How do I transfer adobe reader from a desk top computer to a laptop
how do i transfer adobe reader from my desk top to a new lap top?
You move it as you would move any other data files or documents; nothing special about PDF files.
Easiest way is to copy them to a memory stick.
Another way is to upload them to Files or Workspaces at Acrobat.com -

Adobe is a company, what program do you have?
If you registered/activated, your serial number will be at https://www.adobe.com/account.html
When you have your serial number, go to Other downloads -
How do I transfer Premier Elements 11 to my new computer?
I have just purchased a new laptop and now want to transfer the Premiere Elements 11 and photo Elements 11 software to it.
I have tried to do it by entering all the relevant information without success.
ThanksBrookes49
Important preliminary questions
1. What is the computer operating system of computer 1, and what is the computer operating system of computer 2?
2. What do you have - installation files from purchase of an online download with serial number or installation disc from purchase of the boxed packaged product? And, if from installation files from purchase of an online download, please confirm to what operating system it was downloaded. And, if from installation files, did you purchase from Adobe direct or from some place else?
3. In what way have the installs failed - Shared Technologies error messages, invalid serial number, etc?
The above answers are needed into order to give you the best possible answer to your very generalized question.
Thank you.

Reinstall Adobe Elements 9 on my new computer?
I bought a new laptop computer with Windows 8. I have Windows on my old laptop computer. How can I transfer Adobe Elements 9 to the new computer? Thank you.
Charlie H.use your installation files to install on your new computer. you can migrate your catalogue: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/backup-restore-move-catalog-photoshop.html
if you don't have your installation files and if you follow all 7 steps, you can dl a trial via one of the links on this page: http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.h tml
and activate with your serial number.
if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps. typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem. -

I'm moving an internal hard drive from an old computer to a new computer. (My new compute runs Windows 8.1) How do I transfer the catalog data to my new computer so the Organizer of Photoshop Elements 6 will find the data on the hard that has been moved to the new computer? Is this possible or do I have to use the procedure of copying the catalog along with the photos to a back up hard drive and then restore them on the new computer?
The 'normal' procedure is to do a PSE organizer backup (not a copy or a backup from external tools) to an external drive, then a restore to the new location.
The advantage is that you have a backup of both catalog and media files and you don't have all disconnected files, which would happen with external backup tools. Also, if you restore with a more recent elements version, the catalog will be automatically updated to the new format.
The drawback in your situation is that you'll have either to overwrite all your files or restore to a custom location, creating a duplicate photo library (which supposes you have enough free space).
It would be possible to simply use the organizer in the old PC to move the catalog to a new 'custom' folder just under your C: root drive. The catalog would be accessible once the drive will be installed in the new PC. Then you would have all files 'disconnected' due to the fact that all your media files are now on a drive with a different letter. Reconnecting a whole library is a hard job with PSE6, less so with PSE11/PSE12.
If the idea of fiddling with the sqlite database with external sqlite manager tools is ok for you, I can describe the process more in detail. You only copy your catalog folder (as suggested above) to another location. Instead of trying the 'reconnection' way, you install the sqlite utility on the new computer. When the old drive is installed in the new computer, you simply edit a given record in the catalog database, catalog.psedb, and start the organizer with your copied catalog by simply double clicking the 'catalog.psedb' file.
Even if the last solution is much, much quicker, I would still create a new PSE backup : you have never too much safety . -
I purchased Adobe Elements Photoshop 12 & Premiere 12 together from a camera shop in town. When I tried to use the Premiere, it splashed "created with the trial version" over all of the photos. How can this unsightly watermark be removed. It has severely hampered my timeline to start and finish this project. Why would a purchase software product purport to be a "trial" version?
This indicator will appear when you have not registered your product or typed in the serial number for the product.
Once you've added the serial number, any future products will not display this indicator.
To remove this this indicator from videos created before you added the serial number, you'll need to delete the rendered files. -

How do I get Adobe Elements 10 to recognize my printer?
I just installed Photoshop Elements 10 and want to print a photo using my Canon 9000 Mark II printer. When I click "PRINT" it says first I have to install a printer. How do I install this printer so that Elements 10 recognizes it? My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit.
Hi I do have the Canon Pro 9000 Mark II printer as the default printer.
I just tried a couple of things. I tried printing the photo from the ORGANIZER and it printed fine. Then I tried again to print the same photo from the EDITOR and got this message:
Before you can perform printer-related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer.
So it looks like the ORGANIZER recognizes my Canon printer, and the EDITOR does not! How can that be?

There have been many reports about this problem with HP printers. I don't recall a report about Canon. There is a tceh note re HP units: http://www.novadevelopment.com/search.html?search=greetingcardfactor y+deluxe&searchButton.x=34&searchButton.y=9 Do check in Control Panel>Devices and Printers to be sure that your printer is the default. You may also want to check on the Canon web site for updated drivers. Please let us know how you make out with this issue.

I think you have to start Creative Cloud application, uninstall those CC applications from "Apps" panel, then click "Preferences..." menu item, select "Apps", change "Install Location" to another hard drive, then install those applications from "Apps" panel again.

How can I transfer Adobe Acrobat from my old PC to my New PC?
How can I transfer Adobe Acrobat from my old Laptop to my new laptop?
You have to deactivate and uninstall on the old system and then reinstall on the new system. Whether it works depends on the Acrobat version (looks like you indicated AAX) and OS. You need to be sure to update after the new install. Just transferring files like you imply you want to do is not possible with almost any modern software. The software not only loads files, but sets all sorts of registry entries that would take a lot of time to find. In the past there were some programs that supposedly tried to move programs, but I have not seen mention of one in years.

How do I transfer Adobe X1 Pro from one computer to another?
Transferring between machines will not work. You need to install using installation files and your serial number. Here is a download link...
Acrobat XI, X - http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
Find your serial number quickly
You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so you can keep the original installation intact if you prefer. If not, be sure to deactivate it (choose Help -> Deactivate from the main menubar) -
