How do I load Quicktime 7.7 on my imac running MAC OSX 10.6.8? I bought and downloaded, but when I try to install it says I cannot instal on macintosh HD

I just bought and downloaded quicktime Pro for it's exporting capabilities. When I tried to install it on my imac it said it couldn't because QT 10 already exists on computer. When I dumped quicktime 10 in the trash and restarted computer, I still am unable to install.

You can't install that version on Snow Leopard. Look here instead:

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.

I had the same problem with my 1st gen iPod touch and I tried a couple times to update it but sadly you can't because the software on the 1st gens can't support a higher iOS.

Select the songs and go to Edit > Delete. Then, download the music in iTunes Store

Even though IBook states download and I have the icon for the book in my library when I try to open the book I get the message, " It is formatted incrrectly, or is not a format that iBooks can open". This is even though I purchased the book through IBooks and the IOS is adequate.

To open an iPhoto 7.1.x version in iPhoto '11 you need to run the iPhoto Library Upgrader. See this Support document:
iPhoto '11: About the Library Upgrade
Download and install the upgrader, then run it on your iPhoto 7.1.5 library. After that, iPhoto will be able to open your library and upgrade it to version 9.5.1. And you will be able to merge the libraries with if Library Manager.

That printer has an Ethernet port, but it may have been implemented as an AAUI Ethernet, rather than RJ-45. Look for a connector labelled <_> If that is your connector type, you will need a US$5 used Transceiver to convert it to RJ-45 ("regular" Ethernet cable).
Connect the printer to your Ethernet Hub or Switch or Router, and it will be accessible as a Network Printer -- you can connect to it from all of your computers using AppleTalk-Over-Ethernet. It appears that this printer is also LPR/LPD capable, so you can also connect to it using LPR/LPD protocol, as described in this article:

You will need to turn on AppleTalk in the Preferences > Network > Built-In Ethernet pane. The middle category should say AppleTalk. You have no Zones.

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
