How do i put red or green spot lights on ALV?

Hi Friends,
Below issue is very very urjent how to do, can u please guide me.
Select vbak-vbeln vbap-posnr vbap-matnr vbap-kwmeng vbak-erdat vbak-erzet from VBAK , VBAP for the selection criteria.
If data found select all data from table ZATCORDERS where erdat = s_erdat
Loop thru on it_vbakp . In the loop on each iteration Read the record from it_atcord where vbeln = wa_vbakp-vbeln and posnr = wa_vbakp-posnr
and ra_date = wa_vbakp-erdat
and ra_time >= wa_vbakp-erzet .
If read fails display the record with Red Stoplight icon else show with green light .
If p_diff = X . Only records with red stop light need to be shown else all the records should be displayed in ALV.
how do i put red or green spot lights.

INCLUDE <ICON>.
Add the following field to your internal table...
ADITIONAL(5) TYPE C.
In orden to put a light on the ALV...
ADITIONAL = ICON_RED_LIGHT.
ADITIONAL = ICON_GREEN_LIGHT.

How to restore the red/yellow/green buttons in safari

There was a problem with my mousepad last night and it was sending the cursor all over the place. Its corrected itself now but something happened while it was doing this. I was trying to close down safari (and fighting with the cursor) and the bar at the top of safari disappeared. along with it went the red, yellow and green buttons.
I have no idea how to get them back. I have tried to customise the toolbar but thats not the solution.
when safari is in full screen i now have just the address bar and bookmarks bar.
I'd really like to restore these buttons and get the title bar (with file, view etc) back. To access those currently i have to hover the cursor at the top of the screen. Its very annoying not to be able to see the time, remaining battery etc.
If anyone has any suggestions i'd really appreciete it!

I wonder if this might be a case of double color management. Color management needs to be managed either by Lightroom or by the printer driver, but not both. If both are trying to do the color management you can expect results like you are seeing.

How do I put things on a spot chanel

I am working with a customers CMYK file that has live type and other elements that need to be moved to a spot channel. I have created a spot channel for Pantone 2725 C but that's as far as I can get. I have read the Help file and some messages on this forum but can't figure out how to assign the elements to that channel. Some are live type, some are solid and some are gradients. All are on their own layers. So how do get all of these obects that are currently C71, M71 to the 2725 C channel?
I'm used to other programs like Illustrator and InDesign where you just select the spot color from the swatches and it's done. Am I missing something? Is it something simple as clicking on something in a pane?

You need to Copy the elements and paste them into to spot channel. Then turn off those layers you copied.

How do I create a second set of red yellow green buttons for right handers

I've moved over from using a PC for years and still use one at work - so I've grown used to using my mouse for everything.
So, being right handed - I'm wondering how I can move or better yet create a second set of red yellow green buttons at the top right of each screen. It's a pain having to scroll from one corner to the other all the time.

Welcome to the forums Chiliad. It's rare that a question like yours is answered "you can't do that" but I've never heard of someone wanting to do this. OS X is robustly customizable right out of the box with its many different ways of accomplishing identical tasks, but I suspect the locations of these buttons is somewhat of an Apple trademark and rooted deep in OS X code. I would avoid trying to hack the system to change their location lest such a change cause a future OS X update to break.
There are many third party tools available to customize OS X to your liking, but I can recommend without reservation just a few. Products like Tinker Tool and the utilities written by Unsanity seem to be generally useful and trouble-free.
You can minimize a window by double-clicking anywhere in the title bar, but I find Exposé to be much more useful when managing multiple open windows. I've grown to use Apple-w to close and Apple-q to quit, but that's just me.
Seems to me the engineers at Apple have put an enormous amount of effort into designing an effortless user interface, which in my opinion rewards the user with an experience that doesn't get "in your face" as much as Windows does. It's hard for me to imagine improving upon it much, but there are plenty of others who try!

If you have the old phone, connect it to iTunes, right click on the device, and choose transfer purchases. If you no longer have the old phone, I don't believe there is a way to recover them, as they were on your original device.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
When it says restore the iPid via recovery mode, try placing n recovery mode and restoring several times.

The simplest method is to run a defaults command on the client Macs (easily pushed via Apple Remote Desktop):
defaults write com.apple.SoftwareUpdate CatalogURL 'HTTP_URL_FOR_CATALOG'
for a user. If you run it via sudo it will set it for whenever you use softwareupdate as root.
The HTTP_URL_FOR_CATALOG has been changed with Mac OS X 10.6. If you use MCX it will automatically pick the new catalog – however if doing it manually the following URLs need to be used for whichever client version is in question:
Mac OS X 10.4: http://mysus.example.com:8088/index.sucatalog
Mac OS X 10.5: http://mysus.example.com:8088/index-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog.sucatalog
Mac OS X 10.6: http://mysus.example.com:8088/index-leopard-snowleopard.merged-1.sucatalog
Mac OS X 10.7: http://mysus.example.com:8088/index-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog
Mac OS X 10.8: index-mountainlion-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog
To double check this applied you can run the following command:
/usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c Print /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
and /usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c Print ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
to see what settings are for the computer and user appropriately.
If this is working correctly when running Software Update (GUI) you should see the server address appear in parenthesis in the title of the window.

