I am not happy with Skype Customer Service.  My work forced me to log out of Skype to get my WiiFii working (don't ask me why).  I logged out, but could not log back in because I forgot my password.  I tried to get my password, but it went to an old non-existant email.  I then contaced Skype about 5 times to help; and they claim they can't identify me.  No one to talk to no emails to resolve it nada.  I want to keep my Skype account and want to work with customer service, but they are not at all good on interaction.  Anything I can do to get them to work with me?  I lost my contacts and funds .. not happy.  Is there a better service than Skype for customer service?

Please understand that Workspaces is a free service; Adobe doesn't charge for it. As a result, it is not possible to provide 1:1 support. But I will try to answer your questions:
What size limits are there on quantity of documents, total storaga capacity, folder sizes etc   -- No limit on number of documents uploaded or folder sizes, but the overall size limit for an account is 5 GB.
Is there a limitation on the number of users who can be sharing workspaces, collaborating on documents -- no limit.
Can access limitations other than Administrator / non-Administrator be set on Workspaces -- no, these are the only roles.
Is there a time limit on how long a document remains in storage -- no

  • HOW can I get some customer service??!!

    Seriously... I know Adobe are supposed to industry leaders in software, but their customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered.
    All I am trying to do is have someone tell me why my order was cancelled, why no one told me it was cancelled and why when I tried to place the same order the price had gone up by £200.
    I have tried four customer live chats - two didn't understand what I was trying to ask, the other two seemed to get it but didn't do anything/ 'weren't able to help' because they worked for the wrong department and couldn't tell me which department might help.
    I have tried emailing customer services. I got one reply where they said they considered my case closed, one reply where the person insinuated I was stupid and had been lookign at the wrong product page (I hadn't) and three times since I have emailed the same address and my emails have bounced back. When I mentioend this to a live chat person, she said it was because 'emails usually don't work if you use an IE browser'. Despite the fact they had worked previously, I sent an email from Chrome - and still it bounced back.
    I have tried clicking on the support portal and I get an error message. I have even private messaged an Adobe employee through the forums and begged for help - nothing.
    If the email address [email protected] isn't working, how the hell do I get in touch with ANYONE who knows what they're talking about?! And why is it so difficult to get any kind of service from this company?!
    Please - if anyone can help me, I'd be so grateful. This is driving me mad. I was prepared to give this company thousands of pounds worth of business, and it's actually impossible to get any information from them at all...

    The only way Adobe can demonstrate to its customers that it does care is by opening a dedicated forum (called Customer Care) where people can post their problems regarding payments and accounts related.  That forum should only be answered by Adobe Staff (Not even glorified MVPs should be allowed on that forum).  People can read the forums but solutions should come from Adobe staff with real names and proper contact details (not some made up names).  The solutions should be provided within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) or at least the customer should be contacted via PM or e-mail within this time framework.
    Anything less should simply be not acceptable.

    I need to ask questions about using the program and I try to use this forum but MOST people don't even get any answer. How do I contact the customer service?

    It’s a design mistake.
    Do the following:
    1. There is a 75% black rectangle behind the text lines "New Slider Design" and "Company name …". Drag this rectangle outside the composition widget.
    2. This rectangle is defined by mistake as a footer element. Deselect "footer" in the upper command strip.
    3. Now place it back into the composition widget.
    4. Because now this rectangle is the frontmost element, select the two text lines and bring them to the front again.
    5. Now all works as expected.
    One more remark:
    There is a white rectangle in the back, which seems to have no function (see screenshot):

    On 9-26-2014, I contacted Verizon wireless to get information on how to return my I-Phone 5. I was given an early upgrade and was told by the representative to return the I-phone to Verizon when I received my new phone. When I called Verizon, I was hung up on 2 times and told that the exchange department was not taking any more calls due to a high volume of calls. When I finally got in touch with a representative (removed) who worked for an affiliate company of Verizon (Conduit Global) I was not able to get my needs met. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he
    told me that “all supervisors were not available to take any calls. I then asked to speak with his supervisor, (removed) and he would not even come to the phone to give me the information I needed. I then explained to the representative that I wanted to terminate my service and file a complaint and I still could not speak to a person to get that done. I am a very un-satisfied customer and wish to terminate my contract with Verizon because I am tired not getting the customer service I deserve and not being able to speak with a supervisor when requested. By the way he did try to take care of my needs but could not due to not getting any support from his supervisor who would not come to the phone after being asked 3 times throughout the whole ordeal. First class currency does not deserve second class service.

    Unfortunately, cancellation cannot be done via the community. You would need and call and speak with a customer service representative. Keep in mind, you will still be held liable for the ETF.

    Skype is aware there can be problems reaching their customer support unit.  If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

    How can I know that it is not a scam? I made a complaint about an undelivered message and a refund claim. I received a confirmation email and a response email (attached below). I clicked the link and was directed to a chat. I was asked to provide my first name and my user. I was directed from one area to billing area. In that area I was asked to provide the first 6 and the last 4 digits of my payment card. I was told that somebody was using my card and that if I wanted to report it, I had to provide information on the name on the card and the issuing country. I didn't feel comfortable releasing such information and said that I would check with my bank. I have checked with my bank and no unusual movements have been made.

    Am I supposed to provide that much detail?
    I don't feel safe using skype anymore. I want to cancel my account and ask for a refund of my unused credit. I won't provide any further details. If you are skype, you are supposed to know how I payed you, aren't you?

    I am pleased to confirm to you the message you received is legitimately from Skype Customer Service.  What you describe is Skype's method of authenticating your credentials, in other words, proving you are who you say you are.  These procedures are used to prevent identity theft.  Another good rule: ensure the communication method starts with https:// which tells you the communication method is secure.
    I use live customer service chat with other services; all of the chats start with https:// in the header of the chat window.  I have been asked similar questions, and for account-related enquiries, even more details are asked in order to confirm I am authorized to discuss the account.

    Interesting. Comes with? you didn't have either before? Paragon is commercial and is now v. 10.0, they were the only one keeping updated and was supporting 10.7.4. I would not enable more than one.
    For writing to HFS Paragon has theirs but probably give the nod to MacDrive there.
    I never do an upgrade to a new OS over the old system, I backup (clone) and format the drive with the new OS and do the install so whatever is there I know is clean and also to keep from carrying around leftovers from years and systems past.
    I would assme Paragon is limited. Try their site and knowledge base?
