How Module Processor initial load

Situation:
We use sender module processor. We restart PI everyday.
So sometimes we get errror mail cause by sender module processor.
The reason of error is look up error for sender module processor.
after polling waitting, we can send successfully.
OS:AIX
DB:Oracle
PI:7.1 ehp 1(7.11)
Quetion:
We want to load module processor before first messaging in the morning.
Please show us the way of how to load module processor!!

Hi Naoki,
Ideally, I would have hoped that the mail adapter had taken care of this issue.
You might want to ask for a quick fix. It sounds very straightforward to wait for the polling.
Alternatively, for your particular case, as you know exactly what time the engine is starting up, you could use the channel scheduling. Suppose, your engine is scheduled to be restarted at 6AM, you can schedule your mail channel to start at 7AM.

Then, using SHD0 create a transaction variant for this transaction. That may give you full control over the selection screen.

How do I invoke an ActionListener on a page when the page initially loads?

How do I invoke an ActionListener on a page when the page initially loads?
Page 1: A user clicks on a h:commandButton and is navigated to Page 2.
Page 2: When the page loads and goes through RESTORE_VIEW, APPLY_REQUESTS and RENDER_RESPONSE, I need to call an ActionListener in the managed bean for Page 2.
However, if the user comes in from any other page than Page 1, the ActionListener cannot be invoked intially when the page loads. The user has a choice to click on the h:commandButton on Page2 to invoke the ActionListener.
What is an example of invoking a method with the ActionListener signature in Java code?
Where would I put the code to invoke the ActionListener, in a beforePhase or afterPhase, constructor?

How to set FTP parameters through Module Processor?

We read parameters set in the communication channel of an adapter through method getSupplementalData("module.parameters") of com.sap.aii.af.mp.module.ModuleData.
I have following question regarding reading/writing configuration data, set in communication channel for a File adapter:
1) How can I read the FTP Connection Parameters in a module of a module processor?
2) Is it possible to update FTP parameters at Module Processor level for Receiver Adapter?
3) If update of parameters through Module Processor is not possible, then is there some other way I can set the FTP parameters?

You can not dynamically determine the FTP server etc. In the Receiver Adapter, Module is called first, then control is given XI Adapter to output the file into FileSystems. You can modify the Payload.

How to unload dynamically loaded modules?

I have a problem with unloading module, which I loads dynamically.
Here is a fragment my code:

The modules loads fine. Each module adds own eventListener for some event. It works fine, but ONLY for first time. For next invoke populateAccordion function, the modules loads, but don't reacts for event. I investigate !!! that for events reacts that modules, which was loaded for the first time!!! How to remove it????

Using array, didn't solve my problem, but it is possible that I'm doing something wrong.
I still can't catch event in second time loaded module :-((( I have tried to solve this problem from wednesday! it goes me crazy!
Could you, or anybody, try to inspect my code and help me? I have no idea how to manage it.
I know exactly what is wrong, but I can't improve that. In module's creationComplete function I display the UID of this module, and in body of eventHandler function I do the same. In case of FIRST time the displayed UID are the same, but when I load the module second time, the UID of the loaded module displayed in creationComplete function is new, but the UID displayed in handler function is the same as the first loaded module. So my event is catch by the wrong modul, and I don'tknow how to change it, how to process event in my newly loaded module.

How the CRM data is transferred (initial load) to TREX server in CRM EHP1

I am working on HV segmentation first time and would like to know, how the CRM data is transferred (initial load) to TREX server in CRM EHP1, if we create the 'Data source for HV - Attribute set / Inforset' will that transfer the data to TREX server or do we need to perform Initial load by execute by batch program / Transaction.
For the update (delta load) is the program : CRM_MKTTG_TREX_UPDATE to update the BP data, can we also add other objects (Transactional data) for delta load.

Hi Ajay,
Yes you are right the Report CRM_MKTTG_TREX_UPDATE is used for Full load (inital load) for HV segmentation data.
Both Full and Delta load is suggested to be performed in background. You can use the options "Business partners" and "Marketing permissions". For BP's you can use Delta upload with further options:
Synchonize Business Partners Beforehand
Force Update
Offset for Delta Table Entries (in sec.)
You can also "Define Delta Source Objects for High Volume Segmentation" in SPRO > MKT > HV segmentation.
Here you can set relevant data source objects that is available for delta upload.
For more details refer to documentation next to the customization entry.

[solved] could not load module 'processor'

Since the recent upgrade to kernel 2.6.20.7-1 the acpi kernel modules have to be loaded manually. Thats all good, i don't have a problem with that. On my desktop I load 'button', 'processor'.
But since the upgrade to 2.6.20.7-2 the module 'processor' disappeared.

Translation:
Since kernel 2.6.20.7-2 the modules thermal and processor are directly integrated into the kernel and must/could not be loaded separatly.

Anonymizer Module Processor - how to use ?

