How do i start legal action against verizon for screwing with my bill for about 8 weeks now?

on november 7 i ordered a new iphone and was charged 349 for it to my bill
NOVEMBER 12: NOTIFIED THAT FEDEX WOULD NOT DELIVER BECAUSE THE IPHONE WAS NOT IN BOX
NOVEMBER 14: verizon received the empty box and it was signed by D. Watkins
during this time, i was informed that i would be crdited my money back and they would change the contract date back to original date so i could go to a store and get a new phone with new contract price.  the date was corrected back to original , but i had to pay for a new phone while still being out the $350 for the undelivered phone.  i have been promised by about 5-6 verizon staff that they would either call me back or fix the issue.  they ALL CAN SEE THAT I AM DUE THE $350 AND IN FACT IT IS IN THE NOTES THAT I AM DUE THIS.  I WENT SO FAR AS TO RECORD THE VERIZON AGENT WHO PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THE CREDIT WOULD HIT MY ACCOUNT .HIS NAME IS CHRIS AND HIS BADGE # 130096 IS RECORDED IN A PATHETIC CONVERSATION FOR 5 MINUTES OF HIM PROMISING ME THIS WOULD BE FIXED...THAT WAS DECEMBER 8 2014.nothing has happened.  i went into a verizon corporate store today to go directly to a manager in ann arbor on washtenaw.  she informed me that she did not have the authority to fix anything above $200, so she called an agent JUST LIKE ME!!!!!, and i proceeded to wait online for 40 minutes for a gal to fix my issue and when she got back on, she said she was forwarding the issue to her manager and hse would get back in 45 minutes....THAT WAS 5 HOURS AGO AND NOTHING.  i have decided to go to the plymouth, michigan district small claims court because i refuse to pay my bill first and then hope for the credit back....i have spent aobut 12 hours waiting on the phone for last 1-2 months, like an idiot, thinking that someone would really help.. noone is reliable and this has been an unbelievable instance of horrible service..I HAVE EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED...i hope to truly bring this to light also with the press..i am livid wih how verizon has yanked me around for this issue..THE NOTES IN VERIZONS RECORDS SHOW I AM DUE A CREDIT..ITS REALLY UNBELEAVABLE

Sounds like the warehouse has not scanned that the "empty" box has been returned. Verizon is not going to issue a credit until it is verified that the shipped package has been scanned and received by them. It does sound annoying but just think about it from their perspective. Plus sending out an empty box is abnormal and would take some looking into don't you think? Even though the process is long and drawn out and even annoying on your end it makes sense that they wouldn't just apply the credit without proper investigation.

    That is my question too. Few months ago I had made a thread about it. It affects especially the APAC countries. It is really shameful.

    Plant/Unit Controller (authorization role assigned "Z_PS_OP7_PLNTOTG_C_2310") have only level 2 authorization with enhancement that we did in system by Z table.

    Issue:

    On a PC, right-click (Mac Cmd-click) on one of the other panel headings such as Tone Curve, Detail, etc. In the context menu that displays, make sure there is a checkmark in Basic. Another quick way to do it is Ctrl->1  or Cmd->1.

    My husbands phone went bad and they send out a galaxy s4 with no battery or back for it, and expect us to order it from Samsung who did not have them in stock then expect us to order from Amazon. All of this instead of sending a new phone, which they should have if they didn't have the battery and back for what they sent. How stupid can they be???? This is terrible customer service in my opinion.

Verizon simply facilitates the manufacturers warranty if you do not want to go thru the manufacturer. While Verizon offers this service, they are in no way required to do so and do not guarantee a quick turnaround if your model is not in stock.
    Next time, go thru the manufacturer if you are not happy with how Verizon facilitates the manufacturers warranty.

    Have you tried following the directions for running it from the DVD? The instructions are on the Hardware Test link.If you are correct and it cannot due to the wireless keyboard not making a connection you will need to borrow a wired USB keyboard.

    first u need to find out  in which user rules u are using this object , after that if u want to restrict users then remove create/change values from that object values .
    make use of Tcode SUIM to find out all roles which are using this Object.
    or
    ask ur basis guy to remove authorizations to create/change....

  • Want to take legal action against MSI for TV@nywhere?

    I own a TV @nywhere Master and I'm sick of it.  I have spent well over 40 hours trying to get it to work.  All it does is crash my system.
    MSI shows no support, offers no driver updates and does not reply to emails.  I'm planning to present this problem to my State's Attorney Generals office.  MSI is selling a product that is known to be bad, does nothing and keeps selling it.
    I am interested to find other owners of TV @nywhere (Master or not) that are just as mad as myself.
    Post your stories below so that I can make them part of my official complaint.  If enough people post, I can then start a class action suit against MSI.  We don’t have to take this.  If you know of anyone that has been burned by this scam, tell them to post here.
    This is the only way to get their attention.

