How do I pay for a year of Creative Cloud without being charged taxes? We are tax exempt.
We are a government entitiy. My 30 day free trial is almost up - how do I pay without being charged taxes?
I have jumped through hoops and spoken with nearly countless customer service reps, I was even given a direct line to a representative. After weeks of wasted time and energy explaining the need to be tax exempt I was told that the Creative Cloud Service cannot be billed without tax even though my account is tax exempted. The only suggested solution from Adobe was that they could refund the tax paid at the end of the year. Very frustrating. I am curious how other goverernment agencies, higher education institutions and non-profits are addressing this.

If you can get your rental to download by going to Store > Check for Available Downloads, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

How can I pay for a year with my regular Unlimited...
I've had a GREAT plan for Unlimited US/Canada for years (I think it was $30/yr).
$$s been tight so I've just been doing it for 3 months at a time ($8.40-ish) (I think it's great because I also have a U.S. # that's prepaid for the year also = $30?).
It's coming up for renewal & I may have a little extra $$ & I'd like to get the annual plan (every penny counts!) but it's not allowing me to do that - JUST renew the 3 month one.
(I don't think it matters here but I have the current skype for a MacbookPro OS 10.7.3)

I didnt know I'd be charged again for the items I have downloaded in the past. When I tried downloading some of them...it says that they are free.

How can I allow standard users to update creative cloud without admin rights.
I have over 300 users in a domain environment and I cannot allow them to have admin rights on the machines.Is there a Registry hack or key that we can adjust to allow CC to update without these rights?

I realize what I am about to write sounds a bit weird: to change the term of a Skype Number subscription, we need to permit it to expire, or in other words, reach the end of its term. Your Skype Number will be held on account for you for 90 days following the expiration date, so you can sign in even on the same day you receive the e-mail stating your Skype Number subscription has expired, to reinstate the subscription and change the term.
I had to ensure I had enough credit on account so my renewal would process successfully; if you plan to renew for a year and use credit for your payment method, remember to add enough credit to cover the cost of the annual subscription. You could also change your payment method at the time you reinstate/renew your Skype Number subscription.

Currently there is only one option - monthly renewals, you may purhcase a plan with annual commitment so that you save as well.

It will renew automatically on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Apple should email you about the renewal.
