Some apps store the app info/game status on the iPad. Others store this info on online servers when you are connected via wifi. Your app data may be online.

If you want to change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPad, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

If you mean to delete the old iPhone backup from Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage, yes, you can delete this and make a new one of your new iPhone. Nothing will be deleted from your iPhone.

Is it safe to assume that once you've used a backup of an old phone to restore a new one that you can delete the old backup? I am running out of "cloud" space and want to free up space

I purchased an additional 20gb of storage and I am getting a message that I am out of space on the cloud to backup my Iphone or my iPad. When I checked my settings it seems like it's because my old iPhone backup is still being stored. Since I used my old lphone4 backup to load my new iPhone5s would it be safe to say that I can delete that backup now since all the info that was on that phone has been transferred to my iPhone5s. As a precaution, I would suggest backing up your iPhone to your computer via iTunes as well as iCloud. Then you can delete one of your two backups. The article below will explain all of your options for deleting data or backups from your iCloud storage.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

But that doesn't appear to be working properly on iOS 7 - hiding the app on your computer and then logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in may make it hidden on it.

We are not permitted to use certains apps that are either not in our data contract, touch the Cloud, or cause cost/personnel issues. So here is the rub, I installed the free 1.69v of DropCopy on my MacBookPro by mistake. I am already a Multi-License user. How do I remove an app from "Updates" tab, in the App Store? When i tried to use it it reverts back to the free version.

The only thing you can do is tap and hold the Kindle app icon until it wiggles. Then tap the "x" next to the icon to delete it. This removes it from the device.
Then open the App Store app on the device and look up the Kindle app. Then tap the icon to download it (again). That's it, there's no other way to do this.
When deleting an app from a device, that also removes all settings and other data files associated with that app. What problem are you having with Kindle?
