How do I modify a survey form?

I am trying to get my company to adopt Sharepoint in a more widespread fashion, and I was finally able to get the HR department to start using it. One of the first things they decided to do was to set up an exit interview survey form. Unfortunately after a big process for determining what questions would go on it, and getting it set up and ready, they have decided it's 'ugly'.
They want me to change the spacing in questions where there are multiple lines of text on "choice" type questions (with the 1 to 5 radio buttons). I will be the first to admit that they are not the easiest to read. They also want me to change that stupid "Specify your own value" to something else.
When I am in SPD I have tried opening all of the aspx pages in the lists folder, but none of them display anything that looks even vaguely like my survey form.
After spending the last hour googling this issue, I have come to the conclusion that no one knows how to do either one of these. I am hoping that I missed something obvious, and that someone here will point out the error of my ways.

Hi,
I think you can create a new page in SharePoint Designer, and then insert a custom list form on to the page. In your case, in the “List or document library to use for form” list, you should choose the survey you want; in the “Type of form to create” list, choose “New item form”.
After you create a custom list form, you can use the WYSIWYG tools in Office SharePoint Designer 2007 to add or remove columns, change font formatting, or apply colors.

How can I modify my checkout form?

I am trying to edit my checkout form so its not just one long list. I went into the checkout form customization area, then went into edit form. I have used the html to make the form 2 columns and have moved things where I want them. I look at it in design view and it looks right. I save it and close the editor but nothing changes in the actual form layout or on my site. I really just want my form in a couple of columns instead of one long one. Any ideas?

In web forms the checkout form is the functionality. The html for the viewable payment form is found under the ecommerce Registration Buy layout. This can be accessed in the admin layouts or via the layouts folder via FTP.

I have created a distributable form however I have a typo how do I modify?

I have created a form and I noticed that there is a typo in the text I can't modify as it gives me a protected error message. How can I modify the content before actually sending this out.

I'm assuming this is a PDF form, correct? Did you create it in FormsCentral from a web form design or did you create it in Acrobat? In any case, you can make the corrections and distribute the PDF again in FormsCentral.

You cannot delete the email field. It is required for the form to work. One thing you can do that is a bit more work is to use Adobe Forms. I believe it is at Quickly & Easily Create Online Forms and Surveys | Adobe FormsCentral and create the form you want there and then you can copy the embed code from it and use the insert HTML to embed the form in your page.

How to show madatory fields on form that uses a view?

I am using a view to create a form. After I have created the form I modified a column in one of the tables so that it is not null. Now that I have already created a form how can I show that it is mandatory.I know that APEX does this automatically if any fields are not null before I create the form. But how can I modify it now since I've already created the form and the not null field is not being shown as mandatory..
Also is there a custom way to show that the field is mandatory when user doesn't enter any value for that field? Right it shows the oracle error.

Hi Nahal,
It's two-step process:
Step 1: Change the label template on the field to "Required Label" or "Required Label with Help".
Step 2: Add an Item Validation on the page for the field, and choose the validation method "Item Not Null"

I changed in xlWebadmin.properties file and restarted the server but still it is reflecting the old lable e.g.
In xlWebAdmin.properties file
- global.lable.managerid= Manager ID
I changed it to global.lable.managerid= Sponsor ID
But still it is displaying Manager ID on User form. I am using OIM 9.1

Now my old flow is: 1. The supplier fill his info by SUS(It is developed by BSP), then the system automaticlly send a mail(The mail contain a URL that lead the user to the survey form).
                                2. After the supplier receive the mail, and click the URL to open the survey form, when he fill all needed fields, then he click the button "SUBMIT".
my new new flow is 1. The supplier fill his info( include the survey info) in the third part web page and save the data.
                                 2. when he click "SAVE", my interface need to create a vendor with "ROS_BUPA_CREATE_PROSP".
                                 3. when I get the vendor's GUID, I need to submit the survey data.
My question is how to submit the survey data with ABAP code without web form environment.
Could you give me some suggestions or example!

How to update/modify the ALV internal table once it is displayed

I have a alv grid report using fm reuse_alv_grid_dispaly. My requirement is to create sales order using bapi (up to here it is working fine) and once the SO is created update the function module tables field with the created sales order.
Example:
My alv grid display before creating SO:

Hai are you trying any test kind from flat file source .Just get the business requirement based on your survey make it in a CSV file format as per the structure desired and then load into your survey cube.
If from r/3 see if any standard datasources available or else get it done with ztables and then generic extraction using tables.

I believe I can not use a
request.sendRedirectURL("....") in which I would
encode all my parameters, because:Righto. This is a bit tricky.
Basically, you have two options, and both of those are a little nasty.
1) You could use and intermediate JSP page. Just dispatch you request to that page, use the attributes to construct a form with hidden fields, and use Javascript to POST that form to your intended URL on the document's BODY onload event. Would work, but wouldn't be pretty and requires you to use JSPs and Javascript. Still an idea.
2) This is something that I wouldn't recommend. Open a socket to the URL you you want to post your data. Manually construct a HTTP POST request, encoding your parameters into the headers. Read and parse the response & modify your HttpServletResponse object accordingly.
Take a look at i.e. http://javaalmanac.com/egs/java.net/PostSocket.html?l=new for some pointers.
I'd go with item #1.
For my own edification, I'd be also interested in
knowing why such a function does not exist in the
current httpServletRequest api.I suppose it's a little out of scope. Servlets were ment to interoperate inside one container, not across domains and different implementations.
I'm guessing I must be missing something fundamentals

How do i grant Access to users to modify published organizational forms outlook 2007 and 2010, we use exchange server 2010 in our environment. Please advise.

Organizational Forms belongs to public folder. You can use Add-PublicFolderClientPermission modify user permission.
