hasn't posted this workaround somewhere yet. If this workaround is only temporary, let's hope Apple fixes it soon.
But it's worth trying, no more deletes here!

  • How can I get my pictures back after the iPhone update?

The update deleted all of my pictures and information.  I did not realize that my pictures weren't being saved to the cloud.  Are they gone forever?
I would be grateful for any sort of help you all can give me!
Apple, please take note.  These incidences should not be happening.

If you have a backup of your phone that included those pics, then restore from that backup http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
if you don't have a backup, then sorry your pics are gone.

  • How can I get specific files back from my Time Machine backup?

I wanted to make a fresh install on my MacBook Pro, in order to only have Java 8 instead of any older Java versions. So far so good. But now I want to get specific files/libraries from my external backup (USB):
    One Parallels Virtual Machine
    My old mail
    My iPhoto Library
I don't need any settings for these, since I can easily configure them again.
I already used the Migration Assistent to restore all apps.
How can I get specific data back from the backup without restoring all stuff that I don't want anymore?
I'm now working on a new account on the fresh system, called 'Admin'. My old account was called 'Hans' (or 'hans') and I'd like to create such an account again for all my tasks.

You will want to add the same User account(s) which hold the data you want to restore. So you will want to add a User account of 'Hans or hans'. Check your Time Machine back up drive to see how the User account is labeled (Hans or hans). Navigate to the Users folder and see how it's labeled.
You can then use your Time Machine back up drive and navigate to the User Home folder to copy its data over (e.g. contents from Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, etc.). Repeat for other Users.

  • IPhone stopped restoring pictures from backup. How do I get my pictures back?

I got a backup done at the apple store because my camera of my iphone 5 (iOS 7) was broken and they didn't want my pictures to get lost. Since then it was trying to restore but it never fully did more than 2/3 of my pictures never restored. Even with good wifi it wouldn't work and now it just stopped and I still can't find my pictures and videos anywhere. How do I get my pictures back?

As I know, If the photo deleted, it still store in iPhone, if it isn't overwritten by other data, you can recover the deleted iPhone photos, you can search in google to find a tool to help you, I holp you make a backup with iTunes or iCloud, then follow this from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