    I too have had nothing but nightmares with my MSI TV@nywhere card....don't think that it was the Master card though. I got it to work the first time I installed it and then it quit working. I tried the card in 3 different motherboards with 2-3 different video cards and never was able to get it to work after that initial . I tried the drivers that were supplied on the disc, drivers downloaded from their site, etc. I even tried it with and without SP1 installed on XP. I tried different PCI slots. I would start the associated application and the system would just freeze forcing a hard-reboot. The final straw was when I reached in to remove the card after a system crash, the card was so HOT to touch that it burned me. At that point I gave it to my room-mate to try in his system and he was able to get to work maybe twice and then it started messing up on his system too.

    I hate it that I had no one to give my business to other than Verizon in my area. 
    I've had Verizon in early 2000s when FiOS was first available in my area, but the speed sucks so I was better off switching back to dial-up. 
    Many years have passed so I thought I would try Verizon again as I've heard good things about them. I signed up for the bundle service in 2012, and it's been an internet living hell when you're paying $140 every month and had to struggle daily to get connected onto the slow internet that takes 3minutes to load Google search page if you're lucky (my plan is 50/25). 
    I've had no internet connectivity on the 2nd floor of my house and I've contacted Verizon many times about it. 
    First time I'm told the router they provided could cover 100K range, so the problem might be the internet speed. I naively believed them and upgraded my service and got myself locked for another 2year nightmare. 
    Second time I contacted them I'm told their router could only provide good connectivity if you're within 20ft range. Intersting enough the tech who first installed the modem placed it at the farthest corner of the home that's tucked away from the rest of the house. I already told him that the internet sucked when I had Verizon FiOS when it first came out, but he said let's try place it there. So I think it's only reasonable to have Verizon to send someone to check and see if relocating the modem would solve my problem. The rep told me that can be done at a $154.98 service fees, all the same time does not guarantee that the internet issue will be fixed. 
    The online customer service person I spoke to has shown no regards on HELPING me to SOLVE the problem; she sounded like she just wants to set up an appointment, collect the service fees, and be done with me. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a respected carrier. I'm just a frustrated user who wishes the service provider could provide some kind of assistant on helping me utilizing their product. The customer service reps I spoke to has reflected poorly on Verizon, and it certainly tells me you guys don't care about your customers since I'm already trapped in a crappy contract, which you'll get the monthly fee or the termination fees, one way or another. Also, your reps are giving out conflicting and false information. And I'm left on my own to figure out a way to deal with this internet mess. I will be an advocate on the bad experience I've had with Verizon, and as soon as other companies start offering high speed internet in my area, I'll switch in a heartbeat and encourage all my neighbors and friends to give their business to someone who might care a little bit more about their customers. 

    I feel your pain. That is why we left them ............could not stand the poor customer service either. By the way, we have netflix. Although we had the step up internet connection, netflix was frequently buffering, ot the point that it was not watchable. When we switched over to a known long island competitor, netflix operated like a rocket. So that means I was paying for faster internet connection and getting much less than  I paid for.

    I upgraded two of our phones to iPhone 6s, and purchased three iPhones for our children.  I talked to Verizon representatives on the phone and also using online chat.   I was told over and over that the monthly line access fees for the five lines would be $75.  After spending thousands of dollars on phones, I am being charged $125 per month.  I was told that I agreed when I checked the box online during purchase of the phones what the charges would be, and that I should not have relied on what I was told by Verizon representatives prior to purchase.   Despite having transcripts of online chats indicating the monthly fee would be $75, Verizon refused to honor that information.  I was told that multiple Verizon Representatives may have provided incorrect information, but certainly didn't mislead me intentionally.  Maybe if it had been only one representative, I could believe it.  But when more than one person tells me $75 per month, and then I get charged $125 per month because I didn't read the contract carefully enough, I think it may be intentional.  Anyone else have a similar experience?

    Where is the class action lawsuit? You aggred and signed it without fully reading the contract/terms and conditions.  That is on you.
    On a side note.  I do believe that you agreed to not go into a courtroom on your customer aggreement.  Read this excert of the contract:

    I'm no lawyer, but would you not have to prove that Creative was willfully negligent or malicious? Or at least they intended to cause problems with the players?
    Also, I would guess that the problem would have to had occurred in the majority of upgraded players, which is not the case.

    I don't think it's a coincidence that only new customers can get an iPhone6 right now and existing are getting this ECPD profile error.

    Everyone needs to let their employers know how upset they are and hopefully top level executives had this issue.  We can only hope that Verizon takes notice when companies move their plans elsewhere

    On the ipad that you wish to change the ID:
    You can Erase all content and settings - that returns it to the "out of box" condition.
    OR
    Settings - iCloud - Delete account (It will ask if you want to keep contacts, calendars etc).
    Settings - Messages - Tap AppleID - Sign out
    Settings - Facetime - Tap AppleID - Sign out
    Settings - iTunes and App store, tap apple ID, sign out.