I have a requirement where the incoming XML contains namespace prefixes that do not match the namespace prefix set on the XI definition.
Therefore the message mapping does not work !
I have seen a few thread recommending using the Anonymizer Module Processor to override the namespace prefixes.
However, I cannot seem to get this to work on an message inbound to XI - it always seems to retain the namespace prefixes of the incoming message.
I have added the followingto the module section of the SOAP adapter inbound channel:

All namespace prefixes need to be overridden to ns0 but with the configuration I have added this is not working.
Any ideas what I am missing or have configured incorrectly ?

Hi Colin,
There is no matter how the namespace prefixes are called. If you have ns0 or t is no difference.
The problem why the mapping is not working is the difference between prefixed namespaces like this:

and non-prefixed namespaces like this:
<result xmlns:n1="java:com.xerox.hc.reg2.registration.event">
With the IR you can only create message types with one prefixed namesspace. It is not possible to create a message structure as you need inside the IR.
You have to create the WSDL externally and upload as external definition to the IR. Let BizTalk create the WSDL.
If this is not possible, you should XSLT for mapping.

How to use more than one application server during initial load?

we plan to use more than one application server in CRM during initial download in order to increase the number of parallel requests and to decrease the time for the initial load. Is there a way to allocate requests to more than one server? Is is possible via multiple rfc connections for consumer CRM in CRMRFCPAR?

Initial load of articles through ARTMAS05

Hi Retail experts, I need to built IDOCs to perform the initial load of articles through ARTMAS05.
Although we tried to use an IDOC from a DEMO system as template, we couldn't get a successful IDOC so far. The Function module we are using is BAPI_IDOC_INPUT1, with IDOC type ARTMAS05.
Does anybody has a guideline to set this up?

I would welcome Bjorn's input on this, but, generally I accomplish this using LSMWs. I use SWO1 to explore the business object, but use LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) to mass load. In the case of LSMW, you simply call the transaction LSMW.
- From here, define a project, subproject and object. (Eg: Project = INITLOAD {initial data load}, Subproject = LOMD {logistics master data}, object = ARTMAS {article master}).
- Maintain the object attributes. Here, you can chose from four options: standard/batchinput, batch input recording, Business Object Method (BAPI) or IDoc. Choose the Business Object method, use object BUS1001001 and method CLONE.
- Define your source structure. Here, you will lay out what the input file's STRUCTURE is going to look like (not the fields). Since it's ARTMAS, it's not realistic to put all data into a single row in a text file, so you will likely use a structured input file - especially for variants, site-specific and sales-org-specific data.
- Define your source fields. Here you will define the fields that are in your input file and assign them to your input structure. A lot of work goes into this step. Note - I would try to use names very close to the SAP names, since there is an automapping tool. Also, you can copy SAP table structures into your field structures which is very helpful if you plan to use say 75 - 80 percent of the fields of a particluar structure.
- Maintain structure relations. You will assign your input structures to the corresponding ARTMAS structures in this step.
- Map the fields and maintain conversion rules. Here you assign your input fields to the ARTMAS fields. Also, you can code ABAP in this step for conversion/translation purposes. It depends on your chosen ETL or ETCL or ECTL or CETL methodology (E = Extract, C = Cleanse, T = Transform, L = Load) on whether you will write ABAP conversion rules in this step.
- Specify input files. This is where the data resides in it's text file input format. Typically, you will use a small data set that sits on your PC to test it, and then for a mass load, create a server-side directory on the SAP server, place the input file there, and you can use it. This speeds processing for large files considerably.
- Assign files. Here you assign the previously specified input file to an input structure
- Read data. This actually reads the data so that you can see how it's going to come in.
- Convert data. This creates a psuedo IDoc. It is not an IDoc yet, but in IDoc format.
- Start IDoc generation. This converts the converted file into a true IDoc.
- Start IDoc processing. Here, your IDoc moves from 64 status to (hopefully) 53 status.

Problem in Module processor

can any body help me on this
how much time will take the module processor to execute the message.
If 4/5 messages are entering into MP at the same time what will happened
I am getting the error in this stage when iam using receiver FILE Adapter
getting the error log " Message is entering into the Module Processor"
then in the next log i will be getting the following error differently
Attempt to process file failed with

Hi All,
1.I am not using custom Module, it is IDOC to File Scenarion.
2.No Content Conversion.
3.There is no problem with Mapping.
Maximum Messages are successfull, some messages are failed in the Module due to this error.
Every message (main:, row:1:,col:1923) this will be changing and some times </ expected, Document is not well-formed, No data allowed here "
"If i rescend the message 1 by 1 message is processing successfully, but if select more than 1 message only one message getting processed".
Around 4 interfaces with this type of error, but all having same problem some messages are failed with this kind of error.
If more messages are attempting to process at the same time in the module processor is there any loading problem that causes this error?.

