How does a table get populated.

Hi,
I am working on a report that picks up data from the table PPFTTRIGG. The report works fine when there are entries in the table. however I noticed that the table is getting filled randomly and hence the reports output is not proper. So my question is, how do I find wat populates a table. I tried the where used list and got nothing out of it. I looked at the program and the BADIs that could possibly populate the table. none of these have helped me find this out. Can anybody please give me a clue.

New for me, but the SAP help gives a good impression of the possibilities:

Hi,
First check whether w_day_d is populated for the year 2011 or not. If not you need to populate W_DAY_D table till 2011 or till the required year. After that it will populate w_mcal_day_d.

Hi,
The example field does not get populated and won't be for two reasons:
- The Xpmd products don't do it and we want to keep the same XML schema than the others so that FlexPMD reports remain compatible with third party tools (like the PMD Hudson plugin, and XSL script)
- That would have a high impact on the report size. Imagine that you have 2000+ violations in your report...
That being said, it will be possible to retrieve the example section from the Flash Builder plugin in the outline view.

How does Residual Element gets populated in PTO

I am writing Carryover formula for Privilege Leave. My requirement is that I need to carryover maximum 180 leaves. Those leaves which cannot be carried forward (excess of 180) will be stored in Privilege Residual. The maximum limit for Residual is 30. The leaves excess of 180+30 will be lapsed.
I know how to populate carryover using carryover process. But I don't know how to populate residual and also how to set the limit for residual.
Please help!!

Standard functionality doesn't quite let you do what you want. When you write the Carry Over Fast Formula you specify these Outputs:
RETURN Max_Carryover
,Effective_Date
,Expiry_Date
,Process
The Max_Carryover is the key Output: this determines the carryover ceiling. For example, if you set this to 180 and your employee has a balance of 190 at the end of the year the process will carryover 180 and set the residual to 10. These values are stored in the Carryover and Residual element entry accordingly. That's okay so far.
However, if an employee has 220 remaining (and you keep the carryover ceiling at 180) the process will carryover 180 and leave 40 residual. So whilst the standard functionality allows you to define the carryover ceiling it does not allow you to define a residual ceiling. After all, residual is the amount left over not some of what's left over.
You could of course write a custom process that goes through your residual elements once carryover has been run and cap them at 30, or update them manually if there's only a few.
What's the use scenario for wanting to cap residual?

How does VBDKR-ZTERM_TX1 VBDKR-ZTERM_TX2 and VBDKR-ZTERM_TX3 get populated? Currently I see that in the INVOIC IDOC the payment term is populated from VBDKR-ZTERM_TX1 which is not based on payment terms. , I am getting the value 'Payable immediately without deduction'. I was wondering how did this value get populated which is different from the text maintained for paylemt term in table T052 table.
IDOC segment : E1EDK18-ZTERM_TXT
I see that the payment terms in the master table are carried onto Sales order and then to billing document which match the T052 value of the payment term but the IDOC is pulling some other value from some where.

Hi All,
All the information provided helped me in determining the logic from where this additional text is extracted.
Actually the new text is a more descriptive text of the same payment terms we see on the SD documents with additional information like percentage, base line date to give more information to the end customer as the info on the payment term in SD document is very brief.
SD_PRINT_TERMS_OF_PAYMENT Function module has the text embedded within the text elements and is pulling this text based on some additional logic inside the FM program.

Hi,
VBEP table contains the schedule line data for the items.
Check and compare with VBAP. go to the sales order item table VBAP. For a particular item you will have the ordered quantity in the field KWMENG of VBAP. You can get the individual schedule lines and the partially confirmed quantities in VBEP table.

yes i accept that in SRM also workflows are all started by event...what i mean is in R/3 we go for Change document object(swec) or some other method for event creation...like that in SRM what is there?Just whenwe create a Shopping cart How the workflow is trigerred...suppose if it is trigerred using fm swe_event_create where they might have called the function module.

Hi,
In SUS - MM scenario
The supplier ships the goods and sends an ASN based on PO or an Scheduling Agreement to the purchaser. If ASN is based on PO then PO Response has to be accepted by the purchaser. When the ASN is sent from the SUS system, an inbound delivery is created automatically in SAP MM.
Now Create GR with reference to ASN or PO based on your requirement in R/3 - MM. The GR notification is then sent to the SUS system, where the supplier can display it.

X,Y,Z being attributes of an info object A.
When A gets loaded it will be loaded with X,Y,Z.
If A is a cube and if you wish you can bring X,Y,Z also in the cube in one or more dimensions.
If you keep X,Y,Z as vag attributes rather than in te cube as dimensions, then , the system will generate SIDs for them.

iCloud is designed for personal use and not for managing multiple access. If you gives your password to someone else, this person can benefit everything including access to purchase with your account, email, etc.
You should rather consider having each one an iCloud account and then, create and share a calendar. As for contact, you can send them to your spouse to be save in her account but they cannot be shared nor synced.