Another alternative is to use Workgroup Manager to manage the preferences via MCX from your server. This can be done for users, or for computers if they are bound to your Open Directory.
If you are using 10.5 Server or newer: you can simply use the Software Update section under Preferences.
Manually:
Choose the accounts, computers, or groups to have the preference applied to.
Click on Preferences, and then the Details tab
Press the Add… button and navigate to /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
Press Edit…
Under Often, add a New Key and enter the name CatalogURL
Make sure the type is string and then enter your SUS URL (eg. http://mysus.example.com:8088/index.sucatalog or if using 10.6: http://mysus.examle.com:8088/ – see above from the defaults section)
Press Apply Now, then Done. Once users/computers have refreshed their MCX settings (usually the next login or restart) the new settings will take over.
If this is working correctly when running Software Update (GUI) you should see the server address appear in parenthesis in the title of the window.
In order to have a system-wide configuration one has to run the following:
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate CatalogURL "http://your.updates-server.lan:8088/index.sucatalog"
In order to correctly work both on Leopard and Snow Leopard the right command to issue is:
defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate CatalogURL "http://your.updates-server.lan:8088/index-leopard-snowleopard.merged-1.sucatalog"
Happily used and tested on my network
The DNS trick that Chealion points out is fantastic. I use it at our office, and every computer on our LAN will automatically pull the updates from the local repository at high speed without any configuration.
Create the swscan.apple.com DNS zone on your internal DNS server, and have it resolve via an A record to your Mac

Is making it both red or green safe as long as it's in the PSA?

Hello All,
Say for example a delta fell over for master data when trying to update to the target. I proceed to put the correct master data into the infoObject and activate. If the delta reached the PSA - would it matter wether I set the delta's technical status red or green and deleted it out of the target and the reconstructed? - basically I am trying to find out if you get data loss in one of the scenarios or no data loss in both scenarios?

Always, it is safe having the data in PSA. If a Delta failed, yes you can load it from PSA, also if some errors are there we could correct it in there.
When the data is loaded correctly what is the reason to make the request RED ??? Also, if u delete it and load again it will give a message like "The delta has been loaded already".

MacBook not charging. Charging light blinks red and green (very low) than green in normal charge.

My MacBook's battery is dead. When I plug the charge the charging indicator blinks with dim red and green light instead of bright green light. Please help anyone has a solution to it. Last time I remember tye battery was 46%. I plugged in charger and put my iPhone and power bank in charge in Mac USBs. After hours I found that neither phone and power bank was charged nor Mac. Instead Mac's battery was also empty.

Iphone 4 showing&taking pictures with Blue/Green Spot in the Middle

I have the blue/green spot in the middle of the screen while and after taking the photo especially on white ground/wall or paper.
Another thing is that My iPhone 4 back camera takes very yellow photos in artificial light.
So Apple should immediatelly fix this issue. Even I am not able to understand why Apple did not test such basic possible problems.
As you can see from the internet there are many iphone 4 owners and increasing suffering because of this problem.

As a image scientist, I think iphone 4 camera image quality is very good. It keep most of the details with the cost of noise, but I prefer this style. Most important is iphone 4 color reproduction is very saturated, it's pleasing.
However, green spot problem always annoys me.
I made an app for this problem. It can perfectly correct this problem.
You can see lots of images of green spot on real scenes. Of course there're images after corrections.

Sounds like you copied an icon from the icon spot in a Get Info window for an image file, then pasted that intoo the same spot in the Get Info window for your folder. As you found out, that won't work - unless the image file already has a custom icon, that is.
Visually, it's hard to tell if an image file has a custom icon, particularly if View Options for a folder (or the desktop) has been set to 'show icon preview' - the OS will use Preview to make an icon for that file 'on the fly', but it does not really exist as far as being a copyable icon.
For what you want to do, the solution is really very easy.
Do a Get Info on the image file whose icon you want to copy for your folder. In that Get Info window is a larger depiction of the image about halfway down - double-click that, and it should open in Preview.
Press Command-A (that's Select All in the Edit menu).
Press Command-C (that's Copy in the Edit menu).
Close Preview, close the Get Info window for the image file.
Open the Get Info window for your folder.
Select the icon in the upper left by clicking it once - a blue border should appear around it.
Press Command-V (that's Paste in the Edit menu).
Close the Get Info window, and you're done.
Comment - that's a nice way to make unique folder icons, but there is one drawback: how to distinguish visually between a folder with such an icon and an image file.
One way, old school, is to append the character ƒ to the end of the name you give the folder. That character is easily generated by pressing Option-F and can be a visual indicator that the item is actually a folder and not an image.
