Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store. Have you not got copies of them on your computer's iTunes and/or on a backup that you could sync to the phone ? Some menu entries in the main menu bar are hidden if you use the mouse and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu (Bug 626825).
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F to open the File menu or other menus like the Edit menu (Alt+E) and Bookmarks menu (Alt+B) and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by tapping Alt or by pressing F10.

Make sure your own music files are saved in the proper folder (Digital sounds) whether in your memory card or the phone memory, the location should still be:
Sound Clips > Digital Sounds.
If your songs/mp3s are saved anywhere else, it will not show up as a selectable ringing tone.
You can move your songs through File Manager on your phone if they are in the wrong location (Options > Move to folder).

There are old posts that reference this but if you Google "How to make ringtones for iPhone" you'll find some detailed instructions on how to create and convert songs into ringtones. Your other option would be to buy ringtones from the iTunes store but it's really easy to make them yourself out of songs you already have

Thank you for your reply Don, but I had already gone through that procedure and it will only create new mailboxes for received mail. I want to create new mailboxes for sent mail, i.e. the first column being "to" not "from". Under the Mailbox menus there is an option "Use This Mailbox For" but all the options under that (including Sent) are greyed out. Unfortunately the View/Columns option to change from "From" to "To" changes all mailboxes not just the active one.
