How do I set restrict anonymous to 2

I want to change the registry setting for restrictanonymous to "2" (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\restrictanonymous). I created a script to do this but noticed the setting kept on going back to "1". Found out that there is a
GPO in our organization that is setting "Network access: Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares" to Enabled. This would allow the setting to be "1".
I have looked everywhere and the only thing I can find that changes this to 2 is another GPO called "Select \Security Settings\Local Policies\Additional restrictions for anonymous connections\"......but this does not exist in Windows Server 2008 GPO
(nor 2012)...
I know that the current setting of "1" is far from fine but we have been pretty much forced by security to set this to "2". Is there anyway of setting this in GPO to "2"? The existing GPO only sets it to "1" when enabled.
What makes matters worse is that it is a default domain policy - ie the highest policy and out organization is huge so doubt I can ever get that changed. I want to apply this to all servers (talking about thousands of them).

gpttmpl.inf file it is also showing RestrictAnonymous=4,2). But, I think your way seems
better in our environment.
The article you mentioned does not explicitly state Windows Server 2003 - but states "Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003
(Windows SBS)". Plus the scoring results table shows that restrictanonymous=2 is actually providing a high level of security (ie a low threat)...unless I am reading the whole article incorrectly is this not what it is showing?
I did not know about EveryoneIncludesAnonymous=0. But again, the article seems to state that the key
just allows if the everyone groups includes anonymous rather then replacing restrictanonymous - again, am I reading this wrong?
Just wondering, if I set
EveryoneIncludesAnonymous=0 and restrictanonymous=2....then I would assume this provides a very high level of security..

To filter out files you need to create a subclass of FileFilter and perhaps a subclass of FileView that will store an icon for the file type .dat.

For Inprocess server the conf file name is rep_<hostname>.conf
For standalone server the conf file name is <servername.conf>
For Builder conf file name is rwbuilder.conf
Uncomment the trace element and restart server/builder. The logs should be in $OH\reports\logs\

How do I get restrictions to block inappropriate content in the app store.

How do you set restrictions so that they work? Here is my problem. Your age restrictions do not block inappropriate content in the app store but it blocks the Netflix app from functioning and removes it's icon alltogether. This is rediculous. Apple continues to be behind the eight ball at customization. Apple continues to limit the user. PC magazine rated the ipad as the best new kids toy but did PC magazine know that Apple promotes adult content in the app store and that it's age restrictions do not protect children from viewing them?

Content is completely controllable in the App Store as well as iTunes.

If you use external authetnication for users when they logon to SAP, then you can control the times they can logon and which days of week (if required). For example, it is possible to use Active Directory authentication to authenticate users to SAP application via SNC or using a custom login module in WebAS Java, and in AD you can set times when logons are allowed. This might be what you are looking for ?
If you want to log somebody off SAP when they have been using it for a period of time, then this can be dangerous if they are in the middle of a complex transaction when they are logged off. Also, I don't think this functionality is included in SAP product. If you don't want somebody to use SAP at certain times of day, then it might be better to force a screen saver at workstation instead, if this is what you want.

I paid for them and still like them and listen to them while I work out or am without my kids. I understand that you have some content in your iTunes library that you would like to restrict access for the child set up on Family Sharing with you. To do this, you can set restrictions on the child’s device as described in the attached article.

Now kids under 13 can have their own Apple IDs. As a parent or legal guardian, the family organizer can create an Apple ID for a child and add the child to the family group automatically. Ask to Buy is turned on by default, and the organizer can also limit the content kids have access to on their devices through Restrictions on an iOS device or parental controls in OS X and iTunes.

I already know how to use Freeze frame and save the image to my computer by Publish+Share/Computer/ Immage.

This is not Adobe. Rather user to user. We are all visitors here.
Just a bit of history....back in the days of Premiere Elements 4, you could set a "poster frame" in what was called the Project area. You did this by right clicking a blank area there and, from the drop down menu that appeared, selecting View/Preview Area, and using the poster frame feature there.
As I said, when a video imports into Premiere Elements, the thumbnail of the import has been presenting as the first frame of the video. With this Preview area "poster frame" option, you could set the video's thumbnail in the Project area so that the first frame was another frame in the video. But, this "perk" was restricted to thumbnails of the video in Project area.
If you exported to file with the first frame modified video, the export's thumbnail in Windows Explorer would present with other than the real first frame or the poster frame as the first frame.
Also, in more recent versions, I have observed that the export to file does not display the real first frame of the video in Windows Explorer. Seems random, but I have not kept track.
And, remember, at the onset I wrote
As far as I have ever seen, Premiere Elements Windows uses the first frame of the video for its thumbnail in the program.
I know of no way within Premiere Elements to control what the program opts to do in this matter. In some compatibility
issues, it opts to give no image but a generic one.
I did not say that you can expect to have the Premiere Elements' export file's thumbnail in Windows displaying with its real first frame. And, the more you get into this, depending on the versions, more details need to be added to my comment about "...first frame of video for its thumbnail in the program..."
I would have to look into all this further to get perspective on the contributing factors.

Close ... before going for a specific Cisco app ... lets find out some details:
Host we need more details:
What is your server environment (Windows Server, or Mac OS X Server, or Linux)?
What security is implemented in your environment - as what is restricted (RDP for all or specifc credentials on all machines? Are you part of local admin group to the server you wish to connect)?
Does your environment Support CISCO IPSec connection? If so use Settings> VPN and IPSec tab to enter VPN details, if not then go with above suggestion. IF your restricted to RSA then either built in VPN settings or 3rd party app for RSA would suffice.
Finally, there are many RDP applications out there I use "Mocha RDP Light" (free minimal ads when launched not when connecting).