Initial Load Extract (Date Format)

Hi ,
I'm doing an Initial Load Extract (File To Replicat ) for module of 30 GB , and I'm getting the following error at on the extracted tables :
ERROR   OGG-00665 OCI Error error executing fetch with error code 1801 (status = 1801-ORA-01801: date format is too long for internal buffer), SQL<SELECT ........
My concerns are :
1- How to overcome this error , without updating the source data ?
2- How to deal with that at the target side (If the data replicated ) , so it'll not affect the business needs

Onboard audio modules won't load after Skype install on 64b Arch

I've a fully updated Arch 64b/KDE 4.5.2 (new PC).
My motherboard has a Realtek ALC889 Audio controller, and, in addition I have a Radeon 5600 graphic PCIe card with HDMI output.
I have the on-board audio controller enabled at the BIOS.
Initially, my audio worked fine, till I installed (from Arch repositories) Skype along with required 32b libraries.
My current status, after reboot:
The 889 module is not loaded (see below), only the one included in the graphic card.
When logging in KDE, I do hear the sounds.
Although Skype loads and logs-in fine, I can't hear Skype's test sounds nor does it capture the microphone connected to my motherboard back microphone plug. (Skype options offer ONLy Pulse Audio both for output and capture).
Both alsa-utils and alsa-oss are installed.
Please advise how do I restore full Audio capabilities (along with functional Skype).

I've tried to modify my /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf to the following but, during boot, noticed a message saying modprobe ignores the option due to an error. The same happened also after omitting the "index=0" per the Wiki's recommendation.

p0x8 Thank you for the response, yes the host is Arch Linux. I am running the most current version of Virtual Box v4.2.8-1.
Now, with what you are saying, what I am missing. How do I get the VMs to work properly. So far, I have been able to get the Network up and running via each VM, Mouse and Keyboard integration is working. Also was able to get USB devices working as well. But my screen resolution is garbage for all 3 VM's. In doing some other reading, I noted where within the VM (Windows XP to be specific) there will be an icon on the lower right corner stating Oracle VM Virtualbox Guest Additions. This will also display a VBox system trey for lack of a better word on the bottom where you can attach devices and what not. That is what I am trying to get working on all 3 of my VMs.
Thank you again, and I should have paid more attention to detail as that section of the Wiki does say "Arch Guest" and not "Arch Host"
Edit: One thing I wanted to add. In reading the wiki it states:
Guest additions disc The virtualbox package also suggests installing virtualbox-guest-iso on the host (Arch Linux) running VirtualBox. It is a disc image that can be used to install the guest additions onto guest systems. Make it available to the (running) guest by going to Devices and clicking "Install Guest Additions... Host+D". Then run the guest additions installation from inside the guest.
I don't see the "Devices" option in order to run this. I have the virtualbox-guest-iso package installed in Arch, but when running the VM, I don't see a "Devices" option.

No BDoc traces generated on Initial Load (R3AS)

Hi,
I am trying to replicate Stock data from CRM to MDM.
I created Adapter object for stock and also the sites.
The initial flow context is set, and i am retrieving data from CRMD_STOCK table.
I have written a function module CRM_MDM_STOCK to fill the messaging bdoc.
I was getting the data earlier (the BDOC trace from SMW01 had data).
Now when i run the initial load(r3as), i donot get any BDOC traces also.
I set a breakpoint in my FM too, its not hitting there too.
Can any1 suggest me, how do i go about this now?

Hello Rashmi,
Check txn:SMO8FD, you would come to know the flow definition for your BDoc type.
And you will know why its not hitting the BP.

No initial load of Customers, Material and delta load of Sales Orders.

I am facing a very troublesome issue. I am not able to setup the Middleware portion for initial and delta loads. I read a lot of documents and corrected a lot of things. finally, the connectivity is done with R/3 and CRM. Initial load of all objects is successful (as per Best PRactices guide). Customizing load is successful.
But after now I have these open issues for which I am unable to find any answers (am really exhausted!!):
- Customer_main load, it was succesful, but no BP's of R/3 are available.
- Material, it failed in SMW01, SMQ2, the errors are:
Mat. for Initial Download: Function table not supported
EAN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
EAN yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
Plant xx is not assigned to a business partner
- Sales order, it shows green bdoc, but error segments says "No upload to R/3" and the order does not flow to R/3.
We had our system setup 3 years back for data transfer and Middleware. But few things changed and connectivity stopped. I did all that again now, but am not yet successful. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

The error messages in SMW01 for MAterial initial load is :
     Mat. for Initial Download: Function table not supported
     EAN 123456789000562 does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
     EAN 900033056531434 does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
     Plant 21 is not assigned to a business partner
I have done the DNL_PLANT load successfully. Why then the plant error?
Some of the messages for BP:
Messages for business partner 1331:
No classification is assigned to business partner 1331
For another,
     Partner 00001872(469206A60E5F61C6E10000009F70045E): the following errors occurred
     City Atlanta does not exist in country US
     Time zone EST_NA does not exist
     You are not allowed to enter a tax jurisdiction code for country US
     Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
Now, the time zone EST is assigned by default in R/3. Where do I change that? I do not want to change time zones as this may have other impacts. Maybe CRM I cna change this, not for sure in R/3. City check has been deactivated in R/3 and CRM, still the error.
Till these 2 are not solved, I cannot go into the Sales order loads.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
