I make a program than work with the serial port and create a file to stored data. But need make a installer to send a othe computer.
What can make?

You make it this way:
jar cmf manifest_file yourfile.jar path/*.class
What this command does is: creates a jar archive named yourfile.jar, includes the extra information found in the manifest_file to the archive's manifest and includes all classes found on the "path" in your jar.
To make an executable jar you must specify the executable class in your package. You do this in the manifest_file, which is a plain text file, like this:
Main-Class: YourStartClass
Pay attention to the order of arguments: if you write "cmf" you must specify first the manifest file.
