How do I know if my overheated phone is under warranty?
My phone has been shutting off lately and noticed that part of the inside sticker is melted a bit. I bought the phone 2 months ago secondhand, it didnt have a problem them. How do I know if warranty is still valid...what number do I call because I took it to Rogers said it would still be covered if its been less than a year. Thanks for your help

Defective iPhone 5/ How do I know if my iphone is still under warranty?
Basically, just a few days ago I started experiencing a problem with my Sleep/Wake button and I noticed that it only works when pressed on the far left side. If I were to go to the Apple Store to try and it replaced, how can I tell if my iPhone is still under warranty and if they will replace it before driving all the way over to the Apple Store? (which is about 2 hours away from me.)
So basically I have warranty (can get my iPhone replaced) until this date?

Check Your Service and Support Coverage
Follow the above link and enter your serial number:
Settings > General > About > Serial Number
As far as the screen you will have to contact your local Apple Store. -

Unfortunately I don't know from which part of the world you are posting, but in the UK you can always check a phone's authenticity by visiting:

This would tell you that a given IMEI should be a Nokia **** manufactured by Nokia corporation.

If AppleTV 2 they came out in September 2010 in US later in other places, so still under 1year warranty.
If you took out Applecare you can go to support, enter the product's number and check the warranty.

It doesn't matter that the damage doesn't appear to be related to the problem you're having. Once the phone is damaged, the warranty is void.

It likely is not. most warranties only last a year. and even if you have apple care that only lasts for two years.

Your Verizon phone will not work on AT&T. If it's under warranty, take it to your nearest Apple Store for warranty service.
