How do I make one control change the entry list of another?

I am using LabView 2010 and would like to create a custom control, in which there are two ring controls (among other things).
The options shown in one ring menu should depend on what option is picked in the other ring menu.
How does one do that?

Well the data that goes into the two rings will have to be initialised somehow... Or by constant array, or by reading them from file.
If you don't want to change your code, I would defenitly getting the string you want to get from file.
But still, to update the 2 rings, you will have to update the strings in the 2nd control on the fly.
FILE :
[OPTIONS]
Option1=...
Option2=...
[POSSIBLE_SELECTIONS]
Selection1.Parent=1
Selection1.Name=...
Selection2.Parent=1
Selection2.Name=...
This is how you could set up the file. where options are the items which your are going to put in the first ring.
Depending on that selection you will go fill out the names in the second ring depening on which parent is selected in the first ring

There are two ways to do this.
1. If you have it, use iMovie HD6. You can put all of your movies into one project, and add chapter markers at the beginning of each movie. This will allow you to play your movies straight through or select the individual movies, like a scene selection.
2. You can use iDVD instead. Check out this post by Old Toad on how to use this method.

The only way I see, is to use the "Controls[]" property and iterate through all of them. But don't forget about nested elements (i.e. clusters, tab-controls, ...).

Use terminal to add ACL to the account,
at the prompt:
sudo chmod -R +a "<user> allow list,addfile,search,delete,add_subdirectory,delete_child,readattr,writeattr,readextattr, writeextattr,readsecurity,file_inherit,directoryinherit" /User/<user_name> #yep, all that goes on one line!#
#Replace <user> with the user name that you want to have file/folder privileges#
#Replace <user_name> with the account you want to process#
example:
sudo chmod -R +a "sue allow list,add_file, .... deletechild,readsecurity,file_inherit,directoryinherit
/User/joe
#sue now gets full access to joe's files and folders#
to remove:

You can add as many users as you want! Just lather, rinse repeat. That is how I share my itunes
directory with the ones I want to share it with.
That's the simplest way. ACL permissions overrule posix permissions.

If you selected open a new Apple ID account, go back a step and enter use existing Apple ID.
You will have to set up a separate iCloud account or your iPads will mirror each other.

option discovered in preferences. Really this and any feature that moves deletes or edits a users data should as far as possible be OFF BY DEFAULT. It shouldn't by default and without the users specific say do this dangerous and unnecessary thing without even letting the user know what it's doing!!! And then cause me a few hours (as i'm new to mac) searching for the option so as to switch it off. If i hadn't noticed the status cage declaring that it was copying files then i might never have twigged that this insane thing was occurring. And if i hadn't of noticed i would have been left maintaining the contents of the folder i copied the files to, the folder which as far as i was informed and so believed was also the location of the music files i was playing. How does Apple justify this 'genius' piece of software non-design? Surely it will hurt no one if this was off by default for new users - overall at least i dare say it would cause a lot less distress in the future for the unsuspecting public at large. I assume these are POP accounts and all computers are set to remove from Server after downloading.
So on the non dominant ones... Mail Preferences>Accounts, highlight an account, Advanced tab, uncheck remove from Server, just have the main dominant one remove from server.
Or get/setup IMAP accounts.

You can also use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/ NoSquint] add-on to change the default zoom level for all websites at once. After setting your global zoom level, you can fine-tune the zoom on individual sites and set the options so that NoSquint remembers per-site settings.
After installing NoSquint, go to the add-ons page to set the per-site settings:
* Tools (or [[Image: New Fx Menu]]) > Add-ons > Extensions
* Click the "Options" button by NoSquint
